On a positive note, the buffets are very good ( I personally don't like them usually) the Lebanese restaurant was good, Gordon Ramsay "bread kitchen was a 2 out of 10 though

This hotel has become "commercial" and trying to follow the American way of up selling everything. We opted to upgrade to the drinks package at circa £700 for the week

What a magnificent stay we had! I came here with my family (mother, father, husband and 7-year-old son), on a half board basis and we had two rooms next to each other

The rooms are spacious and luxurious with decent views

Milos the GM came out to greet us and spend some time telling us about the hotel and the area. It was so nice of him and really set the tone of the level of service one can expect at this hotel

You can find everything about this hotel perfect, staffs are very friendly, I don’t know how they can smile always to customers 😅, they helped for our baby by bringing food to the room, they helped us to make check out by extending 3 hours, they have shelter bus to Dubai mall, location is 10 min away from metro station, so you will have a great experience staying at this hotel, thank you for everything

Specially I loved the Salmon one. Staff keep serving water and juices and soft drinks and refill your glasses whenever they saw it empty. On each table staff was there to serve. We had a wonderful time in it

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff thanks to Ashan he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He provided us with a map of the resort and pointed out all the amenities and dining options available

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The on-site breakfast restaurants were fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast and then amazing swimming pool

The rooms are good and the service is exceptional however I faced some issues with the electricity during my stay as it would stop coming occasionally on one day which was fixed the next day

Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly

In fact, she is the primary reason I’m writing this review – it’s rare to encounter such attentive and considerate service, and staff like Thea truly deserve recognition

It is clear to me that this hotel is being run very professionally. Many hotels and groups may aspire to this but very few actually manage it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world

A Top Hotel in Dubai Marina In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai’s Marina area. The location is fantastic, and the staff and services are truly exceptional

Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost! The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning

This place has a legendary customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door you will see how much the staff and management care. Breakfast is wonderful and a true 5 star luxury hotel experience

The hotel itself has a lot to offer as well with several restaurants and an impressive lobby, along with a pool and so many other things. I really enjoyed my stay and i'll make sure to return some day!

He also left some kinder chocolates this was an amazing touch and we had a very excited 3 year old! Overall was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back! The staff are so friendly and great with children! A very luxurious feel and we can’t wait to go back again

Special shout out to mohin our room cleaner who cleaned our room exceptionally every day and also left our children surprises such as monkey and crocodiles as seen in pictures

Getting to the restaurant was easy enough with the buggy service operated by the hotel, however during peak times there was often a long wait and some rude customers would force their way past people who had been waiting for ages

Amazing hotel with lovely staff! The grounds are beautiful and location is excellent! Breakfast was delicious and had an excellent variety! Very accommodating for our young kids! Particularly the housekeeping team they were brilliant! Nirmal and his colleague were super helpful! Thank you so much we cannot wait to come back!

We spent a week at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and were blown away by the high level of service and helpfulness of the staff

The hotels half board is a choice I would recommend as it enables you to explore many restaurants in the Jumeirah hotel group

Exceeded My Expectations! That Breakfast was legit! I workout so being able to get protein smoothies and a HUGE variety of healthy options was great! The room and service was over the top

Amazing room with amazing views of Dubai skyline we were on the 31st floor. Bathroom was very nice and clean. The automatic curtains were amazing. The hotel was spotless in every area

Maybe not the most popular location, but if you want to explore downtown, it is nice to spend a few short nights here as it is close to the airport, the Dubai Mall and a few other major sights

Our stay at Sofitel Dubai Obelisk Hotel was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel boasts stunning views of the Dubai skyline, especially at sunset

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel’s direct access to Wafi Mall was very convenient. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient

Additionally, the rooms were impeccably clean, maintained by meticulous housekeeping staff. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful views, and convenient amenities

Overall it was an enjoyable experience and a luxurious vibe. It was great value for the provided services. The stay was almost custom-made for us. Breakfast was high quality and offered many options

Hospitality, concierge and security were all very helpful (Lopchan from security team was very kind and helpful). Food was of a generally high quality. Apart from BBQ night, each of the other night themes were on-point

Very good hotel, not new, of course, but everything is clean. Delicious food, especially dinners. Three places to eat are a buffet restaurant, an Italian restaurant and a bar Terrace by the outdoor pool

At the beginning Pegasus didn't deliver our suitcases, we received great support from the hotel staff who even drove us to the airport to pick up our suitcases. The best of all was our cleaner Kajal

A wonderful hotel in Festival City Dubai. This is a chic and beautiful hotel. From the entrance Lobby, through the Anise restaurant up to the executive lounge and bedrooms this place oozes class

However, the bell service for luggage was subpar

I recently stayed at TRYP By Wyndham from 30th July to 3rd August, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness and the overall quality of its facilities

One of Dubai old hotels that have been renovated through years It has the longer stretch in the marina jbr area Big variety of restaurants and bars Beach side is nice but a bit noisy with the zero gravity bar playing music non stop on the weekend

A special thank you to Ahmed (The Coffee connoisseur) who took such great care of us with his amazing selection of coffee and dates. The coffee shop served amazing treats and the service by Ahmed was outstanding

The service was great, and when we expressed concerns about the buffet breakfast due to COVID, the staff took us to a special private dining room on the club floor and served us breakfast there

There is a refrigerator, but it is a minibar, so it does not cool much. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, cream

I would give this hotel 6* if I could. It's an incredible hotel with Ottoman themed decor giving a truly Arabic flair and character. The restaurants were top quality and the spa was by far the best we have visited

Club lounge is stunning with some snacks and free drinks if you take the club lounge package when you book. Clean rooms and a very clean hotel all together. Awesome pools for parents and children

The housekeeping staff would keep on knocking on the door even with do not disturb sigh. Food in Lebanese restaurant was great but the western style restaurant does was not that great

Service was great specially at pool Hasun and team great. Only one thing need to mention regarding the beach access. No bed and umbrella if provide next time we’ll be more happy about the service
