Stayed here for 5 nights a few weeks ago and it was one of my favourite hotels!
We were travelling for our honeymoon and Margaritaville was the only hotel out of all of them that even acknowledged this.
The rooms were spotless, compact but well thought out for storage.
We used the pool daily, the cocktails and service were fantastic.
Honestly can’t complain about a single thing & will recommend to anyone going to NY!

I don’t often stay in Times Square but my girlfriend hadn’t been to NYC before so wanted to hit some of the big tourist spots.
For the location rooms are reasonably sized, quiet, well decorated and very clean.
The pool is fantastic and the rooftop bar is great too.
Also, very fairly priced given the amenities and locations. It would absolutely be my first choice my next trip in.

Great location in times square. Rooms were small but comfortable and had the essentials. Service was good albeit New York (blunt and direct, not necessarily a bad thing). Only major complaints were the lack of elevators. There was only 2 working elevators for a 30+ floor building with 4 bars/restaurants. Getting into that elevator was always an experience in itself. Otherwise was a great experience.

The room was definitely well thought out in the design process; I do not think everyone would like it, but I sure loved it! We stayed on the 28th floor and never had a problem with the noise, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The service was very very decent, never once did we half to wait on any cleaning stuff and we always got new bedding and towels which was nice. The location might be a little difficult to find at first but after the first time visiting you’ll be able to find it no problem. I like that it’s right in time square but again idk if people would agree with that. But overall I loved it, definitely will be staying there if I come back to NYC! And lastly I did not get to go to the pool (to busy) however I briefly saw it and it looked busy but very very enjoyable so if you go I recommend you visit that spot!

This is a hotel that is very convenient for taking the subway, bus, and participating in tour groups. The location is very good, and the room is very satisfactory except for a small one. The cleaning lady is very friendly

I paid a $300 deposit at the hotel. Over a week after checking out, I still haven't received my deposit. At other hotels in the US and Canada, they've revoked the pre-authorization upon check-out, and I can't get a refund within 24 hours. Even contacting Ctrip was unsuccessful. It seems I have no choice but to choose Airbnb. They don't charge such a high deposit, and the surcharge feels like forced payment! Furthermore, the front desk clearly discriminates against Asian-looking Chinese people. They assigned them to the bottom floor, where they were plagued by noisy air conditioning and street noise. European and American guests are usually on the 20th floor or above, with great night views! Same price, different treatment! This is my first time giving a hotel a bad review! So, what's the deal?

Location is perfect! Walking distance of everything and we had beautiful view of times square and its neon beauty. The rooms were surprisingly well sound proof too! The rooms are very small as a forewarning. They do come with a fridge and coffee maker and the ice machine is only on floor 7 where front desk is. Bed was quite comfortable and watching the sunset on the roof was amazing. Staff are not friendly but are professional and willing to assist after a nudge. Parking available across the street and it takes quite some time to retrieve your car so plan accordingly. Overall a nice place to stay in the city!

The location and service are impeccable. The room is a little small but acceptable. People who sleep lightly may need to consider it. There is sometimes construction noise in the middle of the night, and the low-frequency noise of the air conditioner outdoor unit. Of course, the air conditioner itself is also a little noisy

Pleasant stay, close to everything, the hotel is secure, very clean. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment... I RECOMMEND
