Excellent! Very nice and polite people! As I understand it is family. Excellent customer service. Cleanliness and datail. Five minutes from the center. Very convenient to avoid the crowd and traffic of the center.

Delicious breakfast, more variety of breakfast options than the hotel's reservation site photos. Great place to stay in the hearth of Tirana . Close to city attractions.
Kind , helpful and caring staff from the receptionist to cleaning service . Clean , well furnished , luxury rooms. Best part of our accommodation is the breakfast. Special thanks to Ariana who helped us so much, being friendly , caring. she did literally everything to make us happy and enjoy our breakfast. She talks English very well and learned a bit of Turkish from us too.She even helped us to buy Albanian cheese in near local market.

What better can happen to you than to "get stranded"at the Boka Hotel? Not much, I can tell you. Just booked in for an overnight stay, I got sick the next day and was not able to continue my travels. The most friendly and caring personell of Boka Hotel supported me like a member of their family and arranged whatever was needed and helpful. Thank you for this, for your kindness, the perfect service in a generous, clean and comfortable hotel high quality for a decent price.

Located exactly near the market. Happening and buzzing places near by the hotel. Variety of coffee shops, restaurants and bars near to the hotel. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. WiFi connectivity is good. Standard breakfast with limited spread. I had chance to speak with the owner she is very humble and assisted us with everything. Every staff member is helpful and kind. We are a family of 3 and opted for triple bed room.

Great place to stay in a fantastic location. Reception staff and owner very welcoming and friendly.The rooms are spacious and well equipped it's what you would expect from a top Albania hotel.Definitely would stay here again the next time I need to stay in the city.
