We had an absolutely exceptional 5-day stay at the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, the service was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Hu, Monsaaf, and Risham at the reception for their warm welcome and incredible professionalism. Pooch and Ruvi at the Executive Lounge went above and beyond every day to make our experience unforgettable. A big shout-out to Shyamali and Shiwaly from housekeeping for keeping everything immaculate with such kindness and attention to detail. We’re also extremely grateful to the pool staff and the breakfast team — their friendly service and dedication made each day start and end on a perfect note. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

I visited here around 5times to eat the lunch or dinner.
Today, I met amazing staff named “Mohammad”. He is a manager of the buffet.
He was very kind and good. He helped me and asked it is good.

This is one of the best resorts in Abu Dhabi. I can say this, since I have stayed in many hotels and resorts but this one is on top of the list. Excellent Service, spacious rooms and at great location in my opinion. Ambient is calm and it has access to beach front and big pool. My family enjoyed a lot. Also, the food selection is great and it does justice to its reputation. Definitely will visit again. Don't forget to go for a Boat ride if you stay in the hotel.

Nice hotel, rooms were great and spacious, however would not recommend if you are traveling with young children.
Feels like the hotel caters more for people who are on business trips. If you want to have a drink indoor with your family in the evening the only place you can sit is a tiny family room in the horizon club lounge, if you did not pay for the club lounge only other place is outside by the pool bar. Raised the issue with management but did not get much of a resolution.
Wont be back here again anytime soon.

The service is what would bring me back over and over. From the valet, concierge & very helpful reception staff to the luxurious room, delicious breakfast and amazing views of the mosque. The turn down service was a cherry on top and just so inviting for the peaceful sleep you get in their comfortable beds. I loved the soothing cascade of the waterfall shower and the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch, adding a touch of luxury to the experience.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and did not regret it one bit! We paid for the packages that gives you access to the horizon lounge and that is one of the parts that made our stay amazing. Priya served us and was very polite and nice and went the extra mile in serving us. The chef spoke to our wife and found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond having the servers bring over champagne. Along with the hotel staff preparing our room to make It romantic for our honeymoon we cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel was beyond beautiful and worth every dollar but what made our experience special was the staff.

The buffet, it has to be said was excelent. A very good choice of main dishes and desserts. However the wine list is extremely over priced for the selection on offer. Wine waiters should be better trained for the service this hotel is aiming for.

10/10 in every way. Gorgeoys rooms. Exceptional service. Amazing food options. Breathtaking view of the sunset! We can't thank the hotel management and staff enough for making our stay so relaxing with their attentive care and kindness!

1. Service. Staff are nice and hospitable. Welcome fruit and desserts are so good.
2. Food. Best buffet both breakfast and dinner. Must try the seafood night Friday. The oysters are the best I ever tasted in UAE. You can even use Entertainer to save $.
