Excellent hotel!
Comfortable beds, clean, and cleaned daily.
The staff is polite, pleasant, and answer all questions.

On the downside, there's no breakfast, which is unusual after Europe and Asia, but not a big deal since there are plenty of good places to eat nearby.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel, “Resort Fee” is ridiculous.
The hotel is cute, the room is fine. Finding out upon check-in that I would be charged a $35 “resort fee” for things like wi-fi and use of the amenities was not fine. When I book through ********** and it lets me know that my total includes taxes and fees it’s absurd that I would be charged ANOTHER fee on the property for things that should absolutely be included in the price of the room. I won’t be staying here again because of it.

Hotel exceptional, speedy checkin, very friendly staff who explained everything in detail and were happy to answer any queries. Bedrooms, quirky, beautiful bedding, lovely comfortable bed and pillows, food and drink excellent. Good central location to all amenities, shops bars and cafes. One of the best hotels we have stayed in

This is one of my favorite hotels in Chicago and it's the first one I check when I am heading to the city. My suite was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. One tiny complaint is that the in-room coffee seems to have been downgraded. There used to be a fresh pour over option in every room, but on this stay my room strangely had one of those small tea bag style coffee packets you usually see at far less expensive hotels and it didn't work with the room's pour over basket.

Great rooms and decent location but a little edgy outside. Rooftop bar should be a positive but we really felt unwelcome there.

A great location, our corner suite was a fabulous size and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful and charming. Definitely a place I would stay if I get back to Chicago.

Super amazing time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the shower was spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The dog statues are a cute touch too.
