Hotels on first line in Nessebar

The resort is of a very high standard, the service of the staff and the choice of food is great so far. I hope it will last for the rest of the holiday. There are lots of things to do here if you have kids

You can be somewhere else every half hour and not get bored and neither you nor your child ;). The only thing I regret is the sunbeds on the beach by the sea

It is possible to have sunbeds for free but not right on the beach and if I have a child with me I find the sunbeds impractical. That's the only complaint, otherwise I'm thrilled and can recommend this resort

Nice, shame you are right next to sister hotel and can only look at the pool while sat at the pool bar you can use, some of the food areas are not open which is a big shamr seing the place in both hotels looks pretty full, beach told to get off sun loungers for sister hotek and have to sit on sand, 👇🤔😳 there are things that could make it all so much better, but im enjoying what we have at this moment...

The beach area is not large, but not busy, swimming is comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers so we didn't have to book in advance. Also convenient, daily and free change of towels, which is not available in every hotel

The lifeguard told him that I can pay for sunbeds at the reception, but the reception doesn't know anything about it and said it was a mistake. It's a shame, I would have paid for the sunbeds

Food was nice but did become repetitive, which we did expect been all inclusive, lots of space in the restaurant to get seated each day

No rush to get up for sunbeds there was plenty! They had an amazing/friendly animation team who would always make the effort to come over and get you involved in all the activities they had, always such a laugh which made most of our days at this resort! I was abit sceptical after reading some reviews but so glad we went with an open mind! Would 1000% return

Food is not very warm, no entertainment to speak off, after the evening meal, everyone was sitting in the lobby drinking, some even on the edge of seats, the lobby is a lobby, not a place for evening drinks

Had an amazing time! Would definitely return. When we arrived it was around 1am quick check in and was even given a packed lunch as the restaurant was closed upon arrival

Rooms were clean but slightly dated but couldn’t complain as it was super cheap when we booked

The best thing about this Hotel is the food and the Female staff, the men working the Lobby Bar and the Night Bar are as miserable as sin, I can't help thinking they're both in the wrong jobs, no interaction with guests and no manners, please, thank you or even what would you like don't cost anything !!!!

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed with was the pool. I have mobility problems, I use a stick to walk as I have arthritis and I couldn't get in the pool

My only negative comment is regarding the constant cigarette smoke it was everywhere in all areas including the pool even on our balcony we could not escape it

Stay of 8 nights with 3 youth adults. The small pool with a 180 degrees view was perfect. Enough space to stay around the pool. We particularly enjoyed the special 5 dishes menu on the rooftop

The room were basic and could be updated. The additional bed was not so comfortable. The variety of daily food can be improved as well. Beside that we enjoyed a lot our stay in Sol Marina Palace

The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the food is delicious and there is plenty to choose from. What really stood out was the gourmet dinner A-La-Carte in the rooftop restaurant of the hotel

The whole experience was exceptional from the first minute we stepped in the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and make you feel at home

This hotel is an absolute jewel! 💎 Amazing staff, very clean, perfect beach right in front of the pool area, heavenly food, comfy beds AND child friendly 👌 Honestly, I can’t think of anything bad to say! Will definitely visit again! ☺️

The rooms were big, very clean just like the hotel, the staff was very nice, the guys from the parking could improve their english but overall we understood each other

Areas to improve: work with the town to lease the beach and not having guests pay in cash for an umbrella and about the same for a chair. Also, get rid of the locks for securing parking spaces

Large rooms with new furniture. Breakfast is delicious and you can choose from many options. Staff is polite and ready to help. I recommend the rooms with sea view

3rd time staying here in a row, we had a great time! the rooms were cleaned daily, the water in the pool was regularly maintained too

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Sunny place.

The resort itself is a gem, nestled beautifully along the coastline with stunning views of the Black Sea. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated

When you look around the outside of the pool there is a green film all the way round the outside yuk!! The inside pool is lovely but at times the chemicals can be a little strong

Perfect place, perfect food, the personnel is very nice, everything is clean ! I recommend 💯 !!! The weather is great, Bulgarian people are pleasant. The animation and the evening shows are good !

A map of the site with times would be helpful as we didn't spot the baguette hut and outside toilet by the pool, until day 12! Last moan - the people who empty rubbish from the pool side are a bit too eager

I particularly loved the balcony, where I spent many evenings enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a day of exploring

We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours

Everything is great : hotel rooms, pools, restaurant , beach , bar , service ! Animators are the best . Would love to come here again.

Lastly, I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided complimentary beach umbrellas and loungers. It made my days at the beach even more enjoyable, knowing that I had a comfortable spot to relax and soak up the sun

We stayed a week in this hotel in May. Rooms cleaned every day, great location (beautiful view of the old town of Nesebar) and right next to the beach

The service was very nice, we were very pleased with the professionalism of the ladies working at the pool bar

In 7:00 o’clock in the morning we couldn’t find place there ! There were jumping into the indoor swimming pool, shouting and behaving like crazy!

Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious local flavors. The chefs truly know their craft, and I was treated to a gastronomic experience that I'll remember for a long time

Beautifully refurbished, quiet, few metres from the beach. Staff are lovely, rooms are great. Could not have been more pleased.

The pool is great, although it would be nice to have more sundecks near it. The private beach and the the silence of an adults-only hotel are definitely some of the best features

After three days spent at Bilyana Beach I can finally give you a review with my opinion and I fully recommend this place for a nice, careless vacation by the Black Sea

The rooms were incredibly spacious and we’ve had an executive room with sea view which was quite amazing. Loved also the vibe this place has, their garden, plants, the pool and also the private beach are clean and quiet

the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very clean, but the food was not to my liking, it was diversified but not to the liking of the Romanians, the landscape is wonderful, the outdoor pool is very nice, and the indoor one is wonderful, very Instagrammable, the sauna is a place where you can relax

The view of the beach from the pool terrace is gorgeous & there is direct access to the beach from the hotel. The pool itself is small & frequently visited by seagulls who drink & bathe in it

The beach is always clean, 2 sunbeds and umbrella 24 Lv for a day, but you can stay by the pool. Have a dream vacation here☀️🌈🌴🍹

Beautiful, side view, of the sea. Close to the beach and also restaurants pedestrian area. Be aware - the boiler for hot water doesn't have a big capacity

The hotel is good, it has a pool, a restaurant and sea view. But, it could be better, so 4 stars. I really recommend it

Lovely small hotel with home-cooked food. No lift but stairs aren't steep. No pool but sun terrace. Beach and park with pool 10 minutes walk. Shops and supermarkets round the corner. Friendly welcome.

Very nice place. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean with TV and air conditioning. Proper meals. Nice garden.

The food was amazing, never skiped a single delicious breakfast. Great access to town and the beach are also what made the experience more enjoyable. Loved it! Definitely would recommend and will come back

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The service was proffesional and very welcoming. The rooms clean and with an amazing view. For a lazy day I chose the pool and amazing cocktails

We got moved here as our apartment was unavailable. View amazing. Room good. Pool in shade till about 4 and closed at 6 so no good if you want a pool day. Loungers in sun from about 10, but by bit.

It's like a plunge pool !!! Families were unable to enjoy the pool and that's why i have marked it down. Reception said they are trying to get something done about this ?!

Stayed at this hotel 9/9 for a week. Breakfast was average and did not change. However, holiday was spoilt by the freezing temperature of the swimming pool

Unique hotel 5 minutes from the beach. One of the few hotels that provide parking to its guests. The apartments are beautiful and fully furnished with washing machines, utensils, dishes

Very convenient location. 10 minutes to the beach, shopping street of the new town and playgrounds.

Very good location, with parking! Clean and comfortable apartment! The old town can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. South beach is 2 minutes.

The price is extremely low for what they offer. For BGN 100 per night we stayed 5 people. I will repeat my visit next year;)

The apartment was very large and spacious. There were three terraces, two bedrooms and two toilets. The living room was very large with a dining table and six chairs, sofas, a large TV and kitchen furniture

It was relatively clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Since we were on the fifth floor, there was also a convenient elevator

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but had lunch and dinner there - delicious food, great service and location. Nice and friendly staff! It is a must to visit if you are in the area. Not crowded!

The hotel is literally 10m away of the beach. The restoraunt and the front rooms have really nice, panoramic view. They also have air conditioners, free WiFi and two small swimming pools (one for kids)

Furthermore, the hotel offers free parking (although, the entrance of the parking is tight and in case you have a monstrous pickup, probably you won't get inside)

In general, the place is very nice and suitable for family holidays

The sea is nearby, the river is good, the swim is great. On the way to the sea there is a cafe Water Spirit, the food suited us and everything was at reasonable prices, soup and the second came out within 8-10 leva

I liked the hotel, clean, tidy, comfortable. They cleaned every day, changed the towels every other day, the bed after five. The attitude of the owners to the guests of the hotel left pleasant memories

You must definitely visit Old Nessebar, by bus, there is antiquity and beauty going through the roof. The rest with us was a success, the weather is in early September 2019 was great

Exseptional location. Beautiful seashore. Closed to shops, cafeterias and restaurants ect. Warm family kind of place. Father and daughter create great hospitality atmosphere.

The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience

Actually it was raining and the taxi driver bring us there. Still it was pretty cool for random found restaurant. I am pretty sure we will go back there on next time we visit the city

Very nice place with really good food and wine selection! Staff ware friendly and take care for us during our dinner. *Note: We choose not so popular time and it was kinda empty

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance

Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English

The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone from the hotel

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week

This of course can be "fixed" by going to nearby beaches, but that somewhat forfeits the idea of a beach-line hotel

drinks were good, food was delicious exceptionally delicious. food was prepared fast. do not hesitate to come here one of the better places in the area
