It's the best hotel i have ever been. As it's my third time staying here, i had a great experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative. Also, the credit goes to Manauel Usmane Aujun that indian supervisor as the great professional supervisors who made the parking organised.and a guy named mahesh, he is a funny supervisor And that 2 nepali boys who work as housekeeping and they made my room neat and clean. And the valets 2 pakistani guys, one named was ibrahim who parks the car very nicely and professionally. And in the bar, a guy named ALT he makes the great drinks and also enjoys football us. In the pool, the life guard named KC he is a strict but friendly life guard, and he can detect people making mistakes but is a friendly guy. In spa or gym, there is a philiphino reciptionist who is friendly and gives me the candies when i oass that place. Finally, the receptionist is fast and cooperative. All of them are fast and not being lazy.
In total experience 62 days or 3 times trip the Wyndham treated us like kings and Queens with full of luxurious facilities.

I arrived at 10:25 PM and was grateful the kitchen was still open for dinner. I had booked a sea view room but was initially placed on the 4th floor, where the view was only of the road. After requesting a change, they moved me to the 13th floor, which offered a much better view. However, the room had a strong musty smell, making it hard to breathe. After 30 hours of travel, I didn’t have the energy to request another change.
Adding to the frustration, my luggage was delayed, so I asked for a robe and slippers. Unfortunately, they don’t provide robes, but they promised to bring slippers. It’s been over 30 minutes, and despite a reminder call, I’m still waiting. So far, this place hasn’t left the best impression.

Brand new hotel! Great location - 3 minutes to Gold Souk metro station)) great service, rooftop pool with bar! Gym with sauna) great breakfast, several bars in the hotel! Price - quality is excellent! I recommend!👍

Excellent hotel for its money, fresh, clean, the staff is polite and trained. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. Near the metro, I recommend rooms with a sea view. Of the minuses - construction sites nearby.

Awesome hotel! The best of all where I have been. They upgraded the room to three categories in honor of my birthday, brought a cake to the room, it was incredibly nice. We were checked in as soon as we arrived - at 8 am. The room had a sea view, there was always water, coffee, tea in the room. Very cozy, quiet, you can’t hear the construction at all. Breakfasts and dinners are just fantastic! Buffet breakfast: omelette, eggs, shakshuka, various croissants, puff pastries, muffins, salads, fruits, juices. A-la-carte dinners: soup, salad, hot (very large portion), dessert. Served like in premium restaurants, amazingly delicious! The rooftop pool is excellent, there were always free sun loungers when we came, the views are incredible - including the Buj Khalifa. If I ever come to Dubai again, I will only come to you! The staff tries incredibly hard, they are very clever. Special thanks to Ahmed - he helped with everything he could from start to finish, incredibly friendly ♥️ Love to the very heart!

Outstanding! Close to the gold souk no taxi needed and naif market had everything you’ll ever need anyways. Area is so beautiful and peaceful and hotel is exceptional in terms of rooms staff and cleanliness. I hope they stay this way and it has honestly been a wonderful experience. I don’t normally write reviews but because I loved my stay so much I couldn’t find any other way that I could express my gratitude. Loved it all

Worst place ever. I do not recommend this hotel. We went for a buffet dinner in this hotel. Our car received a fine of 400aed from a valet car parking. The time we received a fine we were inside the hotel having our dinner. All the papers and records were provided to the hotel superiors but nothing was done about it. We paid for a buffet and spent our money to have a nice family time instead we ended up getting a fine because neither the manager nor the valet parking took any responsibility. Avoid this place as they are not responsible people. Extremely unhappy with the experience. Plus the receptionist who attended my concern had zero manners and kept misbehaving.

A bit on the further side of Dubai but as a hotel, i can couldn’t ask for better. Rooms are clean, staff were always helpful, room service was surprisingly decent. Probably one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai, the only drawback is the location… it’s a little far from anywhere you’d want to go.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Deira Hotel and had a thoroughly disappointing experience due to the staff's poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Upon arrival, the check-in staff were unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests.
The service was incredibly slow and unresponsive. I requested a bottle of water, and it took a shocking 1.5 hours to be delivered to my room, despite making several reminder calls. It felt as though they did not care about the guests' needs or comfort at all.
Additionally, the washroom in our room was leaking throughout our entire stay. We reported this issue several times, but no action was taken. This not only caused a significant waste of water but also contributed to environmental issues, which is unacceptable.
Our group included two families, and despite booking together, we were checked in on the 7th and 10th floors. When we tried to call the reception to connect to our colleagues' room, we were told to use WhatsApp instead. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
Throughout my stay, the staff's attitude remained consistently bad. They acted as if we were staying there for free and did not deserve their attention or respect. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, the poor attitude of the staff, the extremely slow service, the unresolved maintenance issues, and the inconvenience of our group being separated left a sour taste in my mouth. I do not recommend staying at the Wyndham Deira Hotel until they address these serious issues with their customer service and facilities.
Recommendation: Do not stay at this hotel.
