12 years ago last stay at the hotel it was nice seeing that Steve the parrot man was still there.

This hotel was a great stay. It has everything you need to accommodate. We're a family size of 6 and the 2 beds with pull out sofa worked perfectly. The charter bus to all the Disney parks, including Disney Springs, is so convenient and a load off of us parents after a full day at the parks. The rooms are clean! Food is good! Pool view, And its nice and quite when its time to be. What more can you ask for? So worth it!

Great location. Rooms were clean and worked for my large family. We called for pillows and a clogged sink, and someone came super quick. The hallways smell amazing. I was happy to see there wasn't carpet in the rooms(I hate when hotels have carpet in the rooms it's gross cause they never get cleaned). The two women at the desk during my checkin were great!!!
Only issues we found were there wasn't a thermostat in the room, so we couldn't adjust the temp in the room. And the size of the bathroom was small, but guess because the sink wasn't in there it made sense. Also, the price of the food was a tad high ($9 for ice cream was ridiculous).
Overall great hotel. We will definitely be back!!

Renovations in Tower 2 are great, and rooms are much brighter and inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is parking during events. But they are definitely making positive changes from the past.

Loved staying here at the Caribe Royal for two nights! With Starbucks and many dining options on site- you don't really have to leave the property! Food was delicious, pool was wonderful, and the location and amenities were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are all so pleasant and welcoming! Location felt very safe.👌🏽 Convenient gated parking right around the property as well.
Families with small children - flotation vests and toys are available for use at the gym building but arrive early because they run out of rentals FAST! 🥽🏊🏽♀️
I highly recommend staying here at Caribe Royale! And the Orlando Vice is a must try at the poolside bar and restaurant! 🍹💦

Comfortable and clean room. Room service did a great job cleaning. Very thorough. The pool was great and the grounds are well kept and maintained. The conference facility is also good. I knocked it a star because all of the restaurants and amenities are way overpriced. Be prepared to seek food elsewhere. It’s much cheaper. If prices were better this would be an easy 4 star.

One of the best hotels in orlando. Basically stayed in and enjoyed the amenities instead of going out. The pool was fun, game room was entertaining, and steakhouse was awesome. The gym and hot tub right after really relaxed me so well I had the best sleep of my life. Thanks for the excellent service. I would really highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel near Disney World with a beautiful pool, friendly staff, reasonably price bar and good food. Arrived for a conference late in the day, staff was pleasant and helpful. Got us squared away in a beautiful suite which set the tone for the rest of the week. Very nice conference facility is located just across the parking lot from three large towers of guest rooms. Would absolutely return for work or pleasure.
