As a location is very close to botanical garden but, 15-20 mins away (by foot) from the main street.

Rooms... there was a strange smell of mold, was my bad because I haven't asked why was that smell or if I can change the room.
The place doesn't looks so similar like in the pictures, same furniture but I suppose that the pictures were taken when they reconditioned.

Food... for the breakfast was the same food on each day not much variety, low quality food.
Don't have much expectations for food like it's showing in the pictures.

I paid the room on them site without booking commision but room quality of this hotel is lower from year by year. I asked to change the room because It was very weared bathroom and the walls dirty and I asked for one big bed but they ask me to pay 60 leva. The breakfast is very very low no plates no bread no cups in time and finnaly expressor it brakes and we have to pay for the coffee. I ll never come here but for sure can find something better.

Very clean rooms, good service. Restaurant has good food. Large gym with lots of machines and ping pong table in basement. Beach is at a 10 min walk.

We choose White Rock Castle for our wedding stay in Balchik for us and our guests. I loved the place for its location. The parking is free, the swimming pool was nice, the rooms were clean and equipped. Everything was just perfect. But the main reason i would recommend the place is the team behind the frontdesk. Everyone was nice, supportive and the communication was always on top level. This is a top quality service by all means. Thank you so much WRC!

The place is old and it was not well cleaned. It is a bit far away from the Main Street and you need to go by foot around 20 min or so or you can go with a car and pay.. a lot. The terrace was really dirty. The bathroom was really outdated. The furniture was not very clean or new.. There were dirty towels in the room

I booked a studio by Booking and the room and bathroom were full of hair, used towels, used napkins. There were missing parts from the doors and from the old furniture. It smells like a very old and dirty room. I asked them to give me another room and they offered a lower level room, cheaper than what I paid and a late check out as compensation. They refused to refund me! I needed to stay with Booking on calls for 6h, i missed one full day of vacation...without having an accomodation and with my money paid. I needed to pay on my behalf another accomodation at another hotel. Please avoid this hotel! The receptionist lady refused to refund me an refused Booking calls and communication for 6h!

Nice place to have few days in Balchik, close to Botanical Garden and Castle. A little to far from Balchik centre and beach. Room was small but cosy and clean enough. What we didn’t like was the strange smell inside when you enter the room - like sime chemicals. Breakfast is ok, same food or with very small variatios. Not very friendly with vegans. Coffee is not drinkable …

Horrible parking!!!!! Even though they take your registration number, parking is not guaranteed by the hotel. They say the parking in front can be occupied for €10/day, however that is FALSE and it is charged at €50/day. Don’t stay here!!!

The rooms are wide and that is the only benefit for the hotel . The service and the cleaning was bad -dirty floors , not changing towels and bins , broken shower set, pet friendly hotel without disinfections of the rooms . Our family vacation ended with health problems with fleas and bed bugs . We are very disappoint from this hotel and the attention to the customer. I do not recommend this hotel .
