Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort

Wonderful service! Every person in this hotel went above and beyond at all times. Lindsey was amazing and made sure my room was stocked with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and rose petals upon arrival. Communication with her was excellent and she always responded quickly to any questions I had prior to our arrival. Our waiter at the pool today was Tran, so kind and attentive. I ordered room service for dessert tonight and we were lucky that Tran delivered it too! His positive attitude and demeanor after such a long day is wonderful!! I have only good things to say about the hotel, the staff and all the extras. We will be back in July with our children. Thank you Hyatt for an unforgettable experience.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The proximity is ideal for springs and parks, but is not connected to them. It's like it's your own little island resort. The pools are great, the hotel is beautiful, everyone who works there is always so wonderful. From the main restaurant to the pool bar...all the food and drinks are great. I've been here many times and have never regretted it.

I booked last minute and couldn't have been happier. Our stay at this Hyatt was wonderful. Not perfect by any means, but it was a vacation that will keep me coming back. The pool was an absolute show stopper. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and exploring the grotto. The customer service was amazing. When booking we only had the option for double rooms, but we were able to get a King and a pool view. I will definitely pay for the view in the future. Some reviews made me nervous to stay here, but I didn't find anything that they thought was true. I really wish parking was included, especially for the price. We were also on the low floor (4) but found it great. We could hear the water, getting to the ground was easy and quick, and we still felt high since the pool is below the lobby! I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. I wish they were there, but it wouldn't affect whether I would return: -microwave -larger mini-fridge -Improved hot tub control (lots of unattended children, not allowed by their own rules) -higher temperature in hot tub, especially since it is located in a grotto - antibacterial soap in the rooms

Stayed here with the Mrs. for a little R&R. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of things to do. The highlight however, was Brian at the Lakehouse Bar. We stopped to have a drink before going off for dinner. While looking over the drink menu, Brian offered to design cocktails for us, based on our individual likes and dislikes. We thought it was a great idea, kind of like a chef’s tasting menu, not knowing what you’ll get. The drinks were both unique and outstanding. We eventually asked about food. I asked Brian if he wanted to pick our food too, and he kindly agreed. Brian ended up doing this for two other couples. We spent the night having a memorable experience that went beyond food and beverage; thank you Brian.

I love this place! The service was impeccable from check in, bartenders, room service and even Merlot, the resident parrot who loves chewing on straws! We stayed in a bi-level suite which was incredible. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Can't wait to come back.

Beautifully landscaped grounds with golf course and jogging paths! ...Stopped by to see the hotel for a future booking on a visa points stay. Enjoyed a nice afternoon "walk- jog". I chose the A path at 1.3 miles that meanders by beautiful little lakes and Grand Oaks. There is also a B path that is over 3 miles long. I visited the hotel for lunch but all was closed except the bar and limited menue pool side restaurant. Call ahead if wish to fully dine with table service. This hotel is a nice oasis near Disney and has lots of beautiful pools and lakes as well as resort property for families to unwind. A good value compared to other hotel or resort options. Resort valet and self parking fees are very high ( $30.00 plus) so it might be better to shuttle in if you can do without a car if you plan to stay more than a few nights.

Very clean! The only downside is no jacuzzi.
