Location and staff are impeccable, very kind and very helpful. Breakfast had very limited options, but staff at the restaurant and food from the menu was good!

Great location but very few guest services. Room was small but adequate for a short stay. Would only stay here again with a great bargain on the room rate.

Our hotel concierge recommended this restaurant to us as we were heading out for supper and we were so glad he did. We enjoyed the atmosphere as much as the food. Good sized portions and delicious food. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Serafina's!

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were clean and the staff remember you. They always serviced us well and helped us problem solve when we needed.
We noticed that other hotels around the area also highly recommend the rooftop bar here because we talked to someone who pointed us back to this place, calling it a "really beautiful rooftop bar" while gesturing kisses with his fingers to his lip. Haha, he didn't know we were already staying there. That says a lot to me, in my opinion.

Very nice place. The hotel is a party hotel. There is a rooftop bar that has 3 levels with different environments. A bar on the basement with a speak-easy vibe and a huge fish tank. The room was small but nice. The bathroom is a bit cold specially with no shower curtain or door. Hot water and shower pressure were very good. Clean comfortable bed. The best was the staff attitude during check in and check out. We forgot a jacket at the lobby and when we called 6 hrs later we were happy to find out a doorman had recovered it and placed it in storage. Dealing with the attendant at the phone was frustrating because she put little effort in looking or asking about the jacket, but, once we asked for the general manager things got done.

The Hotel was great with comfortable beds and very clean rooms. I was there for an interview and the ironing board and iron worked well and were clean so I didn't need to worry about my clothes. Even staying on the first floor, the room was also quiet which is rare.

A friend and I went to celebrate my 25th birthday at the PHD terrace. Our waitress was pleasant and quite helpful the entire time. A few hours passed by and a couple more people joined us. They were accommodated as well. The view of the city was priceless. I would definitely go back again.

Boutique Hotel on West 55th Street right at the cusp of the Theater District. Serafina restaurant is right next door. It is a little less then the large hotels and a bit more cozy. Excellent for a family with young children. Nearby you will find Carnegie Hall, City Center, and Central Park. Many restaurants in the area. Several Subway and bus access. Cute Hotel at a great location

Great place, everyone was helpful and courteous. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the elevator situation. Have to wait a LONG time for one at certain times of the day.
