However it is annoying to see that you cannot get a single piece of baklava half an hour after the opening of the restaurant because dozen pieces are taken out by some other guests, who then leave it at their table as a waste

The food quality is good and always something good to eat around since there are food stand all over the place, its a connecting hotel with the mare and palace and u can use facilities of all 3 of the hotels and the beach

Maybe the best all-inclusive hotel at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There are so many kiosks in the garden where you can eat various and delicious food like paella, panini, burgers, fish and chips, etc

It is not the hotel's failure that many guests cannot behave appropriately in an all you can eat restaurant and they take out extreme amount of food, which they cannot eat and therefore the level of wasted food is very high

The sandy beach is lovely, there are many pools and the aquapark is open for a long time (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, which is longer then in other similar hotels)

Went here for the first time in 2022 with some friends and met the love if my life here. Excepting our first child in October! The hotel is wonderful and so is the staff

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

It is possible to have sunbeds for free but not right on the beach and if I have a child with me I find the sunbeds impractical. That's the only complaint, otherwise I'm thrilled and can recommend this resort

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

The lifeguard told him that I can pay for sunbeds at the reception, but the reception doesn't know anything about it and said it was a mistake. It's a shame, I would have paid for the sunbeds

ABSOLUTELY LOVED SOL NESSEBAR PALACE. (Please know that I stayed at the palace, I can go to the other 2 hotels but they can't enter the palace) My first time in Bulgaria and it was absolutely AMAZING

We found staff really nice and helpfull. Our room was on mountain side. We found it peacefull, when noise from pool and resort did not came in to our room. We used "hotel taxi" and other taxies

All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long

Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

On arrival the check in was quick, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool, we only used the one at bay was lovely and not overcrowded

Polite and professional staff. Comfortable rooms with good repair and all necessary for living. Perfectly cooked in the morning for visitors, is to book accommodation with breakfasts and dinners

Just returned from a week in Nessebar at the Mirage Hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The towels were changed every day but they could do with new ones. Breakfast has so much choice for everyone

There is a 8 lev charge for each sunbed and parasol on the beach but again there are plenty. We loved this hotel and surrounding area so much that we have booked to come back again next year!

The hotel is very centrally placed and there are lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the beach is a 30 second walk

Bathroom was tiled in shades of yellow and blue with a dash of green every now and then but it certainly didn't deter from the quality of the room

My husband and I had an exquisite lunch here – perfectly grilled kebab and chicken, served carnivore-style with delicious homemade ketchup. The food was fresh and full of flavor

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

Acces to the hotel by car is a little complicated because you have to enter into the old town and the entry is cut off with a barrier and a guard that doesn't speak English (not belonging to the hotel)

Even the shower has a lovely view on the ruines, however this also means that people could have a view on you. It is also perfectly located if you want to explore the old town of Nesebar

The location of the hotel is just stunning, between roman bath ruines and a Byzantine church. We had a wonderful room with a balcony with a view on both of these sites

Breakfast was fine, but wasn't refilled through the morning. As we arrived rather late, there wasn't a lot left. A hotel I would definitely recommend though!

We had a great holiday at this hotel. If someone wants to rest and relax, this is the place to go. The staff are all very accomodating, without being intrusive and the cuisine is just great

The pool area is lovely and food and drink were delicious, if you are a person who only likes British food, this is not the hotel for you, it's a mixture of Mediterranean and Bulgarian native dishes which were AMAZING

The many interactive programs offered were great, with water polo being a standout, even though our opponents were too good. The jacuzzi was another highlight that we thoroughly enjoyed with the guys

This hotel was brand new when my daughter and i had our holiday. Plus of travelling on the dreamliner, everything went smoothly getting our key. Room was lush with cream carpets and huge balcony

Pools were lovely although few tiles needed replacing. And walk into old town nessebar is a must. Lovely street of shops just opposite hotel to the left. Taxi was reasonable to sunny beach

Night bar too small for hotel capacity. Denis the entertainer was good. Few blips with bars timings opening. All in all we were lucky to have paid so little for such good accommodation

The layout of the Sky Bar made it a bit difficult to socialise, but other than that, no problems at all. Thank you Sol Marina Palace for a lovely holiday

Staff are helpful but one or two have limited knowledge of the area, could also do with brochures / leaflets of places of interest, ideal location for walking into Nessebar old town which is a world heritage site

Very disappointed with lack of vegetarian food unless you like bread, butter and salad. Latino night tonight, ended up having salad in a baguette, despite asking if they had a vegetarian option

They cater for all dietary requirements, and I found plenty to eat even though I have a gluten-free diet. The rooftop bar is great and has the most amazing views. There is plenty of choice on the all-inclusive menu

The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel staff was very nice and gave us a better room than we originally booked. The beach is very large and clean, you can find free sunbeds at any time

the beach is very close, it takes about 3 minutes and the beach is very clean The very kind staff, especially Katya, she deserves a 10 for her patience, support and smiles in any situation, all the activities with her were wonderful and always made me go

Room was lovely and big for 3 adults.all staff very helpful the location was perfect for us .

There is the option to sit outside looking out over the beach which was nice, the only downside was that there is no designated smoking area so quite often you could be sat as a family eating and someone would start smoking on the table next to you which is never pleasant! The restaurant really needs a new playlist! It was so miserable 🤣 We did mention it and it did change on occasion but it was things...

Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!  The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade

The balcony was quite small but did come with a clothes maiden for drying clothes which was ideal, bring some pegs though as it can get a bit windy at times! The only downside to the balcony was that the aircon unit ran on to the floor so it was always wet! The restaurant area was really lovely, it was always clean and set up well

The food was very varied from day to day but always had a pasta and sauce bar, chips, something on the grill (chicken, kebabs, sausages etc), there was a huge salad selection, lots of breads, a variety of desserts, cured meats and cheeses, ice cream counter and then a variety of hot meals

A quirky little place with turtles! The fish pedicure was great too! When walking to Old Nessebar, if you like cats be sure to take the ramp up through the trees and if you call them loads come runn

Breakfast was our favourite! The snack bar outside served really tasty pizza along with hot dogs and chips. There are no self serve drinks other than water, everything is to be ordered at the bars

All in all a fabulous 3 days and just to cap it off we left a jacket in our room which was promptly delivered to us via econt the next day. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay perfect from start to finish

Moved to this hotel after a nightmare stay at the hotel I booked with Jet2. Room is perfect, stunning sea views, comfortabke, nice little touches in room, water, wine, biscuits, sweets, slippers etc

Not sure if actually enough salt in there to make difference as other places i use the floors, walls and ceilings are all salt like caves whereas this one is just panel on wall. Think really floor should be salt too

We even got a late checkout for free. Nice rooms and super clean place and theres also a Sauna to rent for private use if you want to

We stayed as the last customers for 2024 off-season. Superfriendly customerservice and everybody spoke/understood english as well. We never felt like we were in the way even if they were closing for the winter

They have a somewhat of a restaurant at the front of the hotel and they provide 20% discount for their guests, which is a steal! The food is very tasty and the prices can't be beat. The hotel's location is great too

Very good place to grab something to eat, its at a reasonable price and the portions are big, if they can add english to their menu it will be better, but you manage to understand easily the meals

The historic center is about a kilometer away on foot but the hotel's location is strategic if you have a car as there is a large paid car park just a few steps away which you can pay directly at the hotel (you must tell the car park attendant that you stay at the Mistral hotel and he will let you in)

Super hotel with a super location. The room was spacious, well furnished and clean. There is a municipal parking lot right next to it and they give you an access card. The lack of an elevator is the only drawback

The location of the hotel is very good, nearby there is access to the beach and there are supermarkets! The staff is nice and smiling, the room was clean and pleasant

An affordable and attractive option with proximity to a public beach (there are some stairs and an inclined walk, so keep in mind). The facility has a great pool on premises. Rooms are air-conditioned and spotless.

I had an excellent stay in Melsa COOP hotel. Very welcoming staff, clean and tidy. Good good. Amazing pool and garden with beautiful flowers. Old city of Nessebar in walking distance.

Everything was old-fashioned, but clean and well maintain. We were on full board and all the meals were buffet meals – both the kids and the grownups were happy with the food choices

Was a bit difficult to notice from the bus at first, since the entrance is in a small street behind the ramp. The room we were in was quite small, but with a balcony

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

And I'm not even talking about the attention to detail which went to the desing of the whole complex; wherever one looks, they can see statues, a great variability of plants, or architectural perks which overally create a very comfortable enviroment for relaxation and regeneration

Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc

Concerning accessibility of places; sea is located basically down the street, and on that street there is a small supermarket, hot dog stall, children attraction park, and also a few retail shops with clothes and other things

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied

One doesn't have to walk on foot if they don't feel like that; there are many taxis around and even buses with 2 levels going back and forth from one part to another since morning till evening

Being here only for 5 nights we had an amazing experience and were greeted with an immediate warm welcome by the owner. It is near the old town of Nessebar and is very close to the aquapark of nessebar; perfect location

This is honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in Bulgaria. The whole place is absolutely stunning and beautiful, the service is very professional and the rooms are very comfortable and clean to stay in

Breakfast included, the food was very delicious so I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay
