The room is quite small but comfortable. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The location is super. One-minute-walk from Meydan. Everything is close to it.

Location is very good, 1 min walk from the meydan square, but rooms small bot very clean but it is what you get for the low price

It’s a very bad experience very bad hotel the rooms are not clean and the breakfast is so boring that I changed my room 3 times only the good thing is the place is in the center of Trabzon and there is no maintenance and the washroom water is not working well but the team are helping to make it good experience

I was so surprised it says star hotel, room so small, bathrooms smells, and they trick you, they doubled the price, so I checked out after stay an awful night, they are much better hotel nearby.

I had a fantastic experience here. The location is absolutely top notch, right in the middle of everything. You can walk to all the main spots, and there are tons of places to eat and shop nearby. Getting around the city is also breeze with public transport being so close. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was also quick and smooth.

The location is good. Everything else in this hotel was bad! The air-conditioner was old and made weird noises. The bathroom had drainage problem. The guy in the reception, named Muhammad was very rude and non-professional. They did not provide the complimentary water bottles in the room. I'd not come back to this hotel

I've been in this hotel for only 1 night. The location of this hotel is amazing.! Quite rooms and reasonable prices make it a great accommodation option. All of restaurants, stores, public transportatio are only a few minutes walking distance. If any tourist who would like to visit trabzon, I strongly recommend this place. thank you for your friendly service.
