NOT CLEAN, cockroaches in the room which is disgusting. Very smelly. rotten toilet. Water not flowing in your shower. DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER.

BAD LOCATION TOO MUCH TRAFFIC
IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR TRIP TO BE BAD. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
This place is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The unbearable noise from the nightclub blasts until 4:00 AM every single night — it’s like trying to sleep inside a speaker! I complained to the front desk multiple times, but the useless staff did absolutely nothing. They clearly don’t care about guests, only about their nightclub money. This is not a hotel — it’s a sleepless nightmare. Disgraceful management, terrible service, zero respect for guests.
If you value your sanity, never stay here. They should be ashamed to even call this place a hotel. I would give it zero stars if I could.
The hotel staff keep saying, “Call Agoda,” and Agoda says, “It depends on the hotel.” I’ve been calling and messaging for days, and still no response or solution.
I didn’t even stay at this hotel but they refused to change my booking or give a refund. Very unprofessional, unhelpful, and irresponsible service.
Please avoid booking this hotel unless you’re ready for frustration. Once they get your payment, you’re on your own no communication no support nothing.
The one & only worst hotel and worst service in history of Dubai Hotel. Staffs are very rude, literally entering the rooms without permission. I don't know how do they get permission for displaying 4 star hotel. Staffs are so cheep, Using abusive words, behave like gangsters.
People who plan to book rooms in The saffron boutique worst 4 star hotel, please reconsider your choice or else you will be humiliated, insulted by Hotel housekeeping, room supervisor and duty manager.
