We continue to come back every year at this lovely family-run hotel. I have been to many hotels in Balchik and this one is THE CLEANEST😍, not to mention the GORGEOUS cuisine. We love the smiles, the services and above all - THE LOVE this family EMANATES for their guests!!! THANK YOU LOVELY PEOPLE!

Terrible experience. Staff's rude. Place is a dump. The only good thing is the location. The only reason you'd have to book a room here is if everything else in the town is booked.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. High attention to details . Good food and prices. Nothing to complain about!

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik. I can honestly say, that this was the best shrimp, squid and mussels I have ever had. Very fresh, marinated in homemade wine and herbs and with delicious side salad. The owners are very nice and friendly. Trust their recommandation and you will not regret it. We will be back for sure.

Sparkly clean, big room, extremly nice and helpfull hosts. They smile a lot. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin or a curtain, you wash directly on the floor of the bath, but it'll do. During the high season, might be noise from the street as the hotel in very central. 3 min walk from restaurants and shopping area.

We made a reservation via Booking for a deluxe room, they gave us a standard room, but they charged us for the deluxe room. The reason they used for this situation was that we made a last minute reservation... So, they had no free deluxe room, as they claimed on booking.com. My wife and I were the only ones who wore a mask at the restaurant, despite it was mandatory. The owner started to make fun of us. The breakfast was very poor and not tasty at all. Totally unprofessional, will be avoided forever.

Oh, well... we did NOT stayed at this hotel because we were denied to check the room upon arrival. The explanation from the guy at the reception was “our rooms are good enough” and also “I am not going to show around rooms all day”?! I am happy we didn’t book in advance as it seems we would have regret it.

I am very glad I stayed at Victoria Family Hotel. I've made a new friend there. Not only that, I've had the best meals here, and they have the best frozen yogurt I had ever tasted.
I will definitely come back to them, whenever I visit Balchik.

We stayed at Hotel Victoria at the end of July, beginning of August with some friends. This was our second time and our friends first time to stay here.
The fact that we rebooked this hotel should tell you something. We are not picky customers, but we know when a place is well run, clean and comfortable, and we were not disappointed!
A small, family run hotel with really wonderful staff, lovely rooms, comfy beds, and balconies. Rooms are non smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony if you wish.
Breakfast included was delicious. Food, I believe is, farm to table fresh, or sea to table fresh and it shows. Not fancy, but who needs fancy when food is top quality!!!
Convenient location, close to port, promenade, botanic gardens and castle, supermarkets and shopping.
We will be back, without a doubt!
