Fortis Hotel

The hotel is well located at the centre. The room provided had a beautiful view. Mr. Riyan gave good room service and was always helpful. Mr. Nezamuddin, helped in times of need along with the other staff. Thanks for the help . It made our stay pleasant.

1-I give this hotel just one star and they dont deserve it and that’s more for them.

2- The air conditioning problem has not been solved for a year now. If you are thinking about booking a room, be sure to ask about air conditioning

3- the thai spa
i like the place and clean but be aware don't give u going to ask you for more money for service (harassment) that’s so shame

4-The service and the crew they re really not helpful

I never write reviews, but I think people should know about it.
First when we came the service was nice and fast, rooms also okay.
When we tried to sleep guess what, in the M2 floor is indian club with loud I mean very loud music. We were in 8th btw😃. Even tho I told them kindly if it is possible to lower the music, nothing changed. Idk why at the hotel you have club? Doesnt make sense to me. So prepare for nights of music in your ears and you wont sleep. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Rooms are good, just the climatisation cant be turned off!!! IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Location also not that good, if I was a women i will be scared to go alone outside. Only good thing about it that its cheap, other things are terrible. Some employees are nice, others are mad the whole time. Also get ready for the card that at least twice a day you will not get acces to the room, the card just reprogrames by it self and wont open the door.

This is just my honest review and hope that the Fortis will learn from it.

Bedsheets is not clean and smelly, i asked to changed but they didn’t.
Breakfast is tasteless, just eggs maybe you can eat.
No valet parking and when I asked them to park my car they said park it by yourself
Stuff is not professional, after I checked out they called me for a missing towel and they already took it the night before.

Very poor experience.
First of all we booked it through Agoda. We booked for 6 adults and 2 kids (3 rooms) for which Agoda confirmed only for 3 adults. At the property they were asking for addl cost for the breakfast. After 1 hour of discussion it got resolved.
But when we entered the room, we got shocked on the usables provided. In a family room everything was provided 1 no. only. Breakfast was too bad. They were limited with glass, spoon etc. Food was of low std.
Swimming pool was not having enough towels, sauna was not working, pool was not temp controlled. When asked for an addl blanket, they were not able to provide one.
Hotel restaurant was not having a buffet for a single time. I dnt knw how come they got these much good reviews before. Total exp for us was very poor.
