Omni Hotel

The Omni Nashville is a beautiful hotel with a very elegant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and glam, with cozy seating areas and a warm fireplace, a perfect place to relax or have a drink. The bar area is lively yet comfortable, ideal for unwinding after a long day of touring the city.

The location is perfectly located within walking distance to the Country Hall of Fame and other great sites to see!

I appreciated the complimentary cold water bottles at the front desk given throughout our stay. The valet team was also outstanding, even with a massive wedding going on, causing a really long line of cars. They were professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They prioritized hotel guests and helped us quickly when we were in a time crunch.

Our room was comfortable and had a nice view, but I was surprised to see a traditional shower curtain instead of a glass enclosure, especially at over $600 a night. For a 5-star property with Omni’s reputation, I would expect more updated bathroom features to match the luxury standard elsewhere in the hotel.

Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service and atmosphere. I'm just hoping to see some room upgrades soon to make it truly 5-star across the board.

I attended the GNAA Gala at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, and let me just say, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! This was my first ever gala, and the experience was truly unforgettable.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Lakendric (apologies if I misspelled your name). He was so nice and took incredible care of my friends and I the entire night. Even though he worked behind the scenes, you could tell he was the engine that kept everything running smoothly. He carried himself with such calmness and professionalism, and you could not tell if he was stressed or nervous. He managed everything so well. Truly impressive.

Another shoutout goes to Mina, the bartender upstairs. Mina was extremely friendly, warm, and professional. He knew his drinks well and made excellent recommendations. What I loved most was how engaging he was. He genuinely connected with my friends and I and made us feel welcomed.

I also want to highlight Eli from valet. He was so cool and professional, especially considering how long the valet line was when everyone was leaving. Even in the rush, he stayed on his toes trying to keep everything moving efficiently. I enjoyed bothering him during the few seconds he had to breathe, lol.

My friends and I truly love the Omni because of employees like them. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our first gala an experience we will never forget. We will definitely be visiting the Omni Hotel Nashville again for our own leisure.

The hotel was chosen due to its proximity to a conference venue. Check in was easy, no early check in available. However I was upgraded to a King suite with no additional cost after 2:00. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with coffee, fridge, microwave and large table. Staff pleasant and accommodating! There were at full capacity and did a great job! Because of full capacity, elevators were slow and hot water required running the shower for 10 minutes. Cost of hotel and fees were in-line with competition. Each evening a guest reception with adult beverage and snacks provided and breakfast included. This was a fantastic hotel.

Excellent location to all the happenings in Nashville, informative customer service at the front desk, bell hops were super friendly, valet was FAST, and bartenders were very nice, thanks Todd.

We always enjoy the Omni and its proximity to everything and the large pool area that has an abundant number of chairs and friendly staff.

Top rated for Atmosphere and Food. There are many areas to relax after working long convention hours. Beautiful rooftop pool and many common areas. Professional and friendly staff. Elegant, comfortable, and very clean.

Hays Travel arranged the trip and they were wonderful, can't speak highly enough of the staff at the Crosby branch, nothing was too much trouble for them and we asked a lot of questions as our USA holiday was in 2 locations; New Orleans and Nashville. Both hotels were amazing, the flights good too. Although a lot of time on a plane Delta airlines were brilliant! Our only negative from the whole experience was the additional USD 35.03 per room per night for OTA and taxes at the OMNI, which unfortunately we had not been made unaware of by Hays Travel. This meant an additional unexpected charge of almost USD 500. Had we been made aware of this we could have budgeted for it, we could also have taken advantage of the 'perks' included with it e.g., discount on entry to The Country Music Hall of Fame, free local and national calls, better WIFI and free boot sizing locally. The location of the OMNI was perfect, The Country Music Hall of Fame can be accessed from within the Hotel. The staff very helpful, friendly and approachable, and the service great. The whole place was very clean and considering its location the nighttime was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. The ambiance everywhere was so good. Felt very safe and well looked after. The pool was a highlight for us as was the Pick (bar in the foyer). Highly recommend the OMNI just be aware of the additional OTA and taxes.
