The hotel is in West Beverly. The front desk service is friendly, but it is a bit expensive. I paid more than 70 dollars when I arrived.

The service is quite good, but it seems that it is under renovation during this period. There is no way. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The restaurant also provides optional breakfast during the renovation. I recommend it.

The room is large, clean and tidy. It is very close to UCLA and there are restaurants within walking distance for dining.

The hotel’s restaurant was under renovation during my stay, but they served some free bread in the morning. Catherine from front desk is very nice and friendly, free upgraded my room. Location wise, it’s in a quiet place away from the downtown but close to UCLA, there’s a botanical garden nearby in walking distance, which is my favorite place during the day. Room is spacious with good conditions.

I was impressed by the experience of staying in the penthouse suite at W Beverly Hotel in Los Angeles. The room design is simple but stylish, and every detail reveals the atmosphere of modern art. Although the style is cold, it is this uniqueness that makes me feel peaceful and relaxed. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the service team added a bit of warmth to my time alone. Whether it is the first ray of sunshine at sunrise or the bright starry sky at night, it is intoxicating. This is an unforgettable luxury journey, highly recommended to travelers who pursue unique experiences.

Fantastic stay. What a beautiful hotel! Very friendly and exceptional service. Pool area is beautiful, lobby is colorful and inviting. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was a cloud of comfort. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and very safe to walk around. Tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
Only complaint is the bathroom design. The sink is a wash basin with very little clearance between faucet and sink. Needlessly challenging to wash your hands when you have bigger hands. And there’s a square cut out of the glass shower, so water splashes out everywhere on the floor. Certainly not reasons to avoid staying here, just wish they went with functional design instead of aesthetics there

Really nice hotel in a great location in West Beverly Hills.
Neighborhood invites you for a nice walk mornings and evenings.
Hotel is nicely maintained and staffing is super nice.
Valet guys are super attentive and helpful.
Had breakfast at the outside area. Nice location, cozy and calm. Breakfast is a little pricy though. Should be adjusted down a little since food is Ok but not outstanding.
Also, two items to improve for the rooms: did stay in 909 which was a nice 4 bed suite: you can barely get you hands under the faucet. The room in between sink and outlet is just too small. Might work for kids but not for adults.
Also what’s the square whole inside the glass shower cabin for? It literally floods the bathroom. 🤨
Had a great two day stay and will come back if in LA.

I love this hotel, the location, pool, personnel and have stayed several times over the last few years. Imagine my incredible shock and disappointment when I discovered after debiting my credit card the full folio charge of approx $2600 for my eight night stay, they put a hold on my credit card for an ADDITIONAL $3,300. I never charge anything to my room. Normally, there is an incidental charge of $200 a night so I would have understood a $1600 pending charge. It took two calls to the hotel and no one could explain the $3300. The extension to "accounting" doesn't work so I had to call back and get someone in room reservations who kindly helped me....the second time I called back I had to get someone at the Front desk to help me. NO ONE apologized, called me back nor could explain the $3,300 charge that stayed for four days on my credit card. But I was told that due to Labor Day, I might have to wait 5 days until it was removed. Seriously, WHAT?
