The staff were all exceptional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was not our first stay here and this visit was amazing as well.

Stayed for 4 nights, loved it! The location is perfect, right by the heart of Time Square and the Broadway, but the rooms are tugged in, surprisingly quiet. The impeccably dressed staff are courteous and friendly. The room is not big, but ample space for the two of us. The entire hotel is quaint, comfortable, and all the old New York quality and charm is well preserved and carefully maintained.
Casablanca is an amazing hotel in a great location in the city! Hard to believe it is so close to Times Square. It’s quiet and homey. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast was great!
This hotel is in a fab location. It’s literally just off Times Square. We walked everywhere. They have a free breakfast plus this lounge is available all day long offering teas/coffee/water/fruit/pasteries
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
