Wonderful resort. Conveniently located on International drive. Great mix of family and different ages. Really enjoyed our unit on the fifth floor.. full one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Super convenient for cooking meals. Absolutely stunning gym facilities and wonderful main pool area. Also enjoyed playing billiards pool side. My only critic is that we did not enjoy the restaurant as it wasn’t full service.

This is the perfect destination that is a close drive to all the parks. It’s just enough out of the way of the crazy traffic and has all you need around it. For the property itself, I love that there is a security post that doesn’t allow just random vehicles in (that’s a plus). The second you get on this property it’s awesome, clean, well-maintained, and on point

We got the 2 bedroom villa and stayed on the 6th floor with a view overlooking the pool. It was EPIC (I recommend the big water slide). The cleaning staff cleaned so well that I’ve never had that done like that, props to them!

We had a small noise issue during our stay, but nothing too crazy. The security staff here at the resort straight up handled it. John and Michael were extremely professional, quick to action, very nice, and represent this resort at the highest level. The follow-ups by the staff, specifically Chris, to ensure we had a good stay and no further complaints were awesome. This resort has highly professional and friendly personnel.

Overall, I would stay here again and again if coming to the Orlando area. 10/10 stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this resort. While the initial room I was given wasn't up to my usual standards, Chad Prentice went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. He quickly moved me to a much better room, demonstrating exceptional customer service and a genuine concern for my satisfaction. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I'm grateful for his attentiveness and would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and commitment to guest satisfaction.

I absolutely love this place!! I have come here up to several times a year for the last 15 years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando. The rooms are clean, the amenities are top tier and I always feel right at home. The staff has been nothing short of amazing on top of it all. This current trip, I had an extremely pleasant experience with Brittany at the front desk where she helped with a booking issue and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my father for our stay. Very grateful for her help!! She’s fantastic. Reasons such as this is why I recommend this resort to everybody!! We will of course be back.

We stayed in September for 30 nights in an 2 bed villa and it was the most perfect stay. The room was spotless, friendly staff, huge property with heated pools, multiple gyms and so many daily activities.
The resort is in the best location on international drive. It is so close to supermarkets, restaurants, Disney, sea world and universal.
Timothy the hotel manager was so kind and helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a brilliant manager.
We can’t wait to return in December and for many years to come!
