Hotel is in perfect location along the river. Lake view room also has river view. Buffet breakfast is top notch and the food at the Big Bar is pretty good. Wings and nachos were a hit.

The room was much nicer than expected. Great view of the canal for the st Patrick Day events. The hotel.location was perfect. Walking distance to lost of shops and food. The list of restaurants in the room was a great help in deciding what to eat. Staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly, prompt and overall outstanding. This applies to the front desk, serving staff in the restaurant, employees in the market and more. The location was perfect and in walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping and amazing activities. The lake view from our room, amazing. We were very pleased with our stay overall.

Excellent rooms, clean, newer and great location. The check in was great, and upgraded the room for a nominal fee. Had two issues, one was my suit needed pressed and was promised back at 8 am, it was misplaced and arrived later in the day around 3 pm, the staff was nice and helpful but it was late and caused unneeded stress. At check out was in the golf preferred lane with several bags and was called out by the lady behind the counter so had to go to the non gold lane only to end up at her desk anyway, it was frustrating because it wasn't necessary. Checked some luggage in, it can take sometime so be prepared to wait, the people are nice, just seems understaffed.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Great vibe, great location, good little store downstairs that offers coffee and snacks. 4.5/5 because of the suit and the lady at check out

Stayed here with friends for a funeral. Really ideal location to all the scenery and touristy spots. The staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here again for one night during Chicago Marathon week. I highly recommend getting their newer room as it's better. But no complaints either way. They gave me complimentary late check out. Early check in was $25 which was not bad at all. Definitely stay here if you want to be close to downtown area.
