Economical place for singles to stay with facility of single bed space and rooms with internet and air-conditioning. Wonderful infrastructure and located in mid of town. Limited facilities. Whole building has no laundry. In 2018 they don't have a washing machine for guests. So weird. Free parking. Secure. Beds are nice and clean. Anyway expensive. Be careful in the breakfast. It's buffet but gross.

There was such a large variety of food, the entertainment was well performed by animation team, and the location was good. Rove City Walk is perfect stay. If for business or for a family holiday, the location - a two minute walk to the beautiful city walk and very close to downtown, the staff in particular Sita are amazing and so attentive. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Dubai to stay here.

Registration process was awful, staff had no idea how to register us because Tethys couldn’t find the booking, and didn’t offer us to pay cash and the deposit until they got the booking confirmation, even though it was fully paid for my stay. We waited for more than three hours at the desk and nobody even offered any water.

Everything was fine but at the reception there was a little problem with a receptionist under the name of Roberto, he was rude cause of the city tax but everything else was fine. I advice the director to check more the work of his workers to be better.

The hotel tries to offer you their overpriced taxi, about double the price of the normal ones. The corridors and rooms smell. The shower drain was blocked. Lots of little problems.

In case I need taxi, at first the staff will try to put me in an expansive car. If you don't know that you have choice, you will pay much more than you could.

I always go to Busan center only for coffee and tea. This time I went for an extended Shopping and was there for almost 2 hours. Enjoyed the coffee at the café inside had an ice cream cream from McDonald’s bought some dresses and finally I went to the hypermarket and brought a lot of home items really love this place it’s nearby. It’s parking is easy always available things and always good to go.

This place is so much more than a luxury hotel. There is a huge shopping center, food court, and direct access to the metro train station connecting all the famous destinations in Dubai.

The mall is amazing—quiet, but one of the best. It has a serene atmosphere, which makes it perfect for relaxing. The stores are well-curated, offering a great shopping experience. Well, I stay in Crowne Plaza a lot but this time they gave me the wrong Room plus all the rooms were really small! But the room service and staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great! All I want to say is that they should make the room bigger so it feels better like the other Crowne Plaza hotels.

I stayed here for more than a month and can’t say enough about how professional and clean the staff were during that time especially during times like these. The food was always on point, also whenever I asked for something, they were always doing their best to deliver as fast as they can. Definitely, I’ll stay here again whenever I’m coming back to Dubai .

The staff is very friendly and always eager to help and improve. The rooms are clean and look okay. The one star deduction is due to the rooms and some of the floors being a little smelly, although I think this comes from the hotel being a little older and not from bad cleaning habits. The Gym is very well equipped and the pool has a very nice and refreshing temperature.
