Where to stay in Nessebar

old but quality hotel. the food is delicious. the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied. cocktails are good. the only misunderstanding is that the territory of the three hotel complex is shared, and only after buying they say that you can't walk in the others (although no one checks).

First I want to say a big THANK YOU to the chef from the Bay restaurant! Keep up the good work guys!! We have been visiting many 5* hotels but the food was not so good as it is at Bay!! The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for. The room was cleaned every day!! Cons: - the minibar is empty; - poor quality coffee and drinks - the water in the outside...

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can. We were at SOL mare July with ITAKA. It was a wonderful holiday. Thanks to the reception for putting us in two adjacent rooms. The food was delicious. There is also a water park. The kids didn't want to leave the last day:) We will visit the hotel again☺️

Nice, shame you are right next to sister hotel and can only look at the pool while sat at the pool bar you can use, some of the food areas are not open which is a big shamr seing the place in both hotels looks pretty full, beach told to get off sun loungers for sister hotek and have to sit on sand, 👇🤔😳 there are things that could make it all so much better, but im enjoying what we have at this moment...

Arrived BH Monday. Rooms are basic but do the job. Food isn't great, white meat often looked like it wasn't cooked thoroughly which was massively off putting, especially at 8 months pregnant. We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours. But still we could find place for ourselves. When lifeguard kept order everything went fine, but when lifeguard was not present kids started immediatelly jump to pool. By the sea there was small...

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. Good wifi. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin). The bathroom has many issues : Mould in the shower. The shower doors were faulty. The shower head was clogged and the pressure was very low. The cleaning crew did not properly...

A very warm and welcoming host! Rooms were cosy and warm. Good match for the price. Breakfast was rich and delicious. All the best to the owner, if I have the opportunity will visit again.

The hotel is extremely cozy! I am beyond satisfied with my stay. Warm rooms in the winter, comfortable sauna, lovely bathtub in the room, huge soft bed. The breakfast was rich, fresh and tasty. But the five starts I give for this review are mostly based on the service. The host Krasi is the nicest and most well-mannered man I've met. You'll definitely receive personalised and attentive service.

Visited the Pool/Bowling Hall downstairs from this Hotel. Great place, 2 American Pool Tables, 1 Snooker Table along with 4 Bowling Alleys. Drink is very cheap here, 2 Bombay Gins & 2 Glass Bottles of Fanta Lemon only cost 13 LEV (£6.50) Poor Air Conditioning & A lot of Neon lighting causing the place to be very hot. After we had been there for 2 Hours a Local woman came up to our table, clearly...

Pool hall downstairs and 10 pin bowling alley great night tables run true less than 15 lev for 2 hours of pool great value. Bombay gin reasonable priced 13 lev for 2x50ml plus two bottles of fanta lemon. Only downside neon lighting and poor air conditioning means the room is very hot.

Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Everything is clean. Large balcony on which you can fly the big bird to entertain You. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. The child warmed up pizza without any problems.

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. This aspect negatively impacted our experience during our stay.

The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'. I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs. Excellent experience. Beautiful, side view, of the sea. Large rooms. Close to the beach and also restaurants pedestrian area. Be aware - the boiler for hot water doesn't have a big capacity. We were a group of 4, but the last 2 always had to wait for hot showers.

Ok hotel, good location. We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect. Sleeps 4 but would be better for 3 Staff were lovely & as I wasn't that pleased with a couple of things they gave us a fruit platter with compliments which I thought was lovely. Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone...
