Prime location in the middle of the city with a lot of attraction and dining. The staff at Lobby is very friendly. The room is pretty clean but too modern for our taste. There are no drawers except for 2 small ones by the safe or closets and every thing is in the open. Not enough lighting. The bed was comfortable. Too many loud people in neighboring rooms. House keeping missed our room first day but once texted the hotel they took care of it.
Good work out facilities, small but has what you need. The pool is small, 3.5ft all the way around.
Lots of space, lounge is amazing.
But our favorite part of the day is breakfast. Patrick was amazing! My son is an early riser (like 530) and Patrick let us know under 5 eats free and that he had food ready a bit early so he could go get what he needed. Edit: once breakfast opened, we were still waiting on my daughters and husband to wake up, and Patrick offered a latte, made sure I knew about the hot breakfast and took great care of us. I almost cried getting to just sit so early in the morning!! Wish we had a larger tip to give to this great man!!
Brayden ate more breakfast food than normal! And had an amazing day because of it.
Thank you Patrick! You're one of our favorite people in Chicago now.
