Valet is very pleasant, specifically Mario. He is always smiling and wishing everyone a good day. It’s nice to see a friendly face each morning.
The hotel is great too. They have microwaves available upon request which was perfect for my long stay.

Once again, had a great experience. It is actually becoming one of our favorite places to enjoy a nice night out. Shout-out to the valet team, great as usual! Thanks Oscar and Julio for making us feel welcome, and big thank you to Andy for returning my forgotten belongings after I had left, the work ethic on this guys is wild.

Mario with valet is amazing. He is attentive and always has a smile! Everyone with valet is also very pleasant. Highly recommend their service. Valet was often the first people o saw in the mornings before my day, it was nice to always see friendly faces before getting started with the day

Very nice place. The service is above average, which is saying a lot for LA. Very pleasant atmosphere. Both the restaurant and the skybar are up on top of the scale. Not much parking available around, but they do have wallet parking available. I definitely would be back. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with the valet team at the Mondrian Hotel. Marco greeted me with a warm smile every morning, making each day start on a positive note. His friendliness was truly appreciated. Additionally, the entire valet team was impressively quick and efficient, ensuring that my car was always promptly ready. Their exceptional service added greatly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Highly recommend!

I meant to write a review as well :) Very nice hotel. Loved the deco and the atmosphere, trendy and cosmopolitan. Rooms equipped with all you may need, super fast free WIFI (although they only allow three devices per room), complimentary coffee and bottles of water. The restaurant serves beautiful food and the sky bar is worth a visit. I will be back for sure!

Just stayed a couple of nights over the weekend. Website pictures make it look nicer than it is. To me the rooms were old, dirty, our bed was very uncomfortable, sheets had holes and curtains were dirty and some had holes. I was excited for the pool view from our balcony but they don't mentioned that they have a huge tent covering the whole patio/pool area. I understand why though due to rain, but still they should post this information on their website, either way I wasn't pleased with our stay. However, the staff are nice and friendly and the wife and I did enjoy several drinks by the pool. Wish their Owners/Investors will invest more in this property.

This is not by any chance a 4 star hotel. It’s old, dirty, loud and the shades are not black out like any normal hotel so 6 am you have the sun in your face. Rooms are big but with a very weird inconvenient layout. When we got there there was a huge long hair in the tub. The furniture was old and dirty. Worst part, the awful customer service. We booked it for 5 days and left after 1 night. Wouldn’t recommend it specially for the price. This is ok for a $90-$100 per night, not for almost $300. Terrible experience.

Great spot for a weekend brunch. Wonderful natural light streams in through the glass walls and ceiling. Vast views of the valley compliment the open design which makes it feel like a breezy spring day even in the winter.
Menu was nice, but amenities were outdated. The pot for my tea was rusty, and my milk carafe had a bit of dried food on the inside. The staff corrected both when I pointed them put, but it doesn't seem like either of those should happen in the first place.
Might do better with new/different management with an eye for detail.
