I booked a studio by Booking and the room and bathroom were full of hair, used towels, used napkins. There were missing parts from the doors and from the old furniture. It smells like a very old and dirty room. I asked them to give me another room and they offered a lower level room, cheaper than what I paid and a late check out as compensation. They refused to refund me! I needed to stay with Booking on calls for 6h, i missed one full day of vacation...without having an accomodation and with my money paid. I needed to pay on my behalf another accomodation at another hotel. Please avoid this hotel! The receptionist lady refused to refund me an refused Booking calls and communication for 6h!

The rooms are wide and that is the only benefit for the hotel . The service and the cleaning was bad -dirty floors , not changing towels and bins , broken shower set, pet friendly hotel without disinfections of the rooms . Our family vacation ended with health problems with fleas and bed bugs . We are very disappoint from this hotel and the attention to the customer. I do not recommend this hotel .

Lovely hotel with nice pool and kids zone. If you are looking for really quiet place in June that’s your choice. Season there starts quite late and is real quiet but for us was exactly what we wanted.

Very disappointed. Within minutes of entering our suite had a list of issues. Safe not working, missing cutlery in kitchen, no slippers, no kettle, very little toilet paper. Reception could not sort any of this until after 9am next day. Not impressed as we arrived around 5pm. If you want dinner in hotel you need to book before 2pm we didnt check in until 5!! Only spa hotel I have EVER stayed in where you have to pay to use sauna, jacuzzi, and it only opens at 3pn!!!! Overall not impressed

Probably one of the few places near the seaside that offers standard rooms without balcony. So be careful while choosing your room. The rooms are supposed to be cleaned between 14:00 and 18:00 but don’t worry because the cleaning takes no more than 10 minutes-shabby mopping and a new roll a toilet paper. We had an enormous dead fly in the room upon arrival and it remained in the room for for days to great the next guests. Better get your own shampoo and shower gel if you stay more than a day. Breakfast is a little below average but it’s ok for a short stay. Unfortunately, I don’t think it deserves more that a three stars and the third one is a little bit questionable. On the bright side , the most of the staff tries to be kind and helpful and next to be elevator on the zero floor there is a mirror that makes you look slimmer :)

The real rating of this hotel is only 3 stars. Online pictures are nice, when we got there... sadness:-( different story.
Cheap food, cheap room, trafic noise in room, free dogs barking all night... FAR ...FAR...FAR AWAY FROM THE BEACH.
There is no beach, you will have to drive to Albena or Golden Sands.

A very nice hotel which has a spa and gym, and is a short walk into Balchik town. I have not dined there, but the food aroma is great.

Too pricey for the quality of rooms, food and services. Breakfast ran out of bacon. Twice. (How on earth does a hotel run out of bacon?!)

There is very limited parking (about 10 spots) in the hotel's garage, so don't count on having one if you're coming on a busy weekend.

The view, though, was really nice!

Oh, and it's a walking distance from the Botanical Gardens, so I guess that's a plus.

Very nice & spacious rooms & balconies. Main bathroom is also generous in size, as well as very clean. Double rooms and studios also have a secondary, small restroom.
The rooms with a sea view also face the main street, which could be noisy if you keep the terrace door open. 2 minutes walk to the Castle and Botanical Garden, 7 minutes pleasant walk to the city center .

Reception staff were polite and helpful. The hotel has a small underground parking, and there is also a free parking behind the hotel, but you have to walk 5 minutes to get to it as it is on a different street.

All in all, we had a very good time there.
