I had a pleasant stay, both during the day and night. If you need a bathrobe or slippers, simply call the reception and they will provide them promptly. I would’ve ideally rated this hotel 4/5. Room is spacious and staff are very friendly but parking is horrendous, it’s a nightmare really. There are possibly 20 parking spots in total in basement and around 10 outdoors (uncovered). 50% of both are reserved. People are parked randomly in the middle of the way because there’s no other option. This is a joke to be honest. Also i dont see how a 4 star hotel...

One of the best stay in Dubai. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. Staff is also nice. Just that despite having health issues, they did not allow my wife to get breakfast in room for me which she was getting by herself. Also they did not even allow to bring a single Apple from the breakfast table. This was very unprofessional and rude of their restaurant staff.

I have stayed here several times. It has been renovated and the rooms have been upgraded. It is cost-effective and the service is good.

I stayed there for a week and had no problems. It was especially helpful that there were guides in Japanese and Japanese staff! I caught a cold on the way there, but they told me about a local pharmacy nearby, which was very helpful. It's also easy to get to, with the nearest station just a 10-minute walk away, so it's easy to get to if you're going to the Gold Souk or crossing the river.

Their breakfast is extremely tasty and options are very wide. But service is slightly poor.

In the centre of But Dubai, caters for the Indian market in terms of food and entertainment. The staff were helpful and check in and check out was fast and no issues. The rooms are big and overall I was happy, the hotel is good value and I would stay again.
