The only thing to note is that if you are Vegan like us the food is limited and best to bring some of your own otherwise it's just salad and vegetables,they don't have any lentils,beans or hummus

This is a lovely hotel(I'm staying there now) The view from our room(635) is amazing. It's a short walk to the old town of Nessebar which is beautiful

You can also walk to sunny Beach if you want something a bit more lively

The buffet restaurant gets quite noisy but there is also an outside area of the restaurant that is pretty nice to sit at. The buffet it self got boring after a while, but most of the food was good

Festa panorama is a pretty big hotel with a lot to offer. Great pool, poolbar, outside gym, kids club, entertainment, lobby bare, spa, small arcade, inside pool and good service

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

It is possible to have sunbeds for free but not right on the beach and if I have a child with me I find the sunbeds impractical. That's the only complaint, otherwise I'm thrilled and can recommend this resort

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

The lifeguard told him that I can pay for sunbeds at the reception, but the reception doesn't know anything about it and said it was a mistake. It's a shame, I would have paid for the sunbeds

Between breakfasts, lunches and dinners, there are bars, cafes on the territory with delicious pizza, French fries, hot dogs and even Spanish paella. Ice cream for children in waffle cones and in simple paper ones

The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the food is delicious and there is plenty to choose from. What really stood out was the gourmet dinner A-La-Carte in the rooftop restaurant of the hotel

Stay of 8 nights with 3 youth adults. The small pool with a 180 degrees view was perfect. Enough space to stay around the pool. We particularly enjoyed the special 5 dishes menu on the rooftop

The room were basic and could be updated. The additional bed was not so comfortable. The variety of daily food can be improved as well. Beside that we enjoyed a lot our stay in Sol Marina Palace

The whole experience was exceptional from the first minute we stepped in the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and make you feel at home

the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very clean, but the food was not to my liking, it was diversified but not to the liking of the Romanians, the landscape is wonderful, the outdoor pool is very nice, and the indoor one is wonderful, very Instagrammable, the sauna is a place where you can relax

the beach is very close, it takes about 3 minutes and the beach is very clean The very kind staff, especially Katya, she deserves a 10 for her patience, support and smiles in any situation, all the activities with her were wonderful and always made me go

Breakfast was okay, everything you needed, yes, the hot food was sometimes a bit cold but again no problem, could warm it through. The beach bar and hotel bar were very good, all staff were accommodating and friendly

I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is too small and does not fit

Great hotel for location, directly on the beach with a lift down to it. The downside is that the lift to the beach goes into the hotels beach bar, which closes around 5pm, so have to use the stairs

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin)

We were lucky and we enjoyed the sea, the water was still good for a short swim, but we also enjoyed the inside pool and the finish & steam saunas

Stayed a week in the hotel with my family. I have got two young children and the wide choice of food in the restaurant was really appreciated as my little ones are quite fuzzy about food

I have mentioned this to Chris the owner. Great time and cheaper than any hotel l have stayed in, family run small hotels are lot better than queues of 100 for for breakfast and them horrible wrist bands

But the five starts I give for this review are mostly based on the service. The host Krasi is the nicest and most well-mannered man I've met. You'll definitely receive personalised and attentive service

We had the apartment which is great. I would have given an extra star but the housekeeping was not good, the breakfast was not great, just things I expect

Acces to the hotel by car is a little complicated because you have to enter into the old town and the entry is cut off with a barrier and a guard that doesn't speak English (not belonging to the hotel)

Even the shower has a lovely view on the ruines, however this also means that people could have a view on you. It is also perfectly located if you want to explore the old town of Nesebar

Once we had them on the phone however, they were very friendly and helpful, and an employee came to meet us with a card to pass the barrier and guided us to the parking

The location of the hotel is just stunning, between roman bath ruines and a Byzantine church. We had a wonderful room with a balcony with a view on both of these sites

Breakfast was fine, but wasn't refilled through the morning. As we arrived rather late, there wasn't a lot left. A hotel I would definitely recommend though!

The historic center is about a kilometer away on foot but the hotel's location is strategic if you have a car as there is a large paid car park just a few steps away which you can pay directly at the hotel (you must tell the car park attendant that you stay at the Mistral hotel and he will let you in)

They have a somewhat of a restaurant at the front of the hotel and they provide 20% discount for their guests, which is a steal! The food is very tasty and the prices can't be beat. The hotel's location is great too

Super hotel with a super location. The room was spacious, well furnished and clean. There is a municipal parking lot right next to it and they give you an access card. The lack of an elevator is the only drawback

Small hotel in a quiet area which was exactly what we wanted. The staff were great and helped us with anything we asked for. Lovely continental breakfast available for a small additional charge

The only fault was that our balcony was very small and narrow but other rooms do have bigger balconies. It's a listed building so they can't do anything about the balconies

An affordable and attractive option with proximity to a public beach (there are some stairs and an inclined walk, so keep in mind). The facility has a great pool on premises. Rooms are air-conditioned and spotless.

The hotel has traditionally great accommodation, recreational facilities and food. It keeps the calm atmosphere away from the newly built crowded hotels, but near the beach and the shopping streets

Everything was old-fashioned, but clean and well maintain. We were on full board and all the meals were buffet meals – both the kids and the grownups were happy with the food choices

The outside swimming pool with many sunbeds around it is a great addition if you don't want to go to a beach (there is a beach with free entrance 3 min downhill from the hotel)

Was a bit difficult to notice from the bus at first, since the entrance is in a small street behind the ramp. The room we were in was quite small, but with a balcony

There are two espresso machines to get coffee in the morning with breakfast – in my opinion much better than filter coffee

Cleaning came on the fifth day, which was completely okay becase as I've said, the apartment was clean when we came and we haven't managed to make it dirty by the cleaning time :) The pool always had a very pleasant temperature and was clean, the surroundings of the hotel weren't noisy, the only tricky part was parking at times as there were many hosts and henceforth many cars to be parked somewhere...

Our family has visited Bulgaria to vacate there in the past years as well, and this was the best hotel residence we've had an opportunity to be accomodated in so far

And I'm not even talking about the attention to detail which went to the desing of the whole complex; wherever one looks, they can see statues, a great variability of plants, or architectural perks which overally create a very comfortable enviroment for relaxation and regeneration

Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc

Concerning accessibility of places; sea is located basically down the street, and on that street there is a small supermarket, hot dog stall, children attraction park, and also a few retail shops with clothes and other things

Very nice personal, nice pools , vrey clean complex and pools i have never seen cleanest pools, they have underground garage if you need it, fine restaurant, no problems for young couples, very quiet, very satisfied
