Hotels All-inclusive in Balchik

Pro: relative small price for all inclusive in august 2000 bgn for 1 week,nice staff, 2 pools, relativly clean as per total, nice big rooms, area for kids over 4 years 2 play, okysh food, very very nicr staff, cleaning lady changed our sheets like 4 times because the kid kept eating biscuits in bed and made it dirty, always had fresh towels, all in all a good experience

There is a bar, a restaurant with a toilet, paddling pool ( so-so) today the warm water and fun waves

Nice place with all what you need for a nice sitting. The staff very polite and the food very good and diversity on menu. The room big and the price a very good value ( all inclusiv).We really had a nice time!

Cons: linen from the bunk bed was not changed when we first arrived, floor sweeped only in the middle of the room, glass staines on the table, no green areas with shade

Beautiful laguna, there is a outdoor pool small beach.

Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Staff is exceptionally polite and ready to help and especially jn the restaurant they are doing a perfect job

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. It was recommended by a local person but. if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there

The food was generally tasty with a varied buffet The staff was kind and prompt in dealing with requests, and the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory

Everyone speaks English and often other language (Romanian, Russian, German). Place totally deserves 5 stars. Huge shout out to animation team. Hope to come back in the future! /Alex Sweden/Ukraine

We had a pleasant holiday at White Lagoon and especially appreciated the excellent location, directly on the beach with easy access to the sea

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

Also a change in menius combined with a savings policy made the all inclusive vacation a run for your life affair 3 times a day

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

Very nice hotel! Very delicious food with many different dishes! Friendly and nice staff! Absolutely clean rooms and restaurants! Near to the beach with sunbeds and sun lounges free of charge! We will be back for sure!

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room

Neighbors hear, but they are also small children. The eldest son sleeping on the double sofa bed. My wife and baby in a luxurious bed. Mattress not skipit , very comfortable

Small but clean and interesting tourist town. Lots of stalls, restaurants and shops for every taste. Never had to practice English, for example. The perfect combination of price and quality plus a lot of nice bonuses

Near the store is the cheap alcohol store "Cheers". (The hotel is now All inclusive-Lite)

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold. Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser)

Algara is a very cozy, family friendly resort. It's the third year that we comeback for the view, personal and atmosphere. We really recommend it.

For the money we paid, the hotel was much better than we expected, the food was great, not very diverse but tasteful, the drinks were not the best, but for the price of the hotel you'd expect that

Make sure to book restaurants for diner as gets quite busy during summer season. Only negatives: - blinds in bedrooms are not blocking light properly so everybody was up by 6am

Already at the entrance to the territory, there is a feeling that you were in another country. In Bulgaria very few places such a high level

Nice looking hotel BUT, very bad hygiene in the rooms and in the restroom of the restaurant. There is black mold and ants in the fridge in the room. Soul in the bathroom does not work. The staff is very nice and friendly
