Julie is as the usual very welcoming, and very friendly, always making sure that guests are well taken care of... she's excellent. We had an amazing experience at Wyndham Hotel Deira thanks to Ms.Julie. Even though our request was last-minute, she went above and beyond to make our stay special. She kindly arranged a complimentary cake for our baby and sent us warm greetings, making us feel incredibly welcome. Her attentiveness and kindness truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend this hotel and Ms. Julie for her exceptional hospitality!

Hi, we were 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids, in two bedrooms.
It has been our third time in the hotel but it is not the last one!. Since we enter the hotel all the staff was very friendly and kind, especially Ann at reception, she did her best to allocate us in two bedrooms in the same floor with connection, thanks Ann! It made our stay even better.
Breakfast is amazing, a lot of variety and all the staff working hard to make everybody feel well. Good job from the kitchen, with the omelettes and fried eggs! My son oves it.

It's the best hotel i have ever been. As it's my third time staying here, i had a great experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative. Also, the credit goes to Manauel Usmane Aujun that indian supervisor as the great professional supervisors who made the parking organised.and a guy named mahesh, he is a funny supervisor And that 2 nepali boys who work as housekeeping and they made my room neat and clean. And the valets 2 pakistani guys, one named was ibrahim who parks the car very nicely and professionally. And in the bar, a guy named ALT he makes the great drinks and also enjoys football us. In the pool, the life guard named KC he is a strict but friendly life guard, and he can detect people making mistakes but is a friendly guy. In spa or gym, there is a philiphino reciptionist who is friendly and gives me the candies when i oass that place. Finally, the receptionist is fast and cooperative. All of them are fast and not being lazy.
In total experience 62 days or 3 times trip the Wyndham treated us like kings and Queens with full of luxurious facilities.

I arrived at 10:25 PM and was grateful the kitchen was still open for dinner. I had booked a sea view room but was initially placed on the 4th floor, where the view was only of the road. After requesting a change, they moved me to the 13th floor, which offered a much better view. However, the room had a strong musty smell, making it hard to breathe. After 30 hours of travel, I didn’t have the energy to request another change.

Adding to the frustration, my luggage was delayed, so I asked for a robe and slippers. Unfortunately, they don’t provide robes, but they promised to bring slippers. It’s been over 30 minutes, and despite a reminder call, I’m still waiting. So far, this place hasn’t left the best impression.

Brand new hotel! Great location - 3 minutes to Gold Souk metro station)) great service, rooftop pool with bar! Gym with sauna) great breakfast, several bars in the hotel! Price - quality is excellent! I recommend!👍

Excellent hotel for its money, fresh, clean, the staff is polite and trained. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. Near the metro, I recommend rooms with a sea view. Of the minuses - construction sites nearby.

New hotel. Very tasty dinner. Price quality is the best I have seen in Dubai.
