What a magnificent stay we had! I came here with my family (mother, father, husband and 7-year-old son), on a half board basis and we had two rooms next to each other

We opted to do the shallow dolphin experience (6 of us) on arrival we were advised that we would have a better experience if we went by ourselves ( of course, this was presented at £700) which we abruptly declined

You can't doubt the hotel is successful, but just not for us ever again. Rooms were slow to be cleaned and children running up and down corridors in the early hours was also frustrating

On a positive note, the buffets are very good ( I personally don't like them usually) the Lebanese restaurant was good, Gordon Ramsay "bread kitchen was a 2 out of 10 though

Milos the GM came out to greet us and spend some time telling us about the hotel and the area. It was so nice of him and really set the tone of the level of service one can expect at this hotel

You can find everything about this hotel perfect, staffs are very friendly, I don’t know how they can smile always to customers 😅, they helped for our baby by bringing food to the room, they helped us to make check out by extending 3 hours, they have shelter bus to Dubai mall, location is 10 min away from metro station, so you will have a great experience staying at this hotel, thank you for everything

We stayed on level 44, the room was spacious and very nice, we had the room cleaned 2 times a day, the breakfast is AMAZING so many options to choose from, fresh eggs and omelettes, fresh noddles, it was soooo good! The location was very good, we rented a car and he had FREE valet parking at all times

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff thanks to Ashan he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a map of the resort and pointed out all the amenities and dining options available

A bit far from the public transport i. e the metro and bus station however the area is perfect for people travelling for work as most of the major (non-finance related) offices are located in this vicinity

The rooms are good and the service is exceptional however I faced some issues with the electricity during my stay as it would stop coming occasionally on one day which was fixed the next day

Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost! The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning

My new favourite place in Dubai From walking in to the moment we left we felt the most welcome a staff member called Summit was absolutely lovely, with lots of charm and charisma and a lovely young lady at the reception area

Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly

On ladies night you also get 50% off the food menu as well, which was fabulous. The sourdough bread was incredible with the salted butter so tasty and fresh The Madagascar prawn was literally out of this world

This place has a legendary customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door you will see how much the staff and management care. Breakfast is wonderful and a true 5 star luxury hotel experience

I would definitely return here again, fabulous service amazing food really good prices and a fabulous view inside and outside. Cocktails all made in front of you and very fresh! We will be back !

We're not sure where to begin! The Jumeirah Beach Hotel has become our top choice for accommodations in Dubai. Having stayed at numerous hotels in the city, this one stands out as the perfect choice

Special shout out to mohin our room cleaner who cleaned our room exceptionally every day and also left our children surprises such as monkey and crocodiles as seen in pictures

The rooms are very nice and the beds super comfortable and the view over the sea and Burj Al Arab is amazing. The bathrooms are very nice with huge ceiling showers separated from the huge bathtubs

He also left some kinder chocolates this was an amazing touch and we had a very excited 3 year old! Overall was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back! The staff are so friendly and great with children! A very luxurious feel and we can’t wait to go back again

It’s nice experience all together. Loved the beach with the burj Al Arab view in front of us. Very calm and quiet place with luxury overloaded. Loved the open garden restaurant buffet, would love to visit again.

From freshly baked pastries to savory dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. The staff was incredibly lovely and attentive, especially Ya Min, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect

Hospitality, concierge and security were all very helpful (Lopchan from security team was very kind and helpful). Food was of a generally high quality. Apart from BBQ night, each of the other night themes were on-point

Few bits were rough around the edge (iron not working, some water from shower leaking into bathroom area), but generally room and cleaning service was high quality. Would be happy to stay here again

One of Dubai old hotels that have been renovated through years It has the longer stretch in the marina jbr area Big variety of restaurants and bars Beach side is nice but a bit noisy with the zero gravity bar playing music non stop on the weekend

The pool is average size Rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful views of the marina / sea / harbour

A special thank you to Ahmed (The Coffee connoisseur) who took such great care of us with his amazing selection of coffee and dates. The coffee shop served amazing treats and the service by Ahmed was outstanding

We have noticed some issues, about the ongoing construction and other items about the service. Hearing that, the Hotel (Mr Randy) immediately reacted, this approach is very customer orientated and appreciated

The service was great, and when we expressed concerns about the buffet breakfast due to COVID, the staff took us to a special private dining room on the club floor and served us breakfast there

The staff, especially Victoria, went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. Victoria's attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a significant difference

We had interconnecting rooms for me, my wife, kids, mum and sister and so the room would get really messy and dirty but he would arrange the cleaning times around our schedule and make sure the room was cleaned and nothing was missed

We received a cake given it was our anniversary and a nice amenities pack. They appreciated we had kids so let us check in early and are letting us check out late which is kind

Club lounge is stunning with some snacks and free drinks if you take the club lounge package when you book. Clean rooms and a very clean hotel all together. Awesome pools for parents and children

We vacationed here at the end of May. The sea water was the perfect temperature. Beach with a gentle entrance to the water and soft sand. I recommend taking half board

I appreciate it was holiday season - Christmas and NY - but the music really was over-the-top and the screeching trumpet for several hours by the pool was making several guests (us included) pack their belongings and go outside the hotel

The food is amazing, a huge selection for both breakfast and dinner. Many thanks to Yuri for his help on any, even minor issues, he made us feel like special guests

We also had access to the mirage lounge, being able to eat while our toddlers could go and play all in the same room was a game changer for us. The service was excellent and all staff were so good at all of their jobs

Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. There are a lot of life guards here, but I remember Tharuka most of all as a good guy

We stayed for two night with our 4 children, we stayed in a mirage room which had two double beds and a set of bunks. It’s so nice to be all in one room when most hotels don’t allow it

Surprised this hotel is not 5 star. Everything is new and well maintained. Pool area and kids activities are good. Suggest minimum half board or full board if not travelling out

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the Fairmont Dubai, and it was nothing short of amazing. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with options to satisfy every palate

As an overall experience, we had a wonderful stay at the Al Naseem. The hotel, its facilities and all the staff were excellent. The Family Suite was very spacious, very clean and the 2 bathrooms made a big difference

We had dinner twice at the hotel, the rooftop bar and restaurant had the best food I have tasted in Dubai, the next day we had dinner in the hotel restuarant which was just as good the special was Around the World food so much choice

You can see the museum of the future from window. They kept our suitcases for a while for sightseeing even after we checked out. My only complain was there was only one outlet I can use for my US charger
