On top of that the outlets next to my bed did not work and there was no full length mirror in the room so you can see what you're wearing. For nearly $400 per night I expect better.
As a woman who travels for business often, his tone was unprofessional and outside of the treatment I am accustom to with the Marriott Brand. I told him I would check out and he said "Ok". The rooms are old and not worth the price at all.
The bell staff was super nice and helpful. Overall, avoid.
However, the reason I gave 3/5 is the slow response to get me the hot water. Also, I got it in coffee flasks where the taste and smell of coffee still there.
The location is excellent. The rooms are clean.
I would like to mention one particular person from the hotel staff named Richard the baggage porter and thank him for his help and friendly manners.
On top of that, I had concerns about the cleanliness of the room, and asked to speak to the General Manager to discuss my concerns (Let's just say that I don't believe they cleaned the room after the previous guest and probably just made up the bed as I found some "band aids" on the floor under the desk, hair on the towel in the bath and the previous guest names on the mirror), but despite multiple promises, I never heard back from her. The lack of follow-up was frustrating and added to the overall dissatisfaction with my stay.
For the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet expectations, and the poor communication only made things worse. I'd recommend to stay away.
