The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Sunny place.

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. Good wifi. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin). The bathroom has many issues : Mould in the shower. The shower doors were faulty. The shower head was clogged and the pressure was very low. The cleaning crew did not properly...

Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is too small and does not fit...

We had a week stay, found the hotel spotless clean, more than enough choice for breakfast. Our room was to the side of the hotel, with sea views & very large balcony. Situated right on a very good sandy beach with lifts down to beach level. The staff were great with special mentions to the bar staff, Toto was very informative, & his colleague in the beach bar was also very good with service & remembering...

Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Only 2 floors up, so no hardship. Found the reception staff were very helpful even though their English was sometimes minimum but we were in their country, so who am I to comment with my nil knowledge of...

Staff don't speak much English. The breakfast selection is poor & the hot food is actually cold. The staffs response is that you can use the microwave to reheat the food. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. The water pressure is very good, however the towels are thin & scratching. The bar staff spoke better English & very helpful. Excellent experience. Beautiful, side view, of the sea. Large rooms. Close to the beach and also restaurants pedestrian area. Be aware - the boiler for hot water doesn't have a big capacity. We were a group of 4, but the last 2 always had to wait for hot showers.

Very nice hotel near the sea with excellent food. Large comfortable rooms. Big territory. On the territory running squirrels. And in the dining room there is a whole banya garden. Free Internet.

Lovely family hotel for 3 star rating.

Lovely small hotel with home-cooked food. No lift but stairs aren't steep. No pool but sun terrace. Beach and park with pool 10 minutes walk. Shops and supermarkets round the corner. Friendly welcome.

Very nice place. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean with TV and air conditioning. Proper meals. Nice garden.

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone...

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English. The view from the room: exceptional. Cleanliness: very good. The furniture, the room facilities, the bedding, the internet - everything was very good. Price: exceptional. I recommend.

Only thing good is the price. Parking is small. Staff is meh. Breakfast is decent. Views are kinda nice.

Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Sleeps 4 but would be better for 3 Staff were lovely & as I wasn't that pleased with a couple of things they gave us a fruit platter with compliments which I thought was lovely. Nice little pool close to the beach

Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. The room was big, very confortable and clean. The staff was was lovely, very kind and helpfull. We will definitly stay here again if we go back to Nessebar. Thank you for everything 😊

Nice and cosy place, great location with 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, bus stop, local shop and restaurants. Clean, decent sized rooms with a proper shower facility. Super friendly and approachable owners. We stayed mid September, after season and if you're looking for quiet holiday by the sea at decent price - we highly recommend Elizabeth Dy.

A very nice place. Cosy, clean and quiet. Very conveniently situated near the beach. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful with any requests or special needs. Great breakfast.

Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.

Good location of the hotel, close to the beach, supermarket. Free parking. Really clean hotel, rooms. Towels are changed for extra charge. Really nice and helpful staff, but only some of them speak english. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner was ok. Wide variety of foods, but some of them was not of good quality.

Good and nice hotel at a calm spot, away from heavy traffic areas. Only complaint was that the toilet(the one you sit on obviously, not the room) was pretty small, like it was meant for kids only...

Family ran hotel ideal for families, not as much for going wild, although plenty of bars and clubs nearby in new Nesebar . A great place for a Family vacation. Located in Ravda, across the road from the sea. The road is not busy, it is very close to the sea. Nice beach, great beach bar. The hotel is clean, swimming pool, sun loungers. Good cuisine, often at lunch / dinner. Recommended for relaxation.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the sea view is lovely and it's very close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful. They made sandwiches and gave us bottles of water as we were leaving very early in the morning and missed breakfast.

Nice place to stay. The owner doesn't speak much English and fluent French but except for that they are greatly accommodating. The room are fairly spacious, clean and secure. The balcony offers a lovely view over the black sea, hopefully they put more of a divide between the rooms balcony's however. They have a back door on the second floor which leads out to the back street, this makes life easier...

Excellent location, large room, owner is very friendly, continental breakfast is very good. The rooms are quiet, the bathroom is large enough, the beds are very good. Preffered language to communicate with the owner is French, but basic English is OK too. All rooms have sea view. Parking is cheep, with entry card from the hotel, in a place nearby. The back street door opens a short way to the center...

The location of the hotel is just stunning, between roman bath ruines and a Byzantine church. We had a wonderful room with a balcony with a view on both of these sites. Even the shower has a lovely view on the ruines, however this also means that people could have a view on you. It is also perfectly located if you want to explore the old town of Nesebar. The hotel is extremely cozy! I am beyond satisfied with my stay. Warm rooms in the winter, comfortable sauna, lovely bathtub in the room, huge soft bed. The breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty. But the five starts I give for this review are mostly based on the service. The host Krasi is the nicest and most well-mannered man I've met. You'll definitely receive personalised and attentive service.

Our whole stay was amazing, center location, clean and tidy rooms, cozy balconies to enjoy your morning coffee, available books on different languages, exceptional services. But the most we enjoyed was the friendly, positive and warm attention that we got every single day.

The apartment was very large and spacious. There were three terraces, two bedrooms and two toilets. The living room was very large with a dining table and six chairs, sofas, a large TV and kitchen furniture. It was relatively clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Since we were on the fifth floor, there was also a convenient elevator. Surprisingly, there were mosquito nets everywhere...

Very good location, with parking! Clean and comfortable apartment! The old town can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. South beach is 2 minutes.

Unique hotel 5 minutes from the beach. One of the few hotels that provide parking to its guests. The apartments are beautiful and fully furnished with washing machines, utensils, dishes. Great for a longer stay. The price is extremely low for what they offer. For BGN 100 per night we stayed 5 people. I will repeat my visit next year;)

The hotel is decent, it is clean, but despite the late season, the workers made noise with the machines and plaster was falling from the ceiling of the artament. The location of Hotel Perun is very nice and the money was worth it because of the view.

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.
