We arrived late on a Sunday night and were offered room service as the buffets were just closing, amazing service and some of the best food we have ever eaten! The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you and are so plentiful, you can really see what you are paying for! The pools and beaches are so well kept and spotlessly clean

I was disappointed to hear that the shuttle to the mall is no longer in operation, from a commercial point a view I can understand why, but from a customer point of view it works out expensive getting taxis! Early access to the water park is amazing, getting in at 9:30 and getting on all the rides before it gets truly unbearably hot was a god send! Cannot fault the hotel at all, a beautiful place...

Genuinely THE BEST LEBANESE RESTAURANT IN THE UAE! Everything is super tasty! I really enjoyed my time here. Maksat was amazing during our time at ayamna! He always had a huge smile on his face, very attentive and caring

The hotel staff's desire to assist guests and their constant smiles and hellos was one of their best qualities

On a positive note, the buffets are very good ( I personally don't like them usually) the Lebanese restaurant was good, Gordon Ramsay "bread kitchen was a 2 out of 10 though

The best Lebanese food you can find ever. Not just the food was amazing but the service was beyond amazing. All the foods were served in a very elegant design and beautiful dinnerware

Milos the GM came out to greet us and spend some time telling us about the hotel and the area. It was so nice of him and really set the tone of the level of service one can expect at this hotel

You can find everything about this hotel perfect, staffs are very friendly, I don’t know how they can smile always to customers 😅, they helped for our baby by bringing food to the room, they helped us to make check out by extending 3 hours, they have shelter bus to Dubai mall, location is 10 min away from metro station, so you will have a great experience staying at this hotel, thank you for everything

Its was lovely spending time there,we celebrated 14 August there, ambience was extremely beautiful, staff and people are very cooperative and helpful, food was amazingly delicious and very well served, it was buffet and multiple dishes were placed and each and every dish was tasty

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff thanks to Ashan he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a map of the resort and pointed out all the amenities and dining options available

We stayed on level 44, the room was spacious and very nice, we had the room cleaned 2 times a day, the breakfast is AMAZING so many options to choose from, fresh eggs and omelettes, fresh noddles, it was soooo good! The location was very good, we rented a car and he had FREE valet parking at all times

Specially I loved the Salmon one. Staff keep serving water and juices and soft drinks and refill your glasses whenever they saw it empty. On each table staff was there to serve. We had a wonderful time in it

It is clear to me that this hotel is being run very professionally. Many hotels and groups may aspire to this but very few actually manage it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world

Amazing hotel with lovely staff! The grounds are beautiful and location is excellent! Breakfast was delicious and had an excellent variety! Very accommodating for our young kids! Rooms are nice, but views are outstanding. Service is standard for Dubai, very good. Not much to do around this area, close to Mall Of The Emirates. Wouldn't recommend if you wanted a peaceful and relaxed holiday

Getting to the restaurant was easy enough with the buggy service operated by the hotel, however during peak times there was often a long wait and some rude customers would force their way past people who had been waiting for ages

It’s nice experience all together. Loved the beach with the burj Al Arab view in front of us. Very calm and quiet place with luxury overloaded. Loved the open garden restaurant buffet, would love to visit again.

We ate 3 times diner in the hotel for a cheap price and Sajjad is so so nice what a lovely person it is. He is so friendly and Alisa is doing so good. Love this hotel and will recommend it
