Hotels All-inclusive in Balchik

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

There is a bar, a restaurant with a toilet, paddling pool ( so-so) today the warm water and fun waves

Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade

Seara, Bonus, am avut un foc de artificii de la restaurantul din zona. Casa este curată, intimă, bine poziționată, intr-o zona extrem de liniștita, din pat se poate observa o parte din terenul de golf

Looks like the pictures, there is a nice view of the golf course in the back. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor that we didn't know about and was a good surprise.The kitchen is equipped.

Vila este o proprietate privată in interiorul resortului Lighthouse Golf & Spa. Ne-au impresionat curățenia spațiului de cazare, ne-a plăcut ca am avut parcare în fata casei

Bucătăria utilată, grădinuța in spatele casei, unde se poate face plaja. Nimic de obiectat, ne-a plăcut, vom reveni

Be aware Albena is very much a resort on it's own (there must be over a dozen hotels etc) but everything here in the resort is geared to getting your pennies and the prices are really high for Bulgaria

Beach is nice and clean I wouldn't come again this time of year

As well as all the usual things. A good 7 out of 10 food wise but an 8 out of 10 for all inclusive

Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

By the end of our first week we seen them more as friends than staff, we had such a great laugh with them and they are both and absolute credit to the hotel 🙏🏼 There is a local shop just outside the front doors to the hotel, the gentleman in the shop was so friendly and kind, he went out his way to buy stuff that we liked and stocked his shop with it

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels

Staff is exceptionally polite and ready to help and especially jn the restaurant they are doing a perfect job

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again

A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Great hotel, stunning view, very good quality and taste of food in the restaurant! The staff is extremely nice and friendly! I recommend and will come back again next summer!

Great hotel for family rest with children! Tasty and varied food, adapted for us. Near the sea with free 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol, swimming pool with snack bar, friendly staff

The beach in Albena is a beautiful place. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available each room at the hotel. Sorry the sun is not 'saditsja in the sea

Cons - it is evident that the reconstruction of the hotel took quite a while, the furniture intact, but visible plumbing and front door

The room is cleaned daily with change of towels every 3 days change of linen. Overall a pleasant experience

Great hotel nice pools and activities for children. Hotel its self is fantastic with children. Unfortunately no choice for food. If you decide not to go all inclusive. Negative Beach restaurant not good

Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. It was recommended by a local person but. if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The general atmosphere was one of a true holiday, away from everyday worries. I highly recommend White Lagoon to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience!

In conclusion, White Lagoon is a good option for those who want a relaxing beach holiday with all the necessary facilities. The accommodation was beyond expectations, the room was spacious and modern

The food was generally tasty with a varied buffet The staff was kind and prompt in dealing with requests, and the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory

Nice location, quite and peaceful, good for families with children, it’s a resort with private access and beautiful view. Maybe we had the bad luck… who knows

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

In Albena you can (and should) comfortable to walk, but if laziness that runs Ala tourist train on wheels )

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

There are many attractions along the way. Be sure to use your legs 🦵, not free bus shuttle. There is one small shop in the hotel and two supermarkets nearby

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest

Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be

Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism, only the serving girls in the restaurants were very kind. 4-star hotel without an espresso machine - shame! The offered coffee is awful

COVID-19 measurements - total ZERO! Nobody of the guests and the staff was with a face mask - even in the inside buffet, nobody cared about that. The disinfectant tubes at front of the restaurant were empty

Breakfast buffet plus local production of alcohol. The food is very high quality. Although a scored cans and cereals. Choice for any stomach and mood. Always fruit , watermelon, local yogurt

The food is the best i have eaten any where the rooms are good and the service is the best regarding attention or anything.

Small but clean and interesting tourist town. Lots of stalls, restaurants and shops for every taste. Never had to practice English, for example. The perfect combination of price and quality plus a lot of nice bonuses

Near the store is the cheap alcohol store "Cheers". (The hotel is now All inclusive-Lite)

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room

The Director of the hotel with a sense of humor is a plus! :) The bartender Dimitri sociable person and speaks good Russian! Music playlist hotel - all very much (sometimes I woke up nostalgic and wanted to move, to dance)

The environment is super cool, but there are some issues with the facilities. We purchased the Royal package, but the room was missing some of the "extras. " The food is delicious and varied

For the money we paid, the hotel was much better than we expected, the food was great, not very diverse but tasteful, the drinks were not the best, but for the price of the hotel you'd expect that

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold. Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser)

The waiters, the waiters, the bartenders, the impeccable cleanliness, a big thank you! A multitude of food, sweets, drinks and evenings with interactive shows

So in conclusion its a great choice for a family-holiday, but dont expect miracles. : the Italian restaurant is super cute with mouth-watering courses, we loved it!

Overall is just a normal location with average food and drinks. Ratings for this hotel are overated
