Great location — within walking distance to the metro. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach and shopping centres was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool is very nice and open till late (10:00 pm)

The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options and a lovely omelette bar. It was fairly basic but covered everything you could want

The room could’ve done with some balcony furniture, a better shower, and more bottled water provided daily (as tap water isn’t drinkable, we often had to request extra, though the staff always supplied it promptly)

The pool area was also great — a good size with plenty of space to relax, and it was such a treat having refreshing drinks delivered poolside

If I had to mention a few minor downsides, I’d say some of the furnishings and fittings are slightly dated and could use a refresh

The beach is great! There are always free sun loungers, no matter what time you come. The distance between neighboring sun loungers is huge, so no one bothers you. Other hotels in this area cannot boast such a beach

Having a water park is definitely a nice bonus, especially for families or anyone looking for some extra fun during their stay

I got to check out their new waterpark (just a 2-minute walk from the pools), and it was a blast! Great slides, awesome staff, and surprisingly good food

My children love Grand Hyatt! And seems we have more reasons to come back in the near future with the Waterpark they are opening soon just within the Hotel grounds! Rooms are great size, buffet has good selection and staff helpful

Most guests are families with kids, but it wasn't noisy or disturbing for us as a couple. Spa area was a bit boring: a small sauna and jacuzzi. Overall, 100% recommended, and we wish we could come again

We usually take a taxi as the government taxis have quite reasonable rates, and we find the distance to tourist attractions reasonably close. Our room is quite big and they have everything you need

Centrally located, service was great (manager even checked in with us on WhatsApp each day to see how our stay was going), good food at the on-site restaurants

Although I didn't find the pillows comfortable, the bed is really comfortable. We would come back to this hotel again
