My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The room was perfect with lots of space and had everything we could have possibly needed. The best thing about our stay was the staff, which went above and beyond for us. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Beautiful room views, delicious in room breakfast, wonderful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting NYC!

The hotel is right next to Central Park. Outside the window is the land of New York, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Valet parking is convenient and fast. In addition, there is a subway station downstairs, so transportation is convenient. The hotel looks very old, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an old-money aesthetic. Water and various special snacks are delivered every day, which is very considerate and interesting. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and there is never any garbage or dirty towels piled up in the house. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and double bathrooms, and the space is much larger than hotels of the same level. The staff is enthusiastic but not excessive. The doormen, front desk staff, and guest rooms are very friendly and are always ready to provide convenience for customers. I will come again after staying for a week.

The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are outdated. It is not worth such a high price. The location is good, but there is nothing memorable. The room is not small, there is a kitchen but no pot, which is a bit strange.

It was a great hotel for a family of four to go to and they even upgraded our rooms. The view of Central Park from our room was also amazing. I highly recommend it if you come again.

The best service was provided by the two ladies who were in charge of adding beds and delivering meals. They were very nice, and the doorman was also nice. The bad thing was that there were too many windows in the living room, so it was very cold at night. Even when the heater was turned on to the maximum, the living room was still cold, but the bedroom was very hot and dry, so it was easy to catch a cold. In addition, one of the two table lamps in the living room could not be turned on, and the plug of one was broken.

A true old money style hotel. The front desk and concierge service level is very high. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I communicated with the concierge and booked the JG dinner next door. It's Trump's hotel, so I took some details. The room is not large, but it fully demonstrates the "small but complete". The open kitchen on the right side of the door is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to espresso and American cups, coffee cups are also prepared for take-out disposable cups. The bathroom is not big either. The bathroom supplies insist on using small packages for each guest. The towels are white and soft. The hardware is indeed a bit old, but it is well maintained and very clean. The SPA is comfortable and the night bed is professionally made. Downstairs is opposite Central Park. In winter, there is not much scenery except taking a carriage to stroll around. It should be beautiful when the cherry blossoms bloom in March!

We enjoyed every moment at Trumps International New York. Great view from our room. Big kitchen that we can even make a full cooking (but obviously not)
The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was superb. All the staff welcomed us with great service mind attitude including the cleaning lady.
We hope to stay with you again. Highly recommend this hotel near Central Park, NY. Thanks a lot.

5 star, I had a beautiful 1 bedroom suite with beautiful views of the city and park. The staff was so friendly. My only complaint was the food wasn't that good for room service and they should remodel the rugs.
