Very beautiful hotel, very holiday feeling, the green outside the window is very comfortable to look out. There is a trolley to and from Universal Studios, which is super convenient

The room is clean, it is convenient to eat, there is a large supermarket around, about 10 minutes walk, it is very convenient to go to Universal Studios, there is a hotel shuttle

Excellent customer service. Staff is always smiling and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Garland. The courtesy bus on a regular schedule helps to save some transport cost to Universal Studio which is a ten minutes’ drive. The room is clean and nicely decorated, though it is a bit small. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel rate is higher due to the excellent location.

The hotel is about a five-minute drive from the eco-friendly cinema. The hotel has a direct bus, but you can call a car if you miss it. The hotel staff are all very polite. But the room is a bit small.

The hotel is old, the service staff are very enthusiastic, and there is a shuttle bus to and from Global Travel, which is quite convenient.

The air conditioner blows upwards on the floor, towards the bed. It's freezing. I won't live here again.

The room is clean, the bedding is clean, the toilet has a separate shower room as in China, and the toiletries smell of herbal medicine that stabilizes mood. I am very satisfied with the room.
The transportation is convenient. We didn't rent a car. We took the subway to Universal Studios Station and then transferred to the bus for two stops. There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and the timetable is posted. The bus leaves as soon as it is full, so if you want to go there, it is best to wait for a table at the door early.

I love this hotel and the property! The rooms are very reminiscent of the groovy days, but they are not outdated. The grounds are lovely. We felt catered to by every employee we met. The pool is good-sized and can accommodate a lot of guests. Adults only hot tub! They also have daily activities for kids, families, and adults. There is something for everyone. The restaurant is fabulous. The bar is awesome. The gift store is well stocked with many local goodies. It’s just an amazing place to either be in the middle of Hollywood or completely removed from it. We will return!
