Our family of five had a first class stay at the Four Seasons Boston One Dalton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The spacious and luxurious rooms were perfect for our family, with stunning views of the city.

The attention to detail was remarkable – from the welcoming gifts for our kids to the personalized service at every turn. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our children, and we loved unwinding in the relaxing hotel atmosphere after a day of exploring Boston. The location is unbeatable, with many of Boston’s best attractions just a short walk away.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly luxury experience, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

What an experience!! Absolutely amazing stay! We came to Boston for our anniversary and this place made our weekend very special! From the moment we arrived to the tiniest detail everything was great! The spa at this place is amazing with superb customer service!! Literally, I have nothing even slighly negative to speak of. Will be coming back for special occasions! Our room view was amazing as well, bed was very comfortable and everything you need was at your finger tips!! Room service is outstanding, we came back from the city and our room was clean and everything was arranged nicely in the bathroom!

On another note, I was doing my hair for our dinner and realized I didn't have hairspray to make aure the style would stay for hours, my husband asked and a bottle was brought up to save the night!

Just finished a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect and we always felt that the hotel took the extra steps to make our stay feel very personal.
The room was beautiful and set up impeccably (diaper pail, little stool for my kids to use to stand on to brush their teeth, children’s cosmetics, water, bottle warmer, snacks etc).
The staff who work at the front door were so friendly and always helped us with our bags and strollers getting in and out of the car (special shout out to Joseph who always took extra time to chat).
The staff who worked at the front desk and management always greeted us with a smile and took the time to chat with us as well.
We loved having breakfast at one + one in the hotel every morning, the menu was great and the staff were beyond kind and on top of our orders (Cindy, Victor, Morgan, Blake, etc) truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed every morning.
The hotel amenities were great (particularly the gym and pool).
We have stayed at many four seasons properties but this one truly stands out for exceptional service and attention to detail. We cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend this incredible hotel in a perfect location.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston for two nights in July, and it was an excellent experience.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the modern, luxurious lobby, everything set the tone for a great stay. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the Boston skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries.

We loved the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel’s location in the Back Bay area was ideal for exploring Boston, with many attractions within walking distance.

The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel truly welcomed.

Overall, the combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location made for a memorable stay. We highly recommend the Four Seasons One Dalton and look forward to returning.

Great Staff, went above and beyond to take good care of us. My husband booked 2 beautiful rooms for our family to celebrate my birthday for the second year in a row! Amazing views, great eclectic restaurant, the afternoon Tea was lovely. The Staff the greets you and all the behind the scenes staff were amazing, professional and wonderful. We brought our new puppy and everyone could not do enough to make sure everything was stress free and perfect. We felt so very much at home and the staff actually remembered us from last year which made us feel very special. Thanks to all for another memorable stay!

Not sure if it’s worth the price tag! Stayed here for one night, it’s a great hotel, right in the Center of Boston and close to everything. Had no issues during the stay, but I wasn’t at the hotel too much to fully enjoy the amenities included. So if you’re paying the premium price to stay at the beautiful hotel, make sure to advantage of some of things they offer. I wish I got to try them so I can leave a full review.

The hotel otherwise was great. Clean, spacious, felt new, etc! But not sure if I would personally stay here again.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Clear rooms. But the best of all is the staff, from Stephanie at front desk to the housekeeping team. And in particular Sarah and Pamela at the restaurant/bar always with a great smile providing you a first class service. It made our stay an amazing and unforgettable experience.Thank you all!

Very trendy place, great location and I've met a lot of great people also staying here which has been great as I'm a solo traveller. One negative is that I had my beds switch. I was told one bed on the first night then when I come back for the second my card wasn't working and my stuff was moved. Went down to the front desk were it was quickly sorted and was told that I was using the wrong bed and locker even tho I did what they said. I know that someone else in my room had a similar problem. Apart from that, it has been a great place to stay and I would recommend it.
