Whilst the premises are nice the customer service lacks that personal touch and felt more like a cheap resort (despite the high price) where no one cares. Staff are clueless when asked a question and apart from breakfast staff no one seemed interested. This lack of customer service made me think this place don't care about customers and this I do not recommend. Please train staff to attend to customers...

The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

Beach Rotana Residences is an amazing place to stay. It was well equipped kitchenette which is great. Very spacious rooms and spotless clean. Great view and convenience store just off the lobby. Breakfast is fine but nothing spectacular, same for in room dining. All the good restaurants are in Hotel Beach Rotana which is couple of minutes walk from residences.
