The first family hotel in Balchik, Bulgaria, the "Victoria" Family Hotel has been welcoming guests since 1998. Located at the very center of Balchik Marina, nearly 98 feet from the yacht port, "Victoria" Family Hotel offers a beautiful garden and an in-house restaurant with traditional Bulgarian cuisine. The hotel is also equipped with EV charging station where guests can charge their vehicles.
All rooms in the hotel have a private balcony, air conditioning, as well as mini-bar, a telephone and a cable TV. Private bathroom and toilet facilities are available in every room.
Breakfast is served every morning at the bistro for guests of the hotel and they may also enjoy lunch or dinner too.

The rooms were not very clean, contrary to what is mentioned on Booking about a fabulous dessert, sea view, and bed size—none of it matched reality. We paid double for parking at the hotel compared to the public parking, but this came with a major inconvenience as the owner made us move the car from time to time. We had to stay close to the hotel just to do that. He knocked very aggressively on our door to make us respond. I do not recommend

We continue to come back every year at this lovely family-run hotel. I have been to many hotels in Balchik and this one is THE CLEANEST😍, not to mention the GORGEOUS cuisine. We love the smiles, the services and above all - THE LOVE this family EMANATES for their guests!!! THANK YOU LOVELY PEOPLE!

Terrible experience. Staff's rude. Place is a dump. The only good thing is the location. The only reason you'd have to book a room here is if everything else in the town is booked.

Giving a 0 star because there is no lower than this. The attitude was amazingly bad. An old lady, as round as a 100l beer keg, thinking she owns the world, yelling around, threatening physical "consequences" for actions not even made on the premises of the so called "hotel". I'd rather sleep on a bench somewhere, instead of stay at this "friendly" place. Not to mention how dirty the place was. The only reason to book a room here is if you hate yourself.

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik. I can honestly say, that this was the best shrimp, squid and mussels I have ever had. Very fresh, marinated in homemade wine and herbs and with delicious side salad. The owners are very nice and friendly. Trust their recommandation and you will not regret it. We will be back for sure.

Sparkly clean, big room, extremly nice and helpfull hosts. They smile a lot. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin or a curtain, you wash directly on the floor of the bath, but it'll do. During the high season, might be noise from the street as the hotel in very central. 3 min walk from restaurants and shopping area.

We made a reservation via Booking for a deluxe room, they gave us a standard room, but they charged us for the deluxe room. The reason they used for this situation was that we made a last minute reservation... So, they had no free deluxe room, as they claimed on booking.com. My wife and I were the only ones who wore a mask at the restaurant, despite it was mandatory. The owner started to make fun of us. The breakfast was very poor and not tasty at all. Totally unprofessional, will be avoided forever.
