THesis Hotel Miami

Beautiful clean & very impressive hotel but most importantly are amazing staff. We were welcome by JP at the desk. He could not have been any kinder or welcoming. JP handled our needs & quick to helped my husband who needed help who needed assistance. Jonathan made us some incredibly good drinks at the pool bar & so friendly. Each staff we met were smiling & ready to assist us. We even extended our stay a couple more days because of how wonderful the hotel, amenities, & staff are. A wonderful surprise & we will be back because of JR, Jonathon & how well they treated us. Thank you JP & Jonathon.

This has hands down been the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was treated as a VIP, and everything was incredibly comfortable.

Katherine from the reservations was AMAZING!! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about pricing and rooms. Loved working with. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the thesis hotel and ask to speak to Katherine to help you with your reservation.

The hotel is very clean, room is spacious, great customer service besides bell men who will open car doors for you each time you arrive or depart which I consider as a nice polite gesture especially if a person needs help doing so.
Location is ok, not so close to downtown and really far from south beach. I mean 25 minutes minimum of drive!
Restaurant's downstairs and 3rd floor and food is yummy.

The location for us was amazing, we were down for a short stay for a medical appointment. Beautiful rooms, a little noise came from the hallway, so the walls were perhaps not well insulated, but having the air on took care of that. We were not there long enough to check out anything but the restaurant on the main level, and it was absolutely great! Good menu, definitely well presented and delicious as well. Service was good. We could have lingered longer. Rooms had comfortable beds. We will definitely come again.

The entire place was pleasant. First we met Michelle at the front desk—she was super friendly & a good first impression.

When we made it to our room, we thought it was great. It was clean, had a river view and nicely decorated. The only thing I will say is the duvet had a stain on it after the duvet cover came off so be sure to check those & one or two complementary waters in the room would be perfect!

The restaurants were great. We met an amazing guy, named Jose, who was extremely knowledgeable behind the bar. He made us great drinks and had great conversation. On our last day, we went to the rooftop bar, and that was great as well. The happy hour prices were awesome and the drinks were delicious. I definitely recommend the margarita.

Before we left, we met a super friendly lady named Shavon. She was extremely helpful—she held our bags for us until it was time for us to go to the airport, which allowed us to explore the area hassle free. She also told us about this cool new ride-share app named Alto.

The overall experience was great and my bf & I will be back soon!

Loved our stay here! Vikash, the manager, was very nice and welcoming. The staff was excellent and provided amazing service to us as a big family. The third floor bar and rooftop was a great experience with live music and a great vibe. The rooms were very modern and clean with great room service as well. I can confidently say whenever I am in Miami, I will be staying at this hotel. Thank you to the whole staff!!

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, the restaurants are fantastic and the amenities are very nice. The pool and outdoor area on the 3rd floor, along the the live band, are great for hanging out and having drinks. The 2 restaurants are world class, with unique and tasty dishes and a nice bar. Definitely stay here if you get a chance!

Really great experience at Thesis for a family wedding! Clean, comfortable rooms with accommodating and friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent and so is the service. I only gave this 4/5 stars because the pool area wasn't super comfortable – it's completely shaded in the afternoon and located on the 3rd floor amid a total wind tunnel...
