My new favourite place in Dubai From walking in to the moment we left we felt the most welcome a staff member called Summit was absolutely lovely, with lots of charm and charisma and a lovely young lady at the reception area

On ladies night you also get 50% off the food menu as well, which was fabulous. The sourdough bread was incredible with the salted butter so tasty and fresh The Madagascar prawn was literally out of this world

We got an upgrade and the room was filled with balloons! Our room was on the 26th floor (2626) from where the views were AMAZING! The location of the hotel itself was also really good

Nice hotel gives you access to parks on bookings. Went to a restaurant there for lunch the portions are huge but the food is good. The electric rolling blinds give you much needed shade from the sun.

The hotel has nothing around it, but there are several restaurants at the hotel and the hotel next to it (other than that there is nothing) There is slides, beach, 2 pools and other things as well

Kamal- lifeguard by the pool made our little ones day, each day he was very attentive and interactive with her. Made time to stop and talk to the kids and made sure they were safe at all times

The staff loved that my boy was trying out some Thai language. Beach and sea were great and we found loads of starfish in the sea

They upgraded my room to a wonderful multi level suite, the views from the rooms can be a little weird because there’s a lot of construction going on in business bay but from high enough up and from the roof it’s breathtaking

Clean, fresh, cheap, a little bit far away but you have DPR1 bus and shuttles from the hotel. There are no big supermarkets around so not too convenient for long stay. Breakfast menu is not bad but could be better
