DoubleTree by Hilton Trabzon

The hotel is located a little further from the city, when you go there, be sure to choose a room with a view of the sea. Breakfast was fine, but lunch and dinner were not very suitable. The food was like from school. But the hotel is nice and the lobby is beautiful

Check in was the smoothest out of all the Hilton stays so far in Turkiye. (I'm 2 weeks into my travel, almost done).
The front desk has a team that can speak English, this is helpful. However, I do give grace as there are probably 20+ languages here, very diverse traveler set.
The whole staff are all so pleasant.
Parking has option across in small lot or underneath hotel.
The reception man tried to upgrade me to a sea room which was nice, however it was smoking, so I opted to not do that. My room is just fine. The only thing for fold w noise issues the city side even on the the 6th floor you can hear the cars, as almost all the hotels in the area are off the hwy. This doesn't bother me so much as it is a distant noise, not motorcycle reeving type noise, if that makes sense.
Smoking- it seems this hotel DOES enforce non-smoking rooms - also lovely! (it seems only half the hotels enforce in this country, hope this changes with time).
Dark room- finally- no random lights everywhere when turn off main lift and close darkening curtains. Actually dark!!! Gold star!!
Bed is comfortable
Shower/ bathroom are fine- my shower has low pressure, just stood in shower longer.

Breakfast was lovely! Large selection. They know how to cook eggs! They have salad veggies and have the fancy stretch cheese known for this area.

You can walk to the mini peach and pier!
They have a hamam, dry and wet same and pool.

***The folks here are just the best.***
Advice for Hilton- all staff should be trained by these folks at this hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The standout feature is definitely the exceptional service and the friendliness of the staff. The food offered is not only delicious but also of high quality thanks to Chef Erol, whonwas very helpfull and welcoming. The location has its pros and cons: it's about 20 minutes from the airport, which is convenient, and while it's situated right by the sea, there isn't a beach. Additionally, it's a bit far from the city center, but this distance also ensures a peaceful atmosphere away from airport noise. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! Oh, one more thing to add, it is child friendly hotel.

My stay at Double tree by Hilton was amazing and relaxing. It is clean and the room service is responsive and cooperative. Also the food was amazing and the waiters and waitresses were helpful and friendly, especially Hakan Kose, Chef Erol, Busra, Berna, and Hamza. Last but not least ,the Spa, Wellness and Gym center is wonderful and the indoor swimming pool is very clean, thanks to Aleyna and Ricka.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly, make sure to ask for Awatif at the reception, she is arabic speaker and communication is much easier when she is around,also Thanks to Mahmoud at the terrace for the amazing hospitality everytime we are there for shisha and complimentary tea.

We had a delightful stay, thoroughly enjoying the rooms and services. The hotel's convenient location on the Black Sea coast offers stunning sea views from both the rooms and the restaurant. The staff is exceptionally hospitable, polite, caring, and always ready to assist.

I stayed at the hotel for two days and overall, my experience was good.

Pros:

• Reception: The staff at the reception were very helpful and spoke English fluently, especially Mr. Emir, who was always ready to assist.
• Cafe: The cafe experience was great, with excellent service and high quality.

Cons:

• Access to the hotel: I faced difficulty reaching the hotel due to its entrance from the main road and the narrow surrounding streets.

Wonderful place to stay with people and ice service was wonderful. Location is great. I had no problem getting anything what I needed especially Abdullah Filiz and Zeynep were Great people I have met. Would like to stay again whenever I’m in Tranbzon Thank you very much thank you very much

I was very pleased with the work of the administrator in the spa area. Alaina.Very sweet and pleasant girl. Also the work of the chefs and restaurant staff, everything is excellent and delicious!
