Everyone from reception to senior management is very caring and welcoming. The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The food and service are very professional. Thank you very much for everything. We were treated super-hospitably before the grueling filming process.

I had the opportunity to stay in other areas of the Mercure hotel, I was very happy to see the Mercure hotel during my trip to Trabzon, we especially liked the presentations of the restaurant manager Yener, it is a pleasure to be a new hotel. Thank you for everything, we felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. Come without hesitation and try delicious local dishes. Thank you Mercure, thank you dear friends.

I made it my home in Trabzon, Professional work team with friendly staff and always smiling faces (although it is rare on the banquette), I stayed on business trip and on vacation .... the team tries their best I am very satisfied I always put it as my choice Gratitude

My stay at the Mercure Trabzon was truly exceptional. As a frequent traveler, I stay at hotels around the world, and I can confidently give this one 5 stars. The staff was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating any issues I had with a smile. The pricing was also fantastic and offered great value for money.
The breakfast was diverse, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every palate. On top of that, the location and the view were absolutely stunning. Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had so far.

For breakfast, would enjoyed a better selection of cakes,pastry, dessert.

We love to try Turkish coffee
Rice pudding we saw in the market,
Would be nice to try it here.
Coming as tourist, we loved trying the local food.

I like the hotel in most of aspects but really bothered and get annoyed a lot at the day of check out as they were very strict regarding the check out time and they insisted on charging me extra 1,000 TKL!!! because I was a bit lat after 1:00 pm, I asked the receptionist to let me talk to the duty manager and she said I'm working alone and I am the duty manager as well!!
I paid for my stay around 20,000 TKL for 5 dayes nevertheless, they charged me extra 1,000 TKL!!
I wrote this to let you pay attention to such careless disturbing behaviour.

The hotel is good but not clean
Room cleaning service is very very bad
Employees need more training and lack the language
There is no hand cream or shower gel in the bathroom since the hotel is five stars!!!
Also, the slipper is very thin and dangerous because it can cause slipping due to poor quality
I asked for the room to be cleaned
When I return at night
The room is still dirty, and the towels are in the bathroom, used and untidy
Also the bed sheets is dirty
I spoke to the reception….. they promised me that the room would be cleaned well on the second day
Even the tea cup has tea in it and it has not even been replaced or removed
The chair cushions were placed the same way as when she left the room
I will attach pictures of the room in the two days!!!
I stayed for one week from (27 sep -4 oct) i clean the room my self after this experience
If they continues at this level, they will lose the star, and I doubt that this hotel is 5 stars!!! impossible

The room is good related to decorations and so, however, it was expected to be cleaner and have at least small size toothpaste.
Think if I didn't have my toothbrush and toothpaste with me!!
In addition, there are insects in the room and I have been bitten thrice. My arm is swollen I don't know if poisoned. I attached the photos of this annoying experience.
The swimming pool is closed as well.
Improving the highlighted points, the hotel will be good choice as it is near the airport and has sea view.

The hotel is amazing and amazing staff and the reception staff is amazing and helpfull also Yaren is an amazing person she helped us a alot i will be back again to the hotel , and you should try the resturant its amazing and tasty 10 starts i gave this hotel
