What a magnificent stay we had! I came here with my family (mother, father, husband and 7-year-old son), on a half board basis and we had two rooms next to each other

Her exceptional hospitality, detailed information about the hotel, and insightful recommendations for nearby attractions greatly enhanced our experience

The rooms are spacious and luxurious with decent views

We opted to do the shallow dolphin experience (6 of us) on arrival we were advised that we would have a better experience if we went by ourselves ( of course, this was presented at £700) which we abruptly declined

You can't doubt the hotel is successful, but just not for us ever again. Rooms were slow to be cleaned and children running up and down corridors in the early hours was also frustrating

Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly

In fact, she is the primary reason I’m writing this review – it’s rare to encounter such attentive and considerate service, and staff like Thea truly deserve recognition

It is clear to me that this hotel is being run very professionally. Many hotels and groups may aspire to this but very few actually manage it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world

A Top Hotel in Dubai Marina In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai’s Marina area. The location is fantastic, and the staff and services are truly exceptional

Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost! The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning

This place has a legendary customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door you will see how much the staff and management care. Breakfast is wonderful and a true 5 star luxury hotel experience

We spent a week at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and were blown away by the high level of service and helpfulness of the staff

Although we've only been here for two days, we're confident that the rest of our stay will be equally fantastic. We can't recommend it enough; if you're planning a trip to Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a must

Special shout out to mohin our room cleaner who cleaned our room exceptionally every day and also left our children surprises such as monkey and crocodiles as seen in pictures

Staff, food and hotel all to a high standard. Access to wild wadi and the beach was great and the availability to use all the facilities of the group of hotels along the beach

He also left some kinder chocolates this was an amazing touch and we had a very excited 3 year old! Overall was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back! The staff are so friendly and great with children! A very luxurious feel and we can’t wait to go back again

The Jumeirah Beach Hotel consistently delivers exceptional service, creating a memorable experience for guests

From freshly baked pastries to savory dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. The staff was incredibly lovely and attentive, especially Ya Min, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect

Hospitality, concierge and security were all very helpful (Lopchan from security team was very kind and helpful). Food was of a generally high quality. Apart from BBQ night, each of the other night themes were on-point

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast buffet at Dukes Hotel, and it was truly a delightful experience. The buffet was enormous, offering a wide range of varieties from around the world

Also the rest of the waiting staff who I never caught the names of. Thank you! Absolutely recommend this hotel, and I haven't even finished my stay. Always super clean and elegant looking

During our stay, we encountered a few notable points. The hotel, located next to the festival mall, offers excellent presentation, room service, and incredible views. The staff provided great service

Additionally, it is imperative that both doors be automatic to open and close, as it is highly inconvenient when you have luggage and no one to assist with the second door

PLANET TREKKERS - Our daughter's favorite hang-out during our hotel stay was at Planet Trekkers. This Kids Club offers lot of enjoyable activities for kids

However, the bell service for luggage was subpar

The pool area has breathtaking views over the waterfront and also has a bar and infinity pool. The bedrooms are spacious and the executive lounge is huge compared to other hotels I have stayed in

Pool is a walk away, you can enjoy it with the greenery of trees and plants on the way also passing by a bridge to the beach as well (go at dark)

We have noticed some issues, about the ongoing construction and other items about the service. Hearing that, the Hotel (Mr Randy) immediately reacted, this approach is very customer orientated and appreciated

Stayed here with my family in April 2021, and it was a great experience! We loved the pool, water slides, and beach

One of Dubai old hotels that have been renovated through years It has the longer stretch in the marina jbr area Big variety of restaurants and bars Beach side is nice but a bit noisy with the zero gravity bar playing music non stop on the weekend

The pool is average size Rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful views of the marina / sea / harbour

From the beach to the moon and towers, the hotel was simply amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making our experience truly memorable

Our room was perfect with a beautiful beach view! All of the staff were amazing, they made a fuss of our little girl and were always so friendly and happy especially Nima our housekeeper! Food was of a high standard with so much choice! We all slept so well during our stay

We had interconnecting rooms for me, my wife, kids, mum and sister and so the room would get really messy and dirty but he would arrange the cleaning times around our schedule and make sure the room was cleaned and nothing was missed

The hotel's friendly staff are always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations for activities in the area. With its ideal setting and top-notch amenities, this hotel is the perfect choice for a memorable stay

Location was brilliant with everything we need around us and a taxi rank right outside for convenience. Marina can get a little busy during the evenings but nothing too bad

Club lounge is stunning with some snacks and free drinks if you take the club lounge package when you book. Clean rooms and a very clean hotel all together. Awesome pools for parents and children

Very quite private beach and the pool was the perfect spot to lay down and relax. Must visit also the Ottoman SPA. We will definitely come back :)

So many options for the kids outside, more than one pool, slides and the splash pad is awesome for toddlers

We also had access to the mirage lounge, being able to eat while our toddlers could go and play all in the same room was a game changer for us. The service was excellent and all staff were so good at all of their jobs

We stayed for two night with our 4 children, we stayed in a mirage room which had two double beds and a set of bunks. It’s so nice to be all in one room when most hotels don’t allow it

the decor, the pool and amenities (gym) are not off five star standard, more four star. The service from staff is exceptional

the main marina hotspot is around 15 minutes walk away, burj khalifa/ and other markets are around 30 minutes away so you will need to take taxi

The swimming pool is not adapted to the potential number of guests. The breakfast is the worst disappointment. Each Morning, burnt pastries and disgusting cappuccino in a crowded and noisy restaurant

the food is fresh, and there is variety, some days are better than others for dinner. the salad options in particular are exceptional

The buffet breakfast is great and we would recommend it. Even the dinner buffet is well worth the price. Unfortunately we were not able to try the spa and pool as we were very busy but it all looked lovely

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from the DMCC metro station. 15 minutes walk to Marina Beach. Several times a day there is a free bus hotel-beach-Dubai Marina Mall-hotel

There are numerous restaurants throughout the hotel complex offering a variety of cuisines and we were not disappointed by any we visited. The beach area was maintained to the highest standards and was very clean

As an overall experience, we had a wonderful stay at the Al Naseem. The hotel, its facilities and all the staff were excellent. The Family Suite was very spacious, very clean and the 2 bathrooms made a big difference

In the Club Lounge, the friendly Mansoor and his team are lovely, greeting everyone with smiles and warmth, and looking after everyone so well. The team at Palmery go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy

Emad, Saurabh and Yeni made all our meals, especially our last breakfast at Palmery special. Also a big mention to all the team at the pools and buggy station in Al Naseem, such friendly wonderful team

The wonderful Zsofia and Feroz met us and greeted us taking us to our room. So great to see familiar lovely faces from last year. The rooms are incredibly clean, the house keeping is doing such a fab job every day

Having stayed in many top hotels, Al Naseem has to come on top. It's such a beautiful place, but mainly it's team makes it one of the top places to stay. We'll be back again and again and again

We had dinner twice at the hotel, the rooftop bar and restaurant had the best food I have tasted in Dubai, the next day we had dinner in the hotel restuarant which was just as good the special was Around the World food so much choice

Normally I would have something negative to say because this hotel could not be perfect but I have to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and have recommended to all my friends and family to check it out

I love the breakfast here, great views from the terrace. Gym is small, but has decent equipment. I stayed in their apartment type rooms and they are really convenient.

He kept my drinks refilled and even recommended I intake vitamin C and if I forgot to grab something from the buffet, he didn’t tell me where I could find it, he went to get it without question
