The room was cleaned every day!! Cons: - the minibar is empty; - poor quality coffee and drinks - the water in the outside pools is cold - when you get to the hotel the reception staff is not giving any information of what you can eat if you are hungry or any information at all, just a card to inform you when the main restaurant is open

Generous allotted time slots for meals in the restaurant. We got a free meal at the Italian restaurant included which was amazing

the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied

The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling. The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

The food is varied, there are both meat and fish, seafood, a lot of vegetables, fruits, salads, a separate children's table. From drinks, juices, tea, coffee, local wine and beer

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion)

Plus, the Italian restaurant was very tasty and had nice deserts!! But, would not recommend the Chinese, you had to cook your own broth?? and it was NOT explained either. I would also like to mention the animation team

We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours

Only "grill" at the end of warm food line made food that was too dry and tasteless. Everything else was really good. There was A LOT OF options in the buffet. And different food in every lunch/dinner

The sea is nearby, the river is good, the swim is great. On the way to the sea there is a cafe Water Spirit, the food suited us and everything was at reasonable prices, soup and the second came out within 8-10 leva

I liked the hotel, clean, tidy, comfortable. They cleaned every day, changed the towels every other day, the bed after five. The attitude of the owners to the guests of the hotel left pleasant memories

You must definitely visit Old Nessebar, by bus, there is antiquity and beauty going through the roof. The rest with us was a success, the weather is in early September 2019 was great

This is a lovely hotel(I'm staying there now) The view from our room(635) is amazing. It's a short walk to the old town of Nessebar which is beautiful

You can also walk to sunny Beach if you want something a bit more lively

The food was average mainly consisting of chicken and pork in various forms, could have been hotter breakfasts were good if you exclude the most revolting scrambled egg I have ever seen, the omelettes were amazing but you may have to wait 20 minutes or more

The pool was very cold even in the sun but it was late September, sunbeds were plentiful, the snack bar was limited that said the lady serving was very polite, that can't be said for the barman, not very helpful and quite rude also needs lessons on smiling

If you want to be entertained in the evenings forget it, they tried but never really succeeded. Would I go back, probably not, that said it was good value

The only thing to note is that if you are Vegan like us the food is limited and best to bring some of your own otherwise it's just salad and vegetables,they don't have any lentils,beans or hummus

Perfect service, great location, good variety of food and drinks. Additional bonus was the underground parking

Adult only hotel in new Nessebar. The staff are brilliant, in particular the young lady who greeted us at reception and the chambermaid who looked after our room for the duration of the stay

The food was nice, and even someone fussy like me had no problem finding something to eat. The hotel has 3 lifts, which cope very well with the number of guests

The only negative was that the facility is ageing, there were no electric sockets near the bed, but overall great place!

The pool on the roof is small, but they do have a number of sunbeds

They do NOT offer champagne in the all inclusive drinks package (especially since it is an Adults Only hotel), only wine, beer and a few cocktails

the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very clean, but the food was not to my liking, it was diversified but not to the liking of the Romanians, the landscape is wonderful, the outdoor pool is very nice, and the indoor one is wonderful, very Instagrammable, the sauna is a place where you can relax

the beach is very close, it takes about 3 minutes and the beach is very clean The very kind staff, especially Katya, she deserves a 10 for her patience, support and smiles in any situation, all the activities with her were wonderful and always made me go

Katya is the best ever!!!We did yoga, darts,bocca game ,beach dances and our evenings were gorgeous because of her skills!!!!I will came back at this hotel every time to have her as my coach!!!Congratulations,my dear!Keep on smiling!!!

Weve had a great time here, staff very helpful. Food is delicious, plenty of choice. room & view couldnt be nicer, plenty off space for 3 people. every part of the hotel spotless

Hotel I think are missing a trick for the bar as they only sell local spirits which I do not like. If they had premium drinks I would gladly purchase. Hotel is right on the beach couldn't get any closer

Food was quite varied and we always found dishes on our taste. The animation team kept us entertained every evening. The only thing to be improved is the language skills of some of the employees in the kitchen area

We loved it there! We stayed for 2 nights, in October and we had a great experience. The room was clean, with towels to use inside, in the bathroom but also for outside, on the beach

The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and we had everything we need. Great food choices at the buffet-style restaurant, especially for breakfast

Very nice hotel right on the beach with excellent amenities. This is our second time at this hotel and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was the icing on the cake

On a short note, the place is nice, they even have a private a parking lot (you need to pay for it), and some entertainment moments in the evening, which we loved and we really recommend this place

If 5* quality is wanted then pay to go to such a place, but remember that the Zefir is a 3* hotel which actually punches above its ratings and gives excellent value for money, although we decided to eat out on many occasions to savour the different types of food, as the All Inclusive deal did not suit our way of having a holiday or limit us to being back for set meal times

Fantastic hotel with great facilities! Two generous size pools (one for children) with plenty of sun lounges so no sunbed wars, needing to get up at 5am! Always clean, you will constantly see cleaners going around and cleaning reception area & lifts

What truly sets the hotel apart is its incredible location + price-to-quality ratio. For a very reasonable rate, guests receive top-notch accommodations and services that rival those of more expensive hotels

Simply a great place to spend your holiday. I’ve been coming here a couple of times for the past few years and it’s one of my favourite places. The service is great and the staff is very helpful

There is also various shops around and some nice not too crowded pubs. During the evening hours it’s not too loud so you can easily get a good night sleep. I definitely recommend this place for a holiday!

Staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay, particularly welcoming towards children, always waving and saying hello

Lots of space around the hotel and activities to keep guests busy throughout the day. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away with beautiful views. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future it was brilliant

Nightmare for tea and coffee machine. Toast was a battle with one toaster. Waiting staff did an amazing job, The restaurant was very clean. Food was not always hot but a good selection

What a beautiful hotel, we loved it! Rooms were very clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The food was lovely with a different theme every night lots of choice including English options

He is what makes this hotel, he has brilliant hospitality and customer service and would return based on that alone! The room sizes are very generous for a family of our size which we love! The staff in the upstairs restaurant are lovely and friendly and very patient

Breakfast was good too a nice selection of cooked and continental. Lots of pools to choose from however I was quite happy with the heated indoor pool

We went as a family for the first time to Bulgaria, we wish we had of came a week earlier as a lot of places-trips were closing for the season, but with that in mind we still found things to do with our family

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

We are currently staying at the Kotva Hotel in Bulgaria, and we couldn't be more impressed! This is our second visit to Sunny Beach, and Kotva Hotel is definitely the winner

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

-All inclusive meals are just Ok if you want to eat the same things every day. -There is no bar where you can buy a good espresso or nice cocktail like Mojito or Frappe

I will give you 5 stars because for my opinion everything was great. The bar with drinks and beer was great. For this price I think everything was very good

Wonderful hotel, far exceeded our hopes. We very much liked the big room, the friendly staff, the tasty food, the location - central but also close to Nessebar, and as close as it can be to the beach.

Large rooms and balconies. Tasty and varied food. There are animators, and a gym. There is only wifi in the lobby. Three swimming pools and a small slide for children.

A hotel that has disappointed expectations. Advantages - it's close to the beach, has very spacious rooms and the evening program for kids very successful. Disadvantages - the service which leaves much to be desired

Good accommodation,great food but I have to complain about the parking. It is way too small plus you are rushed when you park in front of the hotel,even to get out your luggage from or to your car

It give the impression that it's not finished. There are still many things to be improved. Big rooms with old and used furniture. Bathrooms are big but without shelves and hangers

Very large selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The quality of alcoholic drinks could be better. Evenings on the terrace you can enjoy music or participate in various contests

Interesting architecture of Grenada Hotel located near the Old Town, beach and shopping area. Large and clean rooms, large outdoor pool. All inclusive regime quite poor, except sweets and cakes which are excellent!

Absolute enjoyment!! We decided to try this hotel and we were completely satisfied with our choice. The staff in overall is absolutely fantastic, long time haven't experienced that much attentive and smiley service

The location of the hotel is brilliant as it is 2min walk to the sea and 1min walk to the main shopping street. Good commuting to other towns and cities and market places (definitely worth to visit)

All very much! Vacationed here in early September 2014. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Also liked the pool, though he is not big but clean and tidy. The kitchen is very tasty and varied

Unfortunately, my room was on the main street side so the traffic could be heard during the night. The room was big, with a sofa on the lounge zone, a big bed and an extensible armchair

You have to be fair and judge a hotel or holiday by how much you paid. At £417 for flights, hotel all inclusive meals and drinks for 2 weeks I feel this represents excellent value

And that lamb with mushrooms? O-la-la! 🤤 The services are great but in order your towels and sheets to be changed, you have to hang the "Please make up the room!" tag on the door knob

The bathroom was big enough, with a shower cabin. From the hotel to the beach are aprox. Overall it's an awesome quiet place with good personnel

Nice clean hotel well located between Nesebar Old Town (30 minutes walk or by local bus) and Sunnybeach.

Food compares very well against other Bulgarian hotels. Rooms spacious with extras such as free safe and fridge

Stayed here for two weeks nice and clean hotel. All inclusive food was nicely protested chicken pork beef seafood rice chips fruit normal AIC stuff

Look to your right about 40 meters away are Nobel hotel sun beds for all inclusive customers. Plus a little hut for free refreshments

Food but in diferent days ,the animators ar sooooo nice 👌,some of them speak more than 6 languages,but I’d like to say that if you want to go to the beach it’s a 5-10 minute walk ,o ku one hotel is on the beach ,the rest are not ,the water is crystal clear , near the hotel (a 5-10 min ride with the car ) is an amusement park and an bazar 👍 after al the hotel is a 8/10 or 9/10 for other people

Nice Hotel 3 km from the chaotic city center. Food was amazing, the staff was super. SPA and gym working perfectly. Nice swimming pool area with enough sunbeds and the pool bar

To go to the beach is a very long way ,the pool is good,food ♾️/10 ,they even have Italian,Mexican,Asian etc…

The cleaning ladies are freshing up the rooms every single day!!! The All inclusive is great and they are different varieties of food to suit every taste. The pool has a decent size kids section and it is very clean

We stayed at Delfin Hotel in Sunny Beach from the end of July to the beginning of August 2024, and we had a fantastic experience! The refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains and individual air conditioning made our stay even better

We stayed a week in July 2023 and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. It’s an old building from the communist’s time but the rooms and bathrooms are refurbished. The rooms are size ok , basic furnishings but clean

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Yes, there is an odd smell as others have commented that appears to be caused either by the drainage or sewage, but it only seems to be present for a few hours each day and then mysteriously disappears before returning the next day

No one was rude though to us, as others have commented. I think it’s more a difference in cultures that could be interpreted that way. The cleaner in particular was very friendly and warm, despite having limited English

We stayed for less than 7 days and on the final evening decided to eat out just because the food isn’t the most exciting. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all either friendly, or quiet

It’s not there for most of the day and can be easily ignored. The food and alcohol isn’t the best, but it is perfectly fine and certainly doesn’t warrant any complaints

The food, as others have commented, can be a little odd tasting vs what we typically eat in the UK, but we managed to adapt to it and find something to eat every night

3 stars only because: - BIGGEST DOWNSIDE: there is no WiFi in the rooms! you can barely get some signal in the terrace - depending on your luck, some room have ac broken, walls dirty, bath not cleaned, bed covers needs a proper cleaning - drinks are just some cheap brands - small diversity of food and most the time is have no taste

Good and comfortable hotel with all you need for a reasonable price. Room was nice, staff very friendly. Food Was good, it can be a bit monotonous to someone, but for us Was perfect

Overall, my experience at Calypso was excellent. The room service and restaurant/bar staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. The food was delicious, and the drinks were quite good

We spent here 10 days with kids and are totally satisfied with accommodation, service, cuisine. Staff is friendly and nice, enough food in restaurant and enough places for all visitors in restaurant and near the pool

The city center is 3 km away, there is a public transport stop under the hotel, which is very convenient. In general, only pleasant impressions from the rest remained, I recommend it!

The beach is 200 m away (there are paid and free zones), supermarkets and pharmacies are nearby. It is very convenient that the hotel has currency exchange at an adequate rate

loved my week stay here with my parents, the staff gave us a goody bag of food because our flight was delayed which was so sweet

The restaurant offers a good variety of food and desserts, my only recommendation would be for them to add a fee for uneaten food, the amount of spilled food every day it’s unbearable to watch

Very good place here straight on the beach, the food is excelent the Staff od very friendly , the entertainers , Ivan , Mira and DJ BOBO mąke us everyday smiling we have such nice fun with them , WE LITERALLY HAVE TO COMEBACK !!!

The swimming pool is nicely cleaned, there are free drinks, ice cream and pizza, the cleaning service was excellent, we didn't have any problem with it, the workers are really nice and helpful, the entry to the beach is just across the street with a wooden walkway, all and all a really nice hotel

On the negative side, I think the food could be more varied, but that just might be how all-inclusive gets

The characteristics of the rooms it is possible to note the inconvenient location of power sockets – you need to take an extension cord from the tee, as the standard wires charging can not reach, and the fact that Wi-Fi is in fact is only on the first floor in the center lobby, in other places either doesn't connect or that to go faster in the lobby than to wait when the page loads

My only complaint is the food, it's really classy and elegant and the kids might not like most of the food. The attractions that the hotel's staff provide are really fun and might make your stay better

Rooms are okay, location is great! However food and drinks are low quality. Dinner meals are one and the same every evening, lunch is one and the same every time and there are No slices of bread for breakfast

Drinks are coca cola wanna be, alcohol is bad. In total try not to eat in the restaurant, which is with the size of a big apartment, but should serve 8 floor Hotel with more than 100 rooms

I want to mention Ira and Yana, the Ukrainian girls from the restaurant, who worked diligently and greeted everyone with a smile, despite their hard work

10 min to the beach, on foot. All inclusive was great. We had cocktails all day long. I didnt like the white wine. Food was OK, sometimes a little cold. Fun time over the wekend.

Stayed in in July 23 with our daughter and 2 grandchildren. Lovely clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, can’t fault it at all

I’m a very fussy eater and there was always something I could eat, only down side was it wasn’t very hot, the themed nights were great. Although the pool is a little small the grandchildren loved it

The entertainment was basic but again the children enjoyed, I would recommend and would visit again

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. When we requested a crib for our son, they were very prompt, and it was already set up in our room upon check-in
