If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this place isn’t your best bet. The walls are so thin that it feels like your neighbor is right next to you. I was woken up both nights by my neighbors talking, a phone alarm, and coughing. It’s a shame because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. No ice except in the lobby, no full length mirror, 1 hook to hang towels, no place to put clothes except 2 very tiny drawers. And a very tiny closet. Tables line the back wall with no drawers, 1 chair. A cheap hotel for marriot to put out. Don't stay here. The water is mixed up. The rugs in hallway and in room are ALWAYS wet.

The rooms are dark and basic in amenities. There were several dogs barking through the night. Service was not helpful when valet delivered my car after staying the first night with minor damage on the side. There are much better choices in Coral Gables than this hotel.

This is not a good hotel. Only giving it two stars because the front desk employees were very nice, and the hotel has a decent location to the Miracle Mile.

The rooms are awful. There was a terrible musty wet dog smell in our room and we weren’t able to move because the hotel was sold out for a wedding.

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on outside in the hallway and everything going on inside the bathroom. I hope you are very comfortable with whomever you are sharing a room with.

The bed wasn’t bad, but the furniture was worn and not really functional.

I normally like Aloft properties, but I could never recommend this one.

Hotel is overall poor and overpriced - rooms are worn (broken outlets, grime, rusty fixtures, noisy AC) and not cleaned well; dark grey walls feel like you’re in a cave.

Want to eat in the hotel? Forget it, they just serve wings and tacos and have to pickup downstairs.

Breakfast is poor and not restocked well/promptly for the few items they have on offer.

Pool isn’t heated.

Want ice? It’s only available in bags in the lobby fridge.

Front desk staff, particularly the evening staff, are blunt and unhelpful, even by Miami standards of service.

Head elsewhere if on business or personal travel, plenty of better options in the Gables.

Was not happy with the check in and the stop and go breakfast. Everything else was good especially the location.

The location is located in the south of Miami, the price is moderate, and it is far from the subway station. You need to take a taxi or take the bus to travel. The rooms are good and bad. The bathroom is okay and looks refreshing.

Great location - not too far from the airport, with plenty of dining options around, yet far from the crowded touristy areas. Friendly and helpful stuff, very comfortable bed, nice pool.

I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period of time and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is nice and quiet and the location is perfect for a drive to the beach and great meal afterwards as Miracle Mile is within a 5 min walk. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful, always greeted guest with a smile and offered the best restaurant recommendations!!

Had to shout her out because her dedication stood out, her positivity is radiant, shes a real asset to the company.
