My favorite hotel. We've stayed many weeks and the quality of service never changed. We need it to be consistently good, and Staff are all welcoming and friendly, as usual

everything was good — clean room, comfy bed, and nice service. Only thing missing were drinks like tea/coffee in the room, maybe that’s just hotel policy. Overall a pleasant stay

One of the best properties in Barsha Heights. The building manager Lisa is extremely diligent and receptive should you have any issues and will solve it extremely soon. Nice Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor. Value for money but what makes it special is the way new management resolves old outstanding issues of the tenants.

We had a good experience dealing with the new management of the building. The new team is helpful in understanding existing issues and putting in substantial efforts to make improvement to the property. The building maintenance has improved greatly since the new management took over. Thumbs up to the building manager, Lisa, who is always prompt to follow up in resolving any issues raised.

very good location, central for Dubai and everything was within a 25min drive. Villa was really spacious (every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was essential with three teenage girls!). We were so busy we only used the pool and restaurant services once but both were great, staff very helpful every time we needed something, so would use more often if we stayed again.

We enjoyed very much staying in villa 21, the villa is huge and it is very well organized with good furniture, we were 3 families and it accommodate all of us, the swimming pool is nice however it is not temprature controlled as it was very hot all the time. We would like to thank Mr. Eskender at the reception for his hospitality.

Bombay Backpackers is a good stay near JBR beach. Nice view, nearby to metro and tram stations and lots of restaurant nearby. Don't expect much in terms of guests but you'll find a safe place to spend your nights. They also provide day tours from Dubai which is good if you are traveling solom

Room was good. View from room is also good. You can also cook food and also had nice balcony. But make sure you book same room which you have book from site / what's app. Restroom was common for all and also had some issues which are not excepted. Overall it was good to crash at night.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Super clean, super fun, travellers from around the world and the caretaker Maria is wonderful. I would love to keep visiting this place just to hang out with others and the view of JBR Beach and Ain Dubai is out of the world from the 18th floor. One of the best sunset views.

I had a long stay and stayed on the top bunk for 48 days. The best thing about this place is that it feels like home. Waleed is present 24×7 in the hostel for any help. It was a good stay with Dubai Backpackers Hostel for two nights. In my case, the address was not updated on Google Maps, so I faced some issues. Otherwise, everything is fine: friendly behavior by management, neat and clean, and a good level of maintenance.
