This hotel is close to baniyas Square Metro station which is good. Room service is also regular but the 2 bathrooms after cleaning still looked unclean atleast in our rented 2bhk. The best option for hotel apartment. So nice, clean, comfortable and luxurious place for long stay.

I had wonderful time here, i can never forget my stay in this hotel, luxury at its best, beauty in every nook and corner of this hotel. Cleaned rooms and atmosphere neat and tidy with well managed staff, politeness and humbleness is their real jewel. Fruits in the room were fresh and juicy. Loved to stay here, will surely visit soon again.

Well, I stay in Crowne Plaza a lot but this time they gave me the wrong Room plus all the rooms were really small! But the room service and staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great! All I want to say is that they should make the room bigger so it feels better like the other Crowne Plaza hotels.

I stayed here for more than a month and can’t say enough about how professional and clean the staff were during that time especially during times like these. The food was always on point, also whenever I asked for something, they were always doing their best to deliver as fast as they can. Definitely, I’ll stay here again whenever I’m coming back to Dubai .

The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and improve. The rooms are clean and look okay. The one star deduction is due to the rooms and some of the floors being a little smelly, although I think this comes from the hotel being a little older and not from bad cleaning habits. The Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a very nice and refreshing temperature.

New rooms of the hotel are very nice but old room are ok... Room window view of selected rooms are only good. Be selective. Hotel is located at a nice place.

Services are as bad as it gets... 1.Valet is the worst I have ever seen 2. Phones in the rooms are useless as no one picks up the phone, I had to to keep ringing for 10 mins before anybody picked the phone. 3. House keeping is a joke. We 8 friends stayed here in there 2 bedroom marine view apartment. Our room no were 503 and 703. View was awesome from our rooms. Our stay was very comfortable and good. 24*7 Supermarket was just a few meters away.
