Last time I was here some years ago. The hotel has had a massive upgrade. The rooms are much better, very clean and modern. Only issue in the rooms is the shower drain didn't work good so the water wouldn't flush. The breakfast, HUGE UPGRADE, tasty cheeses, very very good coffee machine, fresh bread and fresh eggs vegetables olives.. The spa is the highlight. Pool, sauna, gym.. Will not choose other hotel when in bansko.

First of all, parking was paid. Secondly, the room card did not work. The spa was very small, no water was provided. Nobody picked up the phone at the reception when the card did not work and we had to walk through several corridors to reach the reception desk. There was no single hanger in the wardrobe. No Wi Fi in the room! Total waste of money.

Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. The elevator requires maintenance, it gives you the impression that it can break down at any time.

Great location,the hygiene in the rooms is at a very low level. There are carpets in the rooms that must not have been cleaned in months. Both toilet bowls were leaking. Shampoos and baths were left twice in 5 days

The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are quite clean, but old, the food is not good enough, pay attention to what you eat, parking is charged extra, the spa center is ok.

Excellent hotel. We had a super room for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The living room had leather dianas, a table, a TV. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from the windows. There is a wonderful pool, spa, gym. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. It’s not far from the ski lifts. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great hotel with excellent service. Rooms are spacious, clean. Everybody is nice and polite, willing to help at any time.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, clean swimming pool. Just maybe they can put insect nets on the windows.

A nice hotel to stay in. Rooms are usually big and comfort.
Service was good as well.
Breakfast is fine.
The best of this hotel is its location, very close to the Gondola (lift). Near the building is supermarket, and close to the heart of night life. All can go by walking and no need for any shuttle or taxi.

The location is super good, it's just a few meters away from the gondola so if your plan is to ski then great!

One downside from the location is the noise. It is surrounded by a lot of bars, so bring some earplugs.

The beds were super uncomfortable. These mattresses belong in the garbage to be honest. One of the worst mattresses I've ever laid in.

But the worst part of it all: the rooms smell so much like smoke that my eyes started to burn until the point where I had to leave.

I do not recommend this place at all. There are a bunch of better options in Bansko.
