The only problem we found out was that we had to pay for a “facilities fee” which i believe trip.com needs to include in the rate of the hotel or it seems deceiving the rates.
every morning i asked them to clean the room, but nothing.. no one taking care and come to room
for cleaning. i reminded all the time the fron desk, but was still the same,
with the expensive rate in chirstmas, this hotel is offer standard budget hotel.
very disappointed with this hotel
Room size was okay - for New York.
Free purified water (with bottles) on all floors, and complimentary coffee and tea near the lobby.
One negative feedback - the walls are quite thin. Could hear what the room next door was “watching on TV” and they were also loud at times.
Other than that, it was a really good stay there.
