Stayed a week here for a conference. Originally started in room 1729 but after two long nights of amorous noises from the adjoining room, I was moved to 600. Although in a lower floor, I was able to get sleep.
The room was nicely appointed and clean. A king sized bed room it offered a nice bedroom and desk area with a large albeit oddly shaped corner bathroom with no windows.
Service was excellent in the club lounge and breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres were nice. Well maintained and with a good selection. I on,y wish that the front part of the lounge was open 24/7 or at least extended hours for coffee, tea, and water.
The location was excellent with access to the Assembly Food Hall via a connecting walkway through the Renaissance’s conference room area. A wonderful and very easy way to access the food hall.
The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly for the most part. I do recommend more training on elite status as I was frequently misinformed about my included benefits and had to correct them.
All in all a nice stay, very centrally located and I would return.
Also, if you take the hop on hop off trolley tour (which I recommend for first timers) stop #9 is the closest to the Renaissance.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location in Nashville. Nice updated rooms and the Concierge lounge was very nice. Food at the Bridge bar was also great.
All of the staff here are terrific. Kierra at the front desk was very efficient and courteous and bar tenders Amanda, Aubrey and Marie were all amazing.
I highly recommend the Renaissance !

We stayed here for a convention for 6 days. We were very pleased with everything from the accommodations to the conference facilities, to the housekeeping, the bellmen, and even maintenance!! Everything was immaculate and the staff, for the most part was very friendly! I especially loved the great service through messaging in the app!
A couple of opportunities for improvement: we could not get our digital key to work at all. I shared it successfully with other guests in the room and it didn’t work for them. Reception reset it 3 times with no luck. I’m not sure what the problem could have been, but I really wish it would have worked for convenience sake! We also did not have a great domineering experience in Little Fib. They seemed understaffed as it took asking 3 separate people to figure out who our server was and some of the food came out seemingly not quite cooked as it was still cool inside (cheese curds in the nachos). Some in our party commented that the soup was delicious! The burgers seemed to be overcooked a bit as they were dry.
Other than those opportunities, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return as the location is very convenient to Broadway and the Assembly Food Hall!

In town for a conference, can’t beat the location. No parking at the hotel, only valet service. There are garages next door and across the street that run about $30 a day. The conference area was nice, pretty good food as well for all of the lunches and breakfasts. Rooms were very nice and there was a nice sized bar in the lobby area. Best feature of the hotel is the location. Close enough to walk to all the downtown areas. Right next to the food assembly hall where they have great food, drinks and live music.

Great hotel and location. Breakfast buffet is awesome and Chef Danny Thomas is excellent. Great omelette and grits plus a joy to hang and talk to while he cooks your food.

Average hotel. Cons: Rooms are very expensive due to the location, add to that $70/night for valet-only parking. No bellhop service or luggage cart was offered. $30 per person for Hampton Inn-level breakfast. $5 for a 20oz bottle of soda at the lobby store. Walls paper thin you can hear all the drunkards coming back at 2am. Pros: rooms were very clean and hotel looks very fancy. Comfortable beds. Breakfast eggs were delicious. Location can’t be beat. All in all there’s nothing spectacular about this place, but it’s not bad if you want a decent hotel close to Broadway, just know you’ll be paying $$$$ for that convenience.

Hands down this has the best concierge lounge (in a non Ritz-Carlton) that I've been in. The lounge makes the hotel for sure. Lots of space, they've spent a good deal on the decor, great full breakfast, all day snacks and great food at night. Weekday offerings for dinner are a lot better than the weekend ones but they're still pretty good. Fast elevators, good customer service, a nice bar up on the third floor. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is off Broadway so you are a few minutes to the action but don't hear any of the noise.

Location is perfect! Less than a 5 min walk to broadway. The pool and jacuzzi were great and overall the service was outstanding. Great for a business trip and leisure.

However, everything at this hotel needs to be purchased. E.g. Wifi, bottled water, and some others.
The breakfast was just ok. Few options to choose from and it was the same for every single day.
The check-in process was really hesitant. Need to wait for almost an hour to complete the check-in process even though the payment has been completely paid online.
The room is just ok and you need to advise the roomkeeper to change the bed sheet every day. Otherwise, they will not do so.
Overall, it wasn’t worth staying since there are some other hotels nearby to choose from and they can serve us better.
