Really good hotel, nice people around, good services, great meals and everything was clean and nice! :)

Good location of the hotel, close to the beach, supermarket. Free parking. Really clean hotel, rooms. Towels are changed for extra charge. Really nice and helpful staff, but only some of them speak english. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner was ok. Wide variety of foods, but some of them was not of good quality.

Good and nice hotel at a calm spot, away from heavy traffic areas. Only complaint was that the toilet(the one you sit on obviously, not the room) was pretty small, like it was meant for kids only...

Family ran hotel ideal for families, not as much for going wild, although plenty of bars and clubs nearby in new Nesebar . Well I'm here now as a British solo traveller and I've travelled a lot around Europe and I am more than happy with this hotel. Yes they have a lot of rules but dont seem to enforce them, no one worrying you around the pool and often open until 7pm. Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

Lovely family hotel for 3 star rating.

Lovely small hotel with home-cooked food. No lift but stairs aren't steep. No pool but sun terrace. Beach and park with pool 10 minutes walk. Shops and supermarkets round the corner. Friendly welcome.

Just returned from a week in Nessebar at the Mirage Hotel. The view from our room was amazing. It was very quiet. The beds were large & comfy. There is a fridge and kettle. The towels were changed every day but they could do with new ones. The room was spotless. Breakfast has so much choice for everyone. The cooked side was not hot but there is a microwave if needed. After reading some of the reviews on TripAdvisor, I was sceptical how the hotel was going to be but I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the place, great location on the beach, staff friendly and prices very reasonable. We went end of September when most places were closing for the season so that was dissapointing but had a lovely relaxing break all the same. Heading back out end of August this year for 2 weeks and looking forward to it.

Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. We had a week stay, found the hotel spotless clean, more than enough choice for breakfast. Our room was to the side of the hotel, with sea views & very large balcony. My husband and I had an exquisite lunch here – perfectly grilled kebab and chicken, served carnivore-style with delicious homemade ketchup. The food was fresh and full of flavor. Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended! L

Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Sleeps 4 but would be better for 3 Staff were lovely & as I wasn't that pleased with a couple of things they gave us a fruit platter with compliments which I thought was lovely. Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. The room was big, very confortable and clean. The staff was was lovely, very kind and helpfull. We will definitly stay here again if we go back to Nessebar. Thank you for everything 😊

Nice and cosy place, great location with 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, bus stop, local shop and restaurants. Clean, decent sized rooms with a proper shower facility. Super friendly and approachable owners. We stayed mid September, after season and if you're looking for quiet holiday by the sea at decent price - we highly recommend Elizabeth Dy.

Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

A great place for a Family vacation. Located in Ravda, across the road from the sea. The road is not busy, it is very close to the sea. Nice beach, great beach bar. The hotel is clean, swimming pool, sun loungers. Good cuisine, often at lunch / dinner. Recommended for relaxation.

The location of the hotel is just stunning, between roman bath ruines and a Byzantine church. We had a wonderful room with a balcony with a view on both of these sites. Situated in the very hart of the old centre, has very nice rooms with tasty furniture. Friendly staff both at the reception and restaurant.

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone...

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English. This is my all time favorite hotel in Nessebar. You are always sure of a warm welcome at it. Friendly and helpful staff. Most mesmerizing view. Absolutely immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is decent, it is clean, but despite the late season, the workers made noise with the machines and plaster was falling from the ceiling of the artament. The location of Hotel Perun is very nice and the money was worth it because of the view.

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.

We had a great holiday at this hotel. If someone wants to rest and relax, this is the place to go. The staff are all very accomodating, without being intrusive and the cuisine is just great. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel Cappella.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the sea view is lovely and it's very close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful. They made sandwiches and gave us bottles of water as we were leaving very early in the morning and missed breakfast.

Nice place to stay. The owner doesn't speak much English and fluent French but except for that they are greatly accommodating. The room are fairly spacious, clean and secure. The balcony offers a lovely view over the black sea, hopefully they put more of a divide between the rooms balcony's however.
