The location is great, a block away from the Wilshire, Rodeo Dr and many good restaurants. The hotel has parking across the street but no valet or bell boys to help with luggage. The rooms were a reasonable size but not a great use of space. Bathrooms had fancy automatic toilets 😳 and multi head showers (but they needed descaling badly). The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was included but basic choices and they didn’t have everything. Do be aware of extra charges on the room - the overall paid price is much higher than the listed price.

Room was small but clean. The stained glass wall separating the bathroom from bed area is extremely awkward and I’m amazed this is not an issue for other reviewers. While I don’t mind partially seeing my husband shower through the colored glass, seeing him sit on the toilet (or knowing he could see me) was just waaay too odd and uncomfortable. The only lighting option was to turn light off in bathroom and on in bedroom. Also, AC didn’t work. Overall the room was clean and bed was comfortable and breakfast was great, but we won’t return because there were too many overlooked odd details. Parking is weird…an employee has to walk across the street and open gate for you. Be aware of $89 fee in addition to hotel cost.

Andy's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel instantly at ease. He went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Not only did he provide me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities, but he also took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me some great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
Throughout my stay, Andy continued to impress me with his exceptional customer service skills. $87 amenities fee due at arrival vs the $21 listed in algotel where I booked. Clerk said this happens a lot and I should take it up with the booking service. I disagree. If it happens a lot, then the hotel should stop taking bookings through that service to avoid surprising customers with larger than expected check in fees.
Room was nice, clean with a comfortable bed and espresso machine. Mineral buildup in the shower made the water streams painfully sharp. Low battery in fire alarm in the hallway beeped all night.
Breakfast was way better than the usual hotel fare, though they were out of some ingredients and didn’t inform me ahead of time.

NEW OWNERS. NOT GOOD!!! We stayed at the Sirtaj hotel a few times a few years ago and it was great. The owner at the time Mr. Singh was amazing man and the hotel was a live and in great shape with a great bar and restaurant. NOT ANYMORE since the new owners took over. Boris the reservation manager is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and should never be in a position of customer service anywhere!! The first room that we got was a suite 209 and unremodeled motel 6 would have been better. Sunny who is an amazing man moved us to suite 307 that was nicer but had no hot water in the shower. We usually stay at the Beverly Hilton and been doing so for years, but due a union strike they are dealing with we decided to go back to the Sirtaj because of the location and the way we remembered it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I do not recommend the hotel to anyone!!! Hopefully Mr. Singh will take it over again. I must say though that Sunny and Lika tried very hard as much as they could to make it comfortable with what they have to work with. They were amazing and provided us with a first class customer service. They are way to good working for this new owners.

The rooms were nice, but the AC unit started leaking water right before we left. Not a big deal. The valet had trouble locating cars for guests, which is not what you want from a valet. They found them, which is the important part.

Loves this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was especially nice. We didn't interact much with the hotel staff but they were polite and helpful when we did. Be aware if you stay overnight, you have to valet park your car.

Blown away by this little gem! Service was outstanding, really friendly and helpful. The room is awesome, newly renovated with excellent mini bar selection and enormous shower.
The small things are what stands out though. Little tablet located on night stand has your name on it and a welcome message (very nice touch) and the whole hotel smelled of scented oils, similar to spa.
Lots of shops restaurants etc all within walking distance.
If you visiting Beverly Hills this is your hotel.
