The room was cleaned every day!! Cons: - the minibar is empty; - poor quality coffee and drinks - the water in the outside pools is cold - when you get to the hotel the reception staff is not giving any information of what you can eat if you are hungry or any information at all, just a card to inform you when the main restaurant is open

First I want to say a big THANK YOU to the chef from the Bay restaurant! Keep up the good work guys!! We have been visiting many 5* hotels but the food was not so good as it is at Bay!! The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for

The beach looks very good, clean water (you can see small fish in it). The water slides are very cool and well guarded by lifeguards

The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling. The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can

Perfect place, perfect food, the personnel is very nice, everything is clean ! I recommend 💯 !!! The weather is great, Bulgarian people are pleasant. The animation and the evening shows are good !

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say

The pool was very cold even in the sun but it was late September, sunbeds were plentiful, the snack bar was limited that said the lady serving was very polite, that can't be said for the barman, not very helpful and quite rude also needs lessons on smiling

You can also walk to sunny Beach if you want something a bit more lively

The placement of the hotel was great, short distance to the old town, the centre, the beach and the bus stop that takes you to Sunny beach

Be alert about the fact that you have to get up at 6:30 to get a sunbed since no one follows the rule about no reserving of the sundbeds

The only thing to note is that if you are Vegan like us the food is limited and best to bring some of your own otherwise it's just salad and vegetables,they don't have any lentils,beans or hummus

This is a lovely hotel(I'm staying there now) The view from our room(635) is amazing. It's a short walk to the old town of Nessebar which is beautiful

The territory is large, clean, good animation, the water park also pleased. The beach is not great, but the sea is clean, there was always enough space. There are several children's clubs on site

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion)

Nice, shame you are right next to sister hotel and can only look at the pool while sat at the pool bar you can use, some of the food areas are not open which is a big shamr seing the place in both hotels looks pretty full, beach told to get off sun loungers for sister hotek and have to sit on sand, 👇🤔😳 there are things that could make it all so much better, but im enjoying what we have at this moment...

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

Plus, the Italian restaurant was very tasty and had nice deserts!! But, would not recommend the Chinese, you had to cook your own broth?? and it was NOT explained either. I would also like to mention the animation team

The resort itself is a gem, nestled beautifully along the coastline with stunning views of the Black Sea. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated

Room had twin beds, safe, amazing views from balcony, TV, comfy chairs, iron & board, shower with toiletries. Lovely roof top bar, solarium and pool

Adult only hotel in new Nessebar. The staff are brilliant, in particular the young lady who greeted us at reception and the chambermaid who looked after our room for the duration of the stay

The food was nice, and even someone fussy like me had no problem finding something to eat. The hotel has 3 lifts, which cope very well with the number of guests

Stay of 8 nights with 3 youth adults. The small pool with a 180 degrees view was perfect. Enough space to stay around the pool. We particularly enjoyed the special 5 dishes menu on the rooftop

My only negative comment is regarding the constant cigarette smoke it was everywhere in all areas including the pool even on our balcony we could not escape it

We had a wonderful experience at the Aphrodite beach. It has a great first line location with stunning views to the sea and the old town. We greatly enjoyed the variety of food at the restaurant

Amazing hotel right on the beach, everything was perfect, wonderful view, everywhere cleaned, clean pool, breakfast and dinners are very very good

The location is extremely convenient and the view from the terrace was spectacular, it’s on the beach so you have access at the beach facilities nearby (8 BGN for a sunbed, and the same for an umbrella

the accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious and very clean, but the food was not to my liking, it was diversified but not to the liking of the Romanians, the landscape is wonderful, the outdoor pool is very nice, and the indoor one is wonderful, very Instagrammable, the sauna is a place where you can relax

the beach is very close, it takes about 3 minutes and the beach is very clean The very kind staff, especially Katya, she deserves a 10 for her patience, support and smiles in any situation, all the activities with her were wonderful and always made me go

Katya is the best ever!!!We did yoga, darts,bocca game ,beach dances and our evenings were gorgeous because of her skills!!!!I will came back at this hotel every time to have her as my coach!!!Congratulations,my dear!Keep on smiling!!!

Hotel I think are missing a trick for the bar as they only sell local spirits which I do not like. If they had premium drinks I would gladly purchase. Hotel is right on the beach couldn't get any closer

The best hotel in Nesebar and on the Black Sea. Amazing view, service, quality, food, everything is taken care of with greatest care and professionalism.

Hotel is adult only which is fine. Food is good quality and varied enough for weeks stay. Although English not a common language so it can be a struggle

Pool hall downstairs and 10 pin bowling alley great night tables run true less than 15 lev for 2 hours of pool great value. Bombay gin reasonable priced 13 lev for 2x50ml plus two bottles of fanta lemon

Was in April this year. the hotel is gorgeous. the food is great, rooms are spacious, clean. and it's got a pool, and a Spa. I'm so excited! nice view from the balcony

Very luxury hotel, casino, convenient location 200 yards of the beach. Stunning rooftop terrace with amazing views to Sunny Beach.

There is a restaurant and places of entertainment. Pool, chitlange and a rooftop bar. Very quiet, comfortable and cozy. 5-7 minutes walk from the sea. Near the hotel are many cafes, shopping stalls

Visited the Pool/Bowling Hall downstairs from this Hotel. Great place, 2 American Pool Tables, 1 Snooker Table along with 4 Bowling Alleys

Polite and professional staff. Comfortable rooms with good repair and all necessary for living. Perfectly cooked in the morning for visitors, is to book accommodation with breakfasts and dinners

The hotel is a little 'tired' but the location is very pleasant. The day we arrived large heaps of seaweed were washed onto the beach. Last year when this occured, the seaweed was removed

This year it has been left on the beach, causing issues with access to the sea. Also, as it has decomposed, there has been a strong smell of sulphur (like a huge fart)

We had a week stay, found the hotel spotless clean, more than enough choice for breakfast. Our room was to the side of the hotel, with sea views & very large balcony

I complained to management, but nothing was done, there was no oversite of the pool, and no attempt was made to control this selfish behaviour. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is too small and does not fit

The staff are friendly, the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was fine and the coffee was most acceptable. The pool is rather small and regularly dominated by guys playing 'handball'

Very nice hotel!! Clean rooms, friendly stuff, nice food, so close to the beach, and such a quiet neighborhood! All in all, I strongly recommend hotel Kamenec for a summer vacation :) Way to go people!

This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet)

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

The pros : Good location, limited but available parking spots, decent sized rooms, decent food at the restaurant. The cons : Constant noises from the electrical panel, the ACs from the other rooms (the walls are thin)

We were lucky and we enjoyed the sea, the water was still good for a short swim, but we also enjoyed the inside pool and the finish & steam saunas

Very nice hotel right on the beach with excellent amenities. This is our second time at this hotel and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was the icing on the cake

We loved it there! We stayed for 2 nights, in October and we had a great experience. The room was clean, with towels to use inside, in the bathroom but also for outside, on the beach

On a short note, the place is nice, they even have a private a parking lot (you need to pay for it), and some entertainment moments in the evening, which we loved and we really recommend this place

Actually it was raining and the taxi driver bring us there. Still it was pretty cool for random found restaurant. I am pretty sure we will go back there on next time we visit the city

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance

Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends

Very nice place. The beach is 50 meters from the hotel. The rooms are clean with TV and air conditioning. Proper meals. Nice garden.

The sea is nearby, the river is good, the swim is great. On the way to the sea there is a cafe Water Spirit, the food suited us and everything was at reasonable prices, soup and the second came out within 8-10 leva

I liked the hotel, clean, tidy, comfortable. They cleaned every day, changed the towels every other day, the bed after five. The attitude of the owners to the guests of the hotel left pleasant memories

You must definitely visit Old Nessebar, by bus, there is antiquity and beauty going through the roof. The rest with us was a success, the weather is in early September 2019 was great

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English

The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone from the hotel

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week

This of course can be "fixed" by going to nearby beaches, but that somewhat forfeits the idea of a beach-line hotel

drinks were good, food was delicious exceptionally delicious. food was prepared fast. do not hesitate to come here one of the better places in the area

The view from the room: exceptional. The furniture, the room facilities, the bedding, the internet - everything was very good

The location of Hotel Perun is very nice and the money was worth it because of the view

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.
