We got a nice, tidy room with a really beautiful bathroom, and some sea view as well. For the price we paid, I would gladly give it 6 stars :)

Nice and welcoming stuff super helpful providing the best solution to reach the hotel. There is a bus from the main bus station in Burgas, bus 15. It costs 1.50BGN and ticket is paid on board. In approx 30 min you are a few steps away from the hotel. The stop is called Drava and it is the second one in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant does not work but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast. Really comfortable bed my only gripe would be the pillows but that's all down to personal preference for comfort, one wasn't enough but two was too many. The best hotel I could have ever been to, with kind people and good treatment, although, it may be loud there, but I didn’t find it disturbing. Recommending for everyone.

The rooms have no bottles of water inside, WiFi doesn’t work on high floor, level of silence very low as for me, but as a transit hotel it is very good

Not bad , but there is almost no parking space available

Overall everything was good. Room was OK but bathroom is really strange. Shower is between bathroom sink and toilet. When you take a shower everything is wet. Food was really tasty. Parking lot is quite tight but hotel stuff help to park your car inside.

Very good location behind the main street, 4 minutes walk from the beach and the Sea Garden. Very amicable and accommodating staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Our room was the triple bedroom with a small balcony. Overall we can only recommend to stay at this Guesthouse.

My trip to Burgas was work related and I stayed here, on the top floor, for a week. I was embraced by the hospitality and immediately felt like visiting old friends. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the necessary amenities. The location could not have been better, right next to everything essential in Burgas. Definitely will stay here again.

We have been guests here every summer for the last 11 years. The people here are no longer staff but almost family. Always helpful, friendly, professional as well as polite. The rooms are nice and prices reasonable. How not to give to points.

The price is very good, and the staff are very friendly. Room was cozy, but could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The air conditioning, bathroom fan and taps all made really loud noises, which was a bit annoying at night. Great location though, perfect for short stays!

Me and my son had a wonderful week at Hotel Sveti Iliq. We loved the hotel, the breakfast and the atmosphere. All the staff and the owners were very kind and helpful. Location is great, rooms are decent but the breakfast needs some improvement. From my experience the bread was molded and still served at the canteen.

5/5. The location is absolutely great! Big rooms. Very clean! There is an elevator. Parking space next to hotel is like 5 euro per day. (You have to install app, as it’s from municipality). Staff is very helpful and profi + knows english ok. Would def stay here again.

Coffee every morning in the mini-bar around the pool. The hotel was very close to the beach, the owner was very pleasant and very helpful throughout especially as I was travelling alone and need some help with airport travel.

We took a deluxe room - the area is large, the room is neat, clean, with access to a balcony, they clean every day, all hygiene products are provided, and the garbage is taken out. Nice hotel, to the sea 500 meters, quiet place, friendly staff, fitness available and a small room with the possibility of brewing coffee and have a rest, right next to the hotel shop and near the hotel ATM

In winter, this hotel does not work, and in general the rooms are small, poorly equipped, no services other than living in the room, no !!! It is on the main and very noisy street! Parking is absolutely nowhere!

The hotel has nice, spacious rooms and comfortable beds at affordable prices. It is very clean and the staff, who is present 24 hours a day, is extremely friendly! Top!!!
