Stayed in May 2024 and can’t think of a single thing I would fault with this hotel. The service was top notch, the food was incredible, and the facilities spotlessly clean.
I highly recommend purchasing a sea view room as the views in the evening are great.
We travelled with our 4 year old son who had his birthday while at the hotel. He was overwhelmed by the attention he got at dinner and the little touches like a birthday cake and a well orchestrated happy birthday song just blew him away.
I have noticed that the location has often been mentioned as a sticking point but in my opinion, it is perfect. Close enough to travel into town cheaply but also far enough away from the busy delights of Dubai so you can have a relaxing holiday mixed with a city break.
We payed a chauffeur to take us on a 6 hour tour of Dubai, where he waited for us at every attraction. This cost less than £180 for the whole family and made our holiday.
I must mention the service again, just incredible.
On day two I suffered from sinus pain, the hotel helped me get medication delivered to the hotel within an hour and the cost was minimal.
I highly recommend this hotel for any young families wanting a base to explore Dubai. If you have young children, the splash parks will have them entertained for hours, alternatively the multiple pools will keep the adults entertained.

We stayed at this hotel a few months back and it really exceeded our expectations. There was such a large variety of food, the entertainment was well performed by animation team, and the location was good. I’d definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a more affordable and all-inclusive service in Dubai. We had the best time!

We had an amazing time. Stayed there 4 years ago and we decided to come back which I am glad we did. Definitely can notice a lot of upgrades like food wise and variety of drinks. The Staff are exceptional honestly! So friendly and always accommodating! Entertainment was really fun! And watersports were definitely a plus. We are definitely coming back.

We come to Dubai quite frequently this was our second visit of the year. However this is our first stay at this hotel. This hotel was amazing, from the rooms, beach, food and staff all were impeccable. Our special thanks to Md. Riaz, he kept our room clean and tidy everyday and if we needed anything he was always ready to help. Everyday he warmly greeted us both along with all the other staff. We sadly leave tomorrow morning after 13 nights and we feel we had a great time to be able to relax. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends in the UK and we will be returning again soon. :)

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Riu Dubai! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, offering stunning views of the beach and the Dubai skyline.
The all-inclusive package was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious food and drinks available throughout the day. The restaurants offered a wide range of cuisines, and every meal was a treat. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile. The entertainment options were great too, with fun activities during the day and lively shows in the evening.
I can't recommend Hotel Riu Dubai enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Dubai. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! This is a really good hotel to unwind and relax for a couple days or weeks. We went for the weekend and honestly wish we could stay for longer. The beach is absolutely amazing. It's clean and refreshing, there's always a lifeguard nearby as well. There are 3 amazing swimming pools as well. For the kids and the fun-loving adults, there's a small waterpark within the premises of the hotel, which consists of several water slides suitable for both kids and adults.

My family had a wonderful stay at Riu hotel. They have all inclusive stay so it's totally value for money. The pool , beach and water park are superb. The food at Andalus restaurant is amazing with great variety of cuisine. The staff are humble and polite. They make you feel very comfortable Overall we were very satisfied with all their amenities

I enjoyed every bit of my stay, staff were friendly, however bare in mind that you could wait for a while during checking in, and that I was disappointed I couldn't book for dinner anything but one restaurant out of the options.
The resort is family friendly and also good for couples, there are activities happening throughout the day and night
The food was fairly alright for a buffet, lots of options.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Riu Hotels and resorts, primarily due to the terrible customer service. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist was unprofessional and ignorant with the way to speak to the hotel guests. This trend continued throughout our stay, culminating in an unacceptable encounter with the kids club supervisor.
The supervisor's behavior towards a mother leaving her 4-year-old daughter alone in an empty room with only one other child was shocking. He spoke to her in a disrespectful and condescending manner, which was completely uncalled for.
The prices at Riu are exorbitant, especially considering the subpar treatment we received. When paying such a premium, we expected a level of service and respect that was completely lacking during our stay. The rude and dismissive behavior from the staff, along with the manager's inability to address our concerns, made it clear that the high cost did not correlate with quality service.
Adding to our frustration, the water park closed at 5 pm, even though the sun doesn’t set until nearly 7 pm. This early closure severely limited our enjoyment of the facilities.
To top it all off, when we brought these issues to the manager's attention, he was ineffective and offered no solutions or compensation for our troubles.
Overall, our stay at the hotel was marred by poor service and unprofessional staff. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Although is published like family center small children dont have space to be during main hot timing. Kid club is,a small room with chairs and tables nothing really there and not allow small one to be even with adults because not space. It can be good for big children and during winter when you can be outside more time.
Rooms are simple but clean.
Food was great but they should control and planning entrance to restaurant specially in holidays time.
