Valet people and door men were friendly.
It’s very interesting how you valet a 120k car and the front desk staff can’t give you proper directions on how to pick it up after hours. Parking garage tells you give ticket to hotel, people at hotel tell you keep ticket. Properly train your staff on how someone picks up their car after hours.
I LOVE this hotel. Best location. Best rooftop bar. Comfy large room with a lovely view of the Hudson! I will be staying here from now on!!!
