Hotels on first line in Nessebar

The sandy beach is lovely, there are many pools and the aquapark is open for a long time (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon, which is longer then in other similar hotels)

Nice beach, fresh but cold outdoor pools. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for families with older teenagers, but families with small kids, absolutely. As long as you like to smoke or inhale other people's smoke

The food quality is good and always something good to eat around since there are food stand all over the place, its a connecting hotel with the mare and palace and u can use facilities of all 3 of the hotels and the beach

Maybe the best all-inclusive hotel at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There are so many kiosks in the garden where you can eat various and delicious food like paella, panini, burgers, fish and chips, etc

Cleaning team made every single day a new surprise for my boy. Stoyan who holds the shop next to the pool was so friendly. I didn’t expect that much when I booked. Impossible to make a complain…

The beach was also beautiful! If you needed anything else, there were shops (including a pharmacy) withing a 100m walk and a 15/20 minute walk to dome lovely restaurants in new Nessebar

The territory is large, clean, good animation, the water park also pleased. The beach is not great, but the sea is clean, there was always enough space. There are several children's clubs on site

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion)

Nice, shame you are right next to sister hotel and can only look at the pool while sat at the pool bar you can use, some of the food areas are not open which is a big shamr seing the place in both hotels looks pretty full, beach told to get off sun loungers for sister hotek and have to sit on sand, 👇🤔😳 there are things that could make it all so much better, but im enjoying what we have at this moment...

However 2 things i didn’t like first being the deserts in the main restaurant, this is from the cheapest, lowest cost desert factory i have ever seen, the look terrible- the taste is even worse than the look! I just couldn’t bare eating them! My recommendation please either change your distributor or make them in-house! The second thing is about the reservation process for the Italian and Chinese restaurant...

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

Plus, the Italian restaurant was very tasty and had nice deserts!! But, would not recommend the Chinese, you had to cook your own broth?? and it was NOT explained either. I would also like to mention the animation team

All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long

Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service

The food was good, something for everyone and I tried some new things while I was here. The pool was never too crowded as there are 3 across the resort plus beach access and slides

The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it

We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel

They made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us, always greeting us with a smile! The icing on the cake was the weather being beautiful all week! We hope we can return next year

There is a restaurant and places of entertainment. Pool, chitlange and a rooftop bar. Very quiet, comfortable and cozy. 5-7 minutes walk from the sea. Near the hotel are many cafes, shopping stalls

Was in April this year. the hotel is gorgeous. the food is great, rooms are spacious, clean. and it's got a pool, and a Spa. I'm so excited! nice view from the balcony

The pools are fabulous and you're just 5 mins from the beach and 30 mins from the Old Town, which is just beautiful in architecture and shops! Yes the food isnt perfect, dinner is fabulous, cant fault that and there is something for every meal

Yes they have a lot of rules but dont seem to enforce them, no one worrying you around the pool and often open until 7pm. The girls behind the bar are friendly and happy to serve you with whatever you want

Very nice hotel!! Clean rooms, friendly stuff, nice food, so close to the beach, and such a quiet neighborhood! All in all, I strongly recommend hotel Kamenec for a summer vacation :) Way to go people!

This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special

The receptionists were also lovely and accommodating although I was tired and narky from my bus journey. The bus stops right outside the hotel which is a bonus!

The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Overall a very good experience

Actually it was raining and the taxi driver bring us there. Still it was pretty cool for random found restaurant. I am pretty sure we will go back there on next time we visit the city

Very nice place with really good food and wine selection! Staff ware friendly and take care for us during our dinner. *Note: We choose not so popular time and it was kinda empty

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance

Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends

Lovely small hotel with home-cooked food. No lift but stairs aren't steep. No pool but sun terrace. Beach and park with pool 10 minutes walk. Shops and supermarkets round the corner. Friendly welcome.

Hi all,I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but I have booked hotel park oasis for this July,my plane lands in Barcelona airport,it's my first time ever booking anything so I haven't a clue what I'm doing,can anyone tell me a reasonable priced way to get from bcn airport to this hotel,tia 😊

Lovely family hotel for 3 star rating.

We went on the beach most days it was spotless. My only complaint is the bar staff. They were very unprofessional, kids really. Sat on the bar stools chatting to each other

Fabulous views, Clean rooms pleasant staff. Few brits.right on beach. Nessebar has some great restaurants find the ones frequented by locals for really good food at Local prices.

Just returned from a week in Nessebar at the Mirage Hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The towels were changed every day but they could do with new ones. Breakfast has so much choice for everyone

The hotel is very centrally placed and there are lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of sunbeds available and the beach is a 30 second walk

After reading some of the reviews on TripAdvisor, I was sceptical how the hotel was going to be but I was pleasantly surprised

There is a 8 lev charge for each sunbed and parasol on the beach but again there are plenty. We loved this hotel and surrounding area so much that we have booked to come back again next year!

The hotel is very conveniently situated - 50 m to the beach and a walking distance to the Old Nessebar- 20 minutes walking on the promenade near the sea

It is true - the sun does not hit it due to its position so the water is not warm, but it is good for swimming when is hot outside. The beach was very close- there was a free beach with shallow water and nice soft sands

Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Towels changed every day and room cleaned

We’ve been to the pool just once as water was cold. Breakfast option was good yet every day the same food so a bit boring. Next time we would probably prefer to go out to nearby cafes as there are plenty around

The apartment was roomy, well constructed with a lot of storage spaces. The balcony was facing the gard but we also had a side sea view. We had the chance to watch the sun raising each morning from our balcony

Breakfast was at Attica restaurant- it was very good, fresh, nothing fancy. We had cheese, ham, hot dogs, eggs, omelette, patisseries, French toast, water melon. Swimming pool was very refreshing

The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids

The hotel is ok, it doesn't have its own beach, but you can go to the nearby beach for 24 BGN

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly

The rooms are large and clean, there is parking for a fee of 6 BGN /day Breakfast is not a buffet, you have a choice of 4 options, coffee, water or juice is included in the menu He accepted us with "our child with 4 paws" for 7 BGN/day and we thank you Few hotels in the area accept pets

Location: you can walk to Nessebar Old town; quiet area many taverns in the area with very good food; quiet beach, many markets and shops in the area. Host: kind, empathetic, pretty good English

The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone from the hotel

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week

This of course can be "fixed" by going to nearby beaches, but that somewhat forfeits the idea of a beach-line hotel

drinks were good, food was delicious exceptionally delicious. food was prepared fast. do not hesitate to come here one of the better places in the area

The view from the room: exceptional. The furniture, the room facilities, the bedding, the internet - everything was very good

The hotel is in a historic building, close to nice restaurants and has great sunset views over the sea from the balconies. Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable. The hotel has its own small free parking

I spent a lot of time at the hotel since I was sick 🤪 The room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were cushy. The mini fridge was useful and the minibar was *very* reasonably-priced

We have been here for 11 nights, as a family of 3,Daughter is 15. We have had a fantastic holiday. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with views over the pool and beach

The hotel has spa and massage facilities which my wife and daughter used and enjoyed. The whole atmosphere around the hotel is relaxed and easy going, the pool area is very relaxed and well kept

The beach is less than 5 min walk and and did us, it’s a short walk up the coast if you want a more lively beach atmosphere where you will find the normal water sports on offer

The Sacre restaurant has a pleasant ambience & sells good food at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the St Panteleimon Beach Hotel as a place to stay

I stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment in July 2025, the apartment was spacious & clean, the sea views from both balconies in the apartment were superb

The staff are attentive and go out of their way to help you. Was very good from breakfast cereal, continental, full English and fresh fruit to choose from, which you just help yourself, we never went hungry

The hotel is decent, it is clean, but despite the late season, the workers made noise with the machines and plaster was falling from the ceiling of the artament

The location of Hotel Perun is very nice and the money was worth it because of the view

Seems to be nice place, but rhe qualify the furniture and the bathrooms in the room is very low. Additionally, it is advertised that a buffet is included but it is so basic that it is better without this option.

Perfect small family hotel. Super nice staff, cute little living harbour. Highly recommended all the rooms/apartments, that have balcony/sea view.

The balcony offers a lovely view over the black sea, hopefully they put more of a divide between the rooms balcony's however

The hotel is in an excellent location, the sea view is lovely and it's very close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is served on a terrace overlooking the sea

My dad's aircon went wrong on 1st day they fixed it straight away so no complaints! Really liked the fact they have a nice restaurant/bar down stairs which lots of people go to for food and beverages in the evening

On the last night we got some bad service. Either they got fed up with us drinking the place dry or just a bad night. Generally liked it, we had pleasant stay

Unique hotel 5 minutes from the beach. One of the few hotels that provide parking to its guests. The apartments are beautiful and fully furnished with washing machines, utensils, dishes

Very good location, with parking! Clean and comfortable apartment! The old town can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. South beach is 2 minutes.

The price is extremely low for what they offer. For BGN 100 per night we stayed 5 people. I will repeat my visit next year;)

The apartment was very large and spacious. There were three terraces, two bedrooms and two toilets. The living room was very large with a dining table and six chairs, sofas, a large TV and kitchen furniture

It was relatively clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Since we were on the fifth floor, there was also a convenient elevator

The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms are "facing" the sea, which is a stone's throw away. The attitude of the staff was perfect

The sea is nearby, the river is good, the swim is great. On the way to the sea there is a cafe Water Spirit, the food suited us and everything was at reasonable prices, soup and the second came out within 8-10 leva

I liked the hotel, clean, tidy, comfortable. They cleaned every day, changed the towels every other day, the bed after five. The attitude of the owners to the guests of the hotel left pleasant memories

You must definitely visit Old Nessebar, by bus, there is antiquity and beauty going through the roof. The rest with us was a success, the weather is in early September 2019 was great
