Well, I stay in Crowne Plaza a lot but this time they gave me the wrong Room plus all the rooms were really small! But the room service and staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great! All I want to say is that they should make the room bigger so it feels better like the other Crowne Plaza hotels.

I stayed here for more than a month and can’t say enough about how professional and clean the staff were during that time especially during times like these. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and improve. The rooms are clean and look okay. The one star deduction is due to the rooms and some of the floors being a little smelly, although I think this comes from the hotel being a little older and not from bad cleaning habits. Had wonderful 5 days stay. Entrance is very attractive with Russian style interior. Rooms are ok with adequate space. But bathroom facilities have to be improved. Breakfast is not like the expected, the varieties of food were same for the entire stay.

It's a decent "budget" hotel with friendly staff, good food and cheap room service. The room itself is very well sized, the bed is comfy and the cleaning staff do a great job whilst you're gone. I would stay here again.

My husband and myself we got an executive room here and I cannot complain about any service provided. Very happy with the stay and we continue staying here according to our feasibility. People here are welcoming and take a good care. Clean and hygiene well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel whoever looking to stay in and out near Dubai Investment park.

We had to stay for a night in their 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was fine except for the service that is why I gave only 3 stars. I called in the morning to request for an early check-in but I was told that it depends on the availability. 1500hrs was the check in time. The lady at the Reception is very friendly and hospitable. Mark is a very sincere and excellent person who does the housekeeping perfectly. Always has a smile on his face. There were couple of issues like housekeeper forgot to lock my door after cleaning. So after i cameback in the afternoon it was open. They cleaned but they didn't throw the garbage. The AC was not working properly. Housekeepers are slow in service. But front desks are very accommodating and hospitable. Huge rooms, perfect bath tubs. Gym and pool are nice. The lifeguard is very helpful.

one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited it deserves 5 stars easily, the hotel room was so clean and fancy, and because of our early check in like 8:30 am they got us some free pastries to have breakfast served with orange juice. The staff was very friendly and made sure we enjoy our stay.

A really good place to stay. But a very very big improvement has to be done on the cigarette smell in the corridor + room(S) ... at least a deposit has to be required. it’s a serious health issue for non smokers to sleep with this smell in a closed room all night.... Hope one day the needful will be done.

The facilities are great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, however, they could have given more complimentary toiletries and towels since we were three but only got 1 set of it. But maybe I'm just too used to Philippine Hotels that give out a lot of it. Anyway, it was a satisfactory experience where I also got to experience nearby local restaurants.
