The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN. The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. Good wifi. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin). The bathroom has many issues : Mould in the shower. The shower doors were faulty. We had a great holiday at this hotel. If someone wants to rest and relax, this is the place to go. The staff are all very accomodating, without being intrusive and the cuisine is just great. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel Cappella.

Very nice hotel, well kept, and the staff actively want you to be comfortable. Small to US standards, the big hearts of the staff make it better than the bigger chain-type hotels. Easy walking distance from Old Town Nessebar. Great continental breakfast. Strongly recommended!

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

Just returned from a week in Nessebar at the Mirage Hotel. The view from our room was amazing. It was very quiet. The beds were large & comfy. There is a fridge and kettle. The towels were changed every day but they could do with new ones. The room was spotless. Breakfast has so much choice for everyone. The cooked side was not hot but there is a microwave if needed. Loved the place, great location on the beach, staff friendly and prices very reasonable. We went end of September when most places were closing for the season so that was dissapointing but had a lovely relaxing break all the same. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. Nice and cosy place, great location with 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, bus stop, local shop and restaurants. Clean, decent sized rooms with a proper shower facility. Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.
