It's a nice place to stay during off time.relaxing and peaceful room.We enjoyed our stay and had a really great time. One thing only that catches my attention is in the bathroom, there's a lack of bathroom necessities such as soap and dental kit which other hotels that I booked for the past days were present in the bathroom. So far it's a nice place to stay.

Nice place with a perfect location near the metro station and shopping mall. if you faced any problem or difficulties, it is enough to ask about Mr. Ahmed (the manager of the night staff) he is always available at the reception and he is so helpful and friendly man.

The hotel is good, rooms are tidy housekeeping is good too. I think they waste a lot of energy by auto turning the TV on every time u get into the room. I stayed for more than 10days with breakfast, I think they need to add some varieties to their breakfast menu as they serve almost the same items everyday.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is an iron in every room which we found convenient. The swimming pool is small but it was okay. The breakfast could have been more diverse but still a good value. It’s located in a nice walkable area, and close to the metro station. I would stay again in this hotel.

The room I had was on the 5th floor, very large plenty of room. The hotel is square all have windows just to point out my room was an inside room; the view out was just of other windows form other rooms. We stayed there for 6 nights in junior suite. Room was nice with good cleanliness. Centrally located. Hitesh at front desk was of great help. Big turn off: No Indian veg food in lunch or dinner in Iranian restaurant in hotel. No liquor also. And No nearby restaurant serving veg food also . Since it is Indian hotel chain they should be serving Indian food also to their customers.

Everything was great apart from the swimming pool was being upgraded when I was there and if I’d known I’d have booked a different hotel. However they did offer a daily free shuttle bus to another premier inn about 15 miles away. It was a bit of hassle but the service was first class

The hotel facilities are good, the concierge is OK. Dinners perfect. Friendly staff also. However, there were so many Africans (French Speaking) always around the receptions. Think they came for shopping as they are always moving shrink wrapped bags up and down. Hotel Management needs to create a special reception for them away from public glare if they still have to accommodate them.
