Hotels All-inclusive in Balchik

Excellent service,excellent food,menu fiction,the Spa centre is small, there is something to be desired

Very nice hotel : excellent "quality-price", nice pool (not heated) and delicious restaurant. Rooms are well equipped with large bathroom

Never order a taxing from reception, they double the price ! Instead type "Balchik taxi" on Google and you will find a company. Price to go to Balchik from hotel is 15lv and the hotel asked 30lv !

Got here by mistake... But now we come back every year! Good spa facilities, the golf course it's gr8 for morning run ;-) Excellent breakfast!

A nice neighborhood, new and clean with offers of good accommodation. It's far from the sea, about 5km. There are several pools in the neighborhood but the water was very cold in august.

At the present the restaurant isn’t available which no one mentions until you get there, but obviously due to the COVID -19 situation

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

I laughed myself to tears seeing my dad jumping in the pool and my mom grabbing to my watermelon floatie for life :)) It was a much needed break and I loved the little beach from Balchik for sunset, but during the day we’ve spent most of the time at the pool

So each morning we’ve had a lazy breakfast, then fun at the pool, after lunch we would go to the Botanical Garden which was just across the street and then went on a nice walk on the beach till that wooden deck from my previous post

It was a nice getaway and I’m glad I got to do it with my parents. Truly recommend White Rock Castle Suites for a great family summer holiday

The breakfast was an open buffet with everything from fruits, to omelets, cheese, yogurt with oats and passion fruit and so much more

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balchik

A wonderful little hotel, very close to Botanical Garden 🤗 We loved the swimming pool, the room is cute!

It is not the best hotel and my room wasn't the cleanest and smelt a bit weird. There is a TV and shower room/toilet and a small fridge and a AC so that's good

There is a pool but on the day I was there I was freeeeezing

The average age of the visitors was over 50, so the place is very senior-friendly. The breakfast food was bellow expectations. And the expectations were nothing grand, honestly

Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Only negatives: - blinds in bedrooms are not blocking light properly so everybody was up by 6am

Already at the entrance to the territory, there is a feeling that you were in another country. In Bulgaria very few places such a high level

Great resort and accommodation. Had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Service is great and breakfast amazing (although must note it's quite unusual to have it start at 8am only)

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The staff is very nice and friendly

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design

The very spacious villas with swimming pool, very well maintained, a magnificent setting, the green space, the golf course, the restaurants, the gyms, the movement of the villas, restaurants and gyms at will, a surprising view, the carefree family stay

We will definitely go back and rent an entire house for us & our friends. When booking, we didn't know that there are 2 parts of the Blacksearama Golf, so we booked a room, not knowing that there are also houses to rent

Our apartment was clean, big, and it had everything we needed ( even a fully equipped kitchen). The view is absolutly amazing and we were alone at the pool almost the entire time ( the pool at the Club Residence)

Maybe you should add this to your Booking description ( we would have rent a house if we knew). The experience was great, and we MUST go back and check the Wellness & Spa, cause we didn't have time to try it

We went to the Pizzeria one day, where pizza is good, but the service was very slow, even if we were the only clients at that point ( 11 AM)

It’s the perfect stay for a family vacation. It’s close to the Botanical Garden and all the best restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the view from our room was the best

I'm not sure the pictures match the reality, it wasn't "all inclusive" when I stayed, the restaurant and the pool was not working, so "no inclusive"

The restaurant does no longer serve lunch unless you pay for your order and they don't serve dinner anymore. They still serve breakfast buffet and the food is pretty good

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is a swimming pool a bar and a restaurant, but the bar was closed due to Covid

Close to the hotel, they have a good-sized pool with a beautiful view to the sea side. This year, they had only the breakfast option, not all-inclusive hotel anymore

I love this place! I will definitely spend my next summer here, with my family once again. It's a silent place with all needed. It's comfortable bc there is football court. Clean units and linen bed sets

Staff were lovely & we ate at the Hotel's restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. Definitely going back next year 😍

A hotel between 3 and 4 stars. The breakfast is like a 3 stars hotel and a restaurant that tries to serve you with cogelate fish and some pices of meat. Not recomanded

the hotel is pretty cool, quality stuff in the room, great location, great view, good food at the restaurant. but I am gonna give 4 stars because of the outdoor pool - it does not exist anymore

An excellent hotel which I always enjoy therefore I come again and again. The rooms are big and very pleasantly styled. One the of best feature of the room is the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sea

Great hotel, sunny, right in front of marina, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff - they are like elfs, nicely taking care of guests

Air conditioning works well which is a huge plus for the rooms that are located on the front which have sun almost all day

Do not accept the first floor, as it is a so-called sea-view room, paid like this, but you can only see the restaurant's terrace and hear the noise coming from there

If you're looking for the best hotel in town, this should be your best choice! Their cáfe works throughout the year and it can be visited not only by hotel guests, but also outter people! Highly recommend!

One of the few hotels open off-season. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Overall it was a very nice experience. The parking was not included but it was pretty cheap.

The rooms are a little oldschool/outdated but they are clean and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location of the hotel is great

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

There is a bar, a restaurant with a toilet, paddling pool ( so-so) today the warm water and fun waves

Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade

We spent just one night here unfortunately and the weather was so bad... but the place is beautiful and clean and it looks promising for the next trip.

The place has nice views, a beautiful pool. The rooms are spacious but not great. The Bathroom was not the best, the bed was not comfortable and the bedding was bad

the hotel is being updated and the room we had was excellent, the staff are very helpful and the manager/owner will arrange all trips,taxis and any visits you should need most enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again

I've visited in December. Cold and not very clean but the view is great and it's right on the sea side. The food wasn't too good

Excellent hotel with a very good restaurant attached. Good food, good prices, Shepard's salad, mussels and sprot a must try, BBQ also very good even though there aren't many dishes

Lovely restaurant by the sea. Food was great, the service was great, our waiter Vasil was amazing, he's not only an amazing waiter but also a great entertainer.

- It's close to the sea but normal rooms don't have a sea view -there's a disturbing sound , like water dripping which comes out of the cooling device

- breakfast was good enough and consistent. -the room was clean and there was good water pressure

Close to the beach and the main street where all the restaurants are located - just 5 minutes walk - and it is placed on a very quiet street at the same time

There are at least 3 restaurants 5 minutes away, and you have discounts for some of them for staying at the hotel. Overall, we loved it! What we found not so great: - the mattress was a bit

We love this hotel and have been many times. I think about 10 times in the last 2 , and we didn't go last year as we couldn't travel due to Covid-19. It's not a deluxe hotel but totally fantastic for us

A family run hotel and the staff are just so lovely! An amazing view from the front rooms

It's very close to the castle and gardens and there is a staircase close to the reception door that gets you near the sea in 5 minutes. Not the beach (that is about 5 more minutes), just the sea promenade

The view is fantastic! The pool is clean and spacious, and it has a special zone just for kids. The parking lot was pretty busy but we found great spots everytime we left the hotel

outdated - there isn't always someone at the bar outside, hard to find coffee in the morning. The coffee they make is really good, there just wasn't a way to get one sometimes

The "free breakfast" is free as long as you pay for it (it was not included in the price of the room in their hotel offer) and managed(outsourced) by a restaurant. The rooms are in dire need of renovation

On the positive side is close to the beach, a little bit retired, all the rooms have sea view and next to it, the helios hotel (which also owns Oasis) has a great restaurant to eat (Margo's)

The free parking is in fact a strip of land across the road paved with rocks; it's free indeed, but anybody can "park" there and there are a lot of locals and visitors coming there during the weekend

The hotel is OK (air conditioning, comfortable beds, good breakfast), but the beach leaves a lot to hope for - seaweed, trash (cigarette butts, waste paper, beverage cans

Not very good cleaning, sheets in bed should be changed more often than once a week. Terrible breakfast. Otherwise a nice little place and poolaccess was a big plus

In addition, the roads and pavements leading to Oasis are in bad shape. not recommendable to handicapped or elderly people
