Fantastic stay. What a beautiful hotel! Very friendly and exceptional service. Pool area is beautiful, lobby is colorful and inviting. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was a cloud of comfort. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and very safe to walk around. Tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Only complaint is the bathroom design. The sink is a wash basin with very little clearance between faucet and sink. Needlessly challenging to wash your hands when you have bigger hands. And there’s a square cut out of the glass shower, so water splashes out everywhere on the floor. Certainly not reasons to avoid staying here, just wish they went with functional design instead of aesthetics there

Neighborhood invites you for a nice walk mornings and evenings.
Hotel is nicely maintained and staffing is super nice.
Valet guys are super attentive and helpful.

Had breakfast at the outside area. Nice location, cozy and calm. Breakfast is a little pricy though. Should be adjusted down a little since food is Ok but not outstanding.
Also, two items to improve for the rooms: did stay in 909 which was a nice 4 bed suite: you can barely get you hands under the faucet. The room in between sink and outlet is just too small. Might work for kids but not for adults.
Also what’s the square whole inside the glass shower cabin for? It literally floods the bathroom. 🤨

I love this hotel, the location, pool, personnel and have stayed several times over the last few years. Imagine my incredible shock and disappointment when I discovered after debiting my credit card the full folio charge of approx $2600 for my eight night stay, they put a hold on my credit card for an ADDITIONAL $3,300. I never charge anything to my room. Normally, there is an incidental charge of $200 a night so I would have understood a $1600 pending charge. It took two calls to the hotel and no one could explain the $3300. The extension to "accounting" doesn't work so I had to call back and get someone in room reservations who kindly helped me....the second time I called back I had to get someone at the Front desk to help me. NO ONE apologized, called me back nor could explain the $3,300 charge that stayed for four days on my credit card. But I was told that due to Labor Day, I might have to wait 5 days until it was removed. Seriously, WHAT?

Had a really good stay. We were able to check in early, which really helped. The room was spacious and came with an ironing board and iron, gowns were provided, but we only had 1 in our room. The bathroom was really large with good mirrors and nice bodycare. The bed also was so comfy. The gym was on the second floor and had up-to-date equipment. The pool area was beautiful, really no one there during the week, it was so relaxing. Would have been nice to eat around the pool on plates and not out of plastic boxes, especially for the price, I would also prefer tea and coffee making facilities in the room rather than in reception, no one wants to get up jet lagged to face the world for a coffee! But our stay was really good and the location was nice.

What a fantastic hotel! It is very difficult to achieve and maintain this level of exploitation. Its top-notch support makes you feel comfortable and welcome. They, and their excellent hotel and management team, keep us coming back year after year. Feel the harmony and perfection of their offerings, which provide their guests with true healing. You will never waste a minute of your time at this hotel.

Very kind. Good background music. Great staff! On 6/21/21 I was with a group of people at an after party. It was really good. And I like that at least they took people's temperatures before letting anyone in. Because many people still listen to scientists rather than politicians.

This hotel is great. Customer service is excellent. The room has several small bottles of liquor, a tray of snacks and a refrigerator full of soft drinks. Which was really useful. I also needed safety pins so I called down and they brought me some in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend.
