I truly hope management reviews his behavior carefully, because the way staff speak to guests directly affects the reputation and atmosphere of the hotel. A more respectful and guest-focused approach is needed.
It was awful from the very start.
The Ac never worked properly. We had to call maintenance several times every single day or at 3Am which was definitely not comfortable for us but I had no other option because it was unbearable hot also
the loud bass from the club made my room felt like it was vibrating, disturbing my sleep
The fridge suddenly doesn’t work at times WHICH COMPLETELY RUINED THE CAKE WE BROUGHT FOR CELEBRATION ,the cake melted and my special moment was DESTROYED

House keeping was equally terrible. The room was untidy and when I politely asked for basic things like making the bed or vacuuming the staff acted annoyed.
like I was something asking him to do out of the box. Whenever I requested housekeeping or something simple, they would take at least an hour to show up after multiple follow up calls, leaving me stuck with waiting and delaying my work. On a business trip that is unexpectable.
When I complain at the reception,a Nepali staff member told me they are short staffed and I should have asked earlier! This is not my problem. The hotel must manage its staff properly
This hotel is poorly managed from top to bottom. If you want a comfortable, hassle free stay, avoid this place at all costs.
Absolutely Unforgettable Stay!
I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
But the real highlight? The sunset view. Absolutely breathtaking! Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the balcony
was a moment I won’t forget. The colors in the sky, the peaceful atmosphere – it was the perfect way to end each day.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind and soak in some natural beauty, I highly recommend staying here. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
They didn't even do the housekeeping for our room even though we were out of the room for the entire day.
The AC wasn't working at all. We complained the front desk very next day but still they didn't bother to fix the AC even for once. The staff was not cooperative at all.
You can hear everything in the next room and there is no privacy.
Overall, the hotel is very shady and there are random outsiders roaming in the hotel which were there for night bars. There is no covered parking.
It is NOT at all recommended for family stay.
