Hotels All-inclusive in Balchik

Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

the hotel is pretty cool, quality stuff in the room, great location, great view, good food at the restaurant. but I am gonna give 4 stars because of the outdoor pool - it does not exist anymore

A hotel between 3 and 4 stars. The breakfast is like a 3 stars hotel and a restaurant that tries to serve you with cogelate fish and some pices of meat. Not recomanded

Our favourite hotel in Balcik, all the rooms are with sea view and the food and the wine are excellent

When confrunted with the issue, the receptionist got arrogant and belligerent and only after being threatened with the Bulgarian Customer Protection Services did she change the room for a similar one, with a new mattress

Great staff, smiling and super helpful (especially the Front Office ladies) That definitely made me feel home. As an improvement could be the Restaurant

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!

Do not accept the first floor, as it is a so-called sea-view room, paid like this, but you can only see the restaurant's terrace and hear the noise coming from there

One of the few hotels open off-season. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Overall it was a very nice experience. The parking was not included but it was pretty cheap.

Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Only negatives: - blinds in bedrooms are not blocking light properly so everybody was up by 6am

Already at the entrance to the territory, there is a feeling that you were in another country. In Bulgaria very few places such a high level

We will definitely go back and rent an entire house for us & our friends. When booking, we didn't know that there are 2 parts of the Blacksearama Golf, so we booked a room, not knowing that there are also houses to rent

Our apartment was clean, big, and it had everything we needed ( even a fully equipped kitchen). The view is absolutly amazing and we were alone at the pool almost the entire time ( the pool at the Club Residence)

Maybe you should add this to your Booking description ( we would have rent a house if we knew). The experience was great, and we MUST go back and check the Wellness & Spa, cause we didn't have time to try it

We went to the Pizzeria one day, where pizza is good, but the service was very slow, even if we were the only clients at that point ( 11 AM)

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The staff is very nice and friendly

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design

Seara, Bonus, am avut un foc de artificii de la restaurantul din zona. Casa este curată, intimă, bine poziționată, intr-o zona extrem de liniștita, din pat se poate observa o parte din terenul de golf

Looks like the pictures, there is a nice view of the golf course in the back. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor that we didn't know about and was a good surprise.The kitchen is equipped.

Vila este o proprietate privată in interiorul resortului Lighthouse Golf & Spa. Ne-au impresionat curățenia spațiului de cazare, ne-a plăcut ca am avut parcare în fata casei

Excellent hotel with a very good restaurant attached. Good food, good prices, Shepard's salad, mussels and sprot a must try, BBQ also very good even though there aren't many dishes

Lovely restaurant by the sea. Food was great, the service was great, our waiter Vasil was amazing, he's not only an amazing waiter but also a great entertainer.

- It's close to the sea but normal rooms don't have a sea view -there's a disturbing sound , like water dripping which comes out of the cooling device

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive"

It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best

Close to the hotel, they have a good-sized pool with a beautiful view to the sea side. This year, they had only the breakfast option, not all-inclusive hotel anymore

I love this place! I will definitely spend my next summer here, with my family once again. It's a silent place with all needed. It's comfortable bc there is football court. Clean units and linen bed sets

So instead of ordering food, we decided to leave and eat at one of the restaurants near the beach, where we were given the wifi password right away

Very nice hotel, didn’t expected…10/10 star’s value for money!!! Usual breakfast but if you’re not pretentious then is great! Perfect location and very family friendly!!! Staff is great!!! Their bistro is enough for lunch next to the pool! I do recommend!!! Only 2 minutes up to the beach down stairs!!!

Very nice location, just a few walks from the beach and restaurants. One thing I noticed and didn't like was that staff are not so accommodating and not so friendly. They do not give us even a fake smile

It has everything you need, with a plus for the studio rooms and apartments (which also have a small kitchen). Hotel staff, uninvolved, disinterested and in no mood. Most were young people with temporary jobs

Quiet location, big and clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast, clean swimming pool, underground parking, 2 minutes away from the Nomad beach.

Everything is just great for us, like years ago, and next year is booked. Perfect location, everything easy, very clean, employees very nice.

We spent just one night here unfortunately and the weather was so bad... but the place is beautiful and clean and it looks promising for the next trip.

The place has nice views, a beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious but not great. The Bathroom was not the best, the bed was not comfortable and the bedding was bad

At the present the restaurant isn’t available which no one mentions until you get there, but obviously due to the COVID -19 situation

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

So each morning we’ve had a lazy breakfast, then fun at the pool, after lunch we would go to the Botanical Garden which was just across the street and then went on a nice walk on the beach till that wooden deck from my previous post

It was a nice getaway and I’m glad I got to do it with my parents. Truly recommend White Rock Castle Suites for a great family summer holiday

The breakfast was an open buffet with everything from fruits, to omelets, cheese, yogurt with oats and passion fruit and so much more

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balchik

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik

I am very glad I stayed at Victoria Family Hotel. Not only that, I've had the best meals here, and they have the best frozen yogurt I had ever tasted. I will definitely come back to them, whenever I visit Balchik

During the high season, might be noise from the street as the hotel in very central. 3 min walk from restaurants and shopping area

We stayed at Hotel Victoria at the end of July, beginning of August with some friends. This was our second time and our friends first time to stay here. The fact that we rebooked this hotel should tell you something

We are not picky customers, but we know when a place is well run, clean and comfortable, and we were not disappointed! A small, family run hotel with really wonderful staff, lovely rooms, comfy beds, and balconies

I can honestly say, that this was the best shrimp, squid and mussels I have ever had. Very fresh, marinated in homemade wine and herbs and with delicious side salad. The owners are very nice and friendly

The restaurant is absolutely perfect

The "free breakfast" is free as long as you pay for it (it was not included in the price of the room in their hotel offer) and managed(outsourced) by a restaurant. The rooms are in dire need of renovation

On the positive side is close to the beach, a little bit retired, all the rooms have sea view and next to it, the helios hotel (which also owns Oasis) has a great restaurant to eat (Margo's)

I only tried the fish soup there- it was not hot enough but the BEST fish soup I have ever tried!

Good price for quality. Air conditioning in every room. Rooms are clean and tidy. Some rooms have a lovely sea view. It's very close to the Nomad Beach. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I like the room, bath its very nice, food its very very good,the view its beautiful and the pool have cold water...

Noisy and without any isolation. The WC door and the balcony doors cannot be even closed. In addition, the channel in the bathroom smells. There is no warm water in the morning

Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room
